Oh boy, where to start. When we came in we were greeted and sat right away. They were moderately busy but not overcrowded. We waited what felt like a long time for our waitress to acknowledge us. After that I started paying attention. 16 minutes after we ordered we got our drinks and immediately asked for straws. We ordered a new appetizer on their menu, Buffalo fries, they were amazing. Don't miss out on these. We ordered it as an appetizer and told the waitress this. We got the appetizer about 45 seconds to a minute before we got our lunch. I ordered the Arizona Burger, it was amazing. My wife ordered a $5 slice of Pizza and Soda offer. She had me try their pizza and it was quite good. Their sauce on the pizza was amazing. Later after we finished our meals, she brought us a refill for our sodas, in which I asked her for some straws again. Now we were there for a long time, still no straws. She apologized and said she would bring to go cups, nice touch. She brought our to go cups and ....... you guessed it no straws. We paid for our meal and as we were leaving we finally got straws. I looked at the bill, they over charged us for our $5 Pizza drink special. We brought our family in tonight and the first thing we were told is that they had no kids menus, they had run out. I'm not sure why they couldn't have made a few copies of the kids menus because I'm pretty sure it's a coloring page as well. The wings were good but I don't think this place should be allowed to have the name "grill" because clearly the burgers are not grilled. 2 of our kids got the sliders and the meat looked gray! Neither kid would eat more than one bite, the meat also tasted terrible. My husbands burger also had no flavor. Our server came to check on us once the food was served but never returned to check our drinks etc. We almost had to go find someone to get our bill so we could leave. Walked in and requested a booth because I have a bad back. The manager said shes not going to seat is there cause they have large parties of people coming in. All they had was a small fan blowing around the dining room. This is Arizona, not Hawaii. This is by far the WORST location of all the Natives. We waited for food and boxed it up and left. My family are here tonight and it was probably one of, if not the worst restaurant experience we have ever had. the restaurant is dirty, disheveled and basically destroyed. We stood at the door for more than 10 minutes (not a Karen 10 but a real 10, as I took myself and my 3 year old to the restroom before our party got acknowledged) it was NOT busy, maybe a dozen people inside. Our server came over a few minutes later and took a drink order. Several minutes later, she returned to take our order. We order our meals, I order a drink from the bar. She essentially disappears. almost 10 minutes later a different employee brings my drink. A different employee brings our food. Our server gets another table but walks right past us without checking our food, that she did not deliver. The food is DISGUSTING all the meals are inedible. I stack our plates but 15 more minutes go by, our server is MIA. Another server comes by and collects our plates and asks about why my food is barely touched. I said it tasted terrible, finally our server appears and the other server is like i don't know what she is doing, I just see her in the back on her phone. We will NEVER step foot in this dump again. The ONLY redeeming quality was the not our server lady. But I hope she leaves this crap hole and goes somewhere else where her obvious talents can be awarded and appreciated. This place is the absolute worst, absolute trash! Beer, wings and pizza are not that hard to get right. But this establishment has found a way to screw every aspect of a restaurant experience up.
