We normally don't leave reviews for restaurants when we're dissatisfied but felt this one was really warranted. We ordered wings, a chicken sandwich and salads and none of the food looked safe to eat. Instructions weren't followed (our salad had cheese despite ordering without due to allergy), we were missing an order of fries, and there were no dressing for the salads at all. To top it off the wings looked old and disgusting. Took one bite and spit it out immediately. Look at the lettuce included on my chicken sandwhich. It was brown, wilted and slimy. pizza was very greasy and was like a mini waterfall when picking it up it was so bad I had to use more than 5 napkins to dab off the grease and from the grease it caused it to be soggy which caused my daughter to choke on the breading without the cheese. our sever Laura, wasn't very attentive as our whole family of 8 went without water till the end of our meal. as she was refilling a drink for our table she brought it back and handed it over from behind the booth which wasn't very professional AT ALL it was more rude than anything as the drink could've easily been knocked out of her hand. personally we all won't be returning to dine here moving forward. this place needs more servers and an experienced bar tender as well as the one who was working the bar tonight couldn't serve the alcohol our table had wanted due to not being able to open the keg then she dropped a whole bunch of glasses. again this place is just NOT it. an absolute SHIT SHOW! We come here often (used to go to the one on Signal Butte also). Today stopped for lunch. Long wait for food. Stephanie, our server was great! However, short staffed and took a very long time for food to come out. My girlfriend had a club and I had a Callifornia Cluck. Neither had any mayo or condiments on them. Then we discovered the bacon on both was limp and appeared raw. The manager came over and told me I was wrong, bacon came in precooked. I spent many years working in restaurants and this stuff was raw. He apologized and offered to re-cook both. Said he was 2 cooks short, well I don't approve of excuses. I asked that he go ahead and redo them, the new sandwiches were very good. However, nothing further was done. A decent manager would have comped the food or gave a discount. I try to write about good things when out, but I don't like being told to my face I'm lying, nor being given excuses for shoddy food or work. Giving raw food, especially pork, is very dangerous. Walked in with at 9:05 and got seated right away. Ordered our food same as usually that we have been doing for the past 10 years. Our drinks and appetizers were brought to table and waited for food. The brought the wings out and were undercooked. We have been placing the same order for and this is the third time we are told they are cooked per instructions, but after 10 years, we know they are not. The wings went back and the shift Sup came over to advised us they did put the wings in for the specified amount and after letting her know they were not as we know, she went on to say, none of the cooks know any English so it was hard but they were told to cook them for the requested amount. We reassured her it was not, as we know and checked the wings and they were brought out in less than the specified amount. There was just no way they were cooked correctly. She said they were closing and would not be able to remake the food. Sadly, this location has been going downhill and they do not seem to care. My wife and I have been going to the Native Grill and Wings on Greenfield and Baseline for about 6 year now. We go out of our way to visit this restaurant rather than the Native on Signal Butte and Baseline nearest us for one reason only, Our favorite server is Virginia at the Greenfield location. We go early enough to ask for one of her tables because her service is the best. Virginia knows us as soon as we come in the door and already has my wife's drink order ready. Virginia (a manager) always finds a few minutes to talk with us despite hustling all over the place serving. She is the sole reason we visit this place sort of like in Cheers the comedy series. it's become a place like home where people know your name and she makes us feel special. read more
