The two man team led by Travis arrived on time, packed up the items and brought them to the new location. They removed items from my condo and took them to the street curb for refuse pick up and put the new items inside. The fragile lamps were packed in plenty of felt blankets so there was no damage and my sofa bed was wrapped in saran to protect it. Everything went on time and on schedule with no issues. We stopped the work and contacted the company. They are accusing us of being responsible of the issue and they want us to pay $500 for the repair (the cost of the rental). When it is obvious that the issue is due to the machine being very old. I do not recommend this company. We started our project and now we are stuck in the middle of it and we have no solution rather than paying amongus fees for a damage that we didn't cause.

I had some trouble wheeling my mom into the store. The poor ol' building is set aside pretty much all by itself with no other real shops nearby. Everything is neatly arranged. Mom and I each selected one item to purchase but the line was not only long but there was just one cashier who took a lot of time to ring and bag things up. With people ahead of us with plenty of items in their carts we decided to abandon our items and not purchase them. My one beef, and this could just be a me thing that really gets on my nerves, is the entire 45 minutes that we were there someone was vacuuming in this small store. OMG, in that small of a space it sounded like a friggin leaf blower. It rattled my nerves after 20 minutes and I couldn't wait to get out of there! We were there on a Saturday at 1pm - you would think they would blare that vacuum during a more opportune time, like before the store closed. Because it is a smaller store, I swear to God, the vacuum followed me where mom and I decided to look. It was awful, I thought I'd shift sides from the machine and look at women's jeans and dang if she didn't come down that isle with her ear-shattering vacuum. OK, enough about the vacuum, right? I could go on but I know you want me to stop -- aha you are starting to feel my annoyed drift now. LOL Sigh.

Phillip looked in every corner, nook, and cranny to determine how much work, time, and number of crew members. When they arrived, Phillip had a plan in place and a goal for completion. He managed his crew efficiently. Maurice, Howard, Tony were strong and smart and very accommodating. They took direction well and all four stuck to the daunting task of finishing. There were even a few surprise areas that weren't noticed in the initial survey, but Phillip stepped up and really helped me out. He accomplished everything he said he would, and even a little bit more. He came prepared with all the proper tools and worked extremely efficiently. I am so grateful for their work ethic.
