Check this place out for the very first time went to see a live band. I didn't have any other food from what I hear you is pretty good. The service was good to make sure we had plenty of drinks and was taken care of. I will definitely be going back here sometime soon. Maybe actually try the food food. They do have a good special of a dollar wings on Wednesday

Prime rib with baked potato and broccoli.

From the moment we sat down, the vibe was right, relaxed ambience, comfortable setting, and the kind of place where you can actually unwind and enjoy your meal without being rushed. The environment just feels good. Our waitress was awesome, attentive, friendly, and kept everything flowing without hovering. That kind of service makes all the difference and she nailed it. Now the food. Let me start with the real star of the show, the Cheesy Mashed Potato Balls. Golden, perfectly crispy panko crust on the outside, and when you bite in? Creamy mashed potato loaded with gooey melted cheese that literally stretches. Paired with that smooth cheese dipping sauce, these are dangerously addictive. I'd order a double next time without hesitation. The wings were incredible, and yes, I taste tested both the Garlic Parmesan AND the BBQ. The Garlic Parm had that rich, savory coating with a beautiful caramelized char. The BBQ brought a sweet, smoky glaze that had me licking my fingers. Both were meaty, juicy, and fall-off-the-bone tender. Honestly couldn't pick a favorite, you need both. I also grabbed a burger on a pretzel bun with bacon and sweet potato fries, stacked high, messy in the best way, and the pretzel bun held up like a champ. The Hub has that classic neighborhood grill vibe with quality that punches above its weight. Delicious food, generous portions, great service, and a relaxing spot to kick back. Will absolutely be back. Pro tip: Don't sleep on those mashed potato balls. Order them first. And get both wing flavors, thank me later.

The beef stroganoff with a dark beer gravy on it.... to die for. The Tuscan chicken was very good as well, huge chunks of garlic in it (which we like) and largely portioned. Even the kids fish and chips was pretty big and tasty. The garlic bread wasn't too bad either, but personally not my favorite. I think it needed more cheese for me. Not a huge brunch menu which is why we initially had come, but will definitely be back for more lunch/dinner. Service was quick and friendly, and the price was slightly above average (~$20 for the beef stroganoff). But they give you a lot which is always nice.

Roosters Country is hands down the worst excuse for a bar I've ever set foot in. Calling it a "dive…read morebar" is an insult to actual dive bars. This place is a cesspool with booze. The floors are sticky enough to rip the soles off your shoes, the air smells like a mix of old cigarettes, sour mop water, and broken dreams, and the bathrooms are straight out of a horror movie. If you don't catch a staph infection here, consider yourself lucky. The drinks? Absolute garbage. Watered down, overpriced, and served in glasses that look like they haven't seen soap since the Bush administration. The bartenders couldn't care less -- they'd rather ignore you than make a drink worth drinking. The bouncers act like they're auditioning for a WWE villain role, puffing their chests at anyone who blinks the wrong way. And the crowd? Imagine every bad Tinder date you've ever had stuffed into one room with a soundtrack of off-key karaoke and a sound system that makes your ears beg for mercy. If you like fights breaking out over spilled beer and listening to drunk strangers scream into your face, congratulations -- you've found your paradise. Save yourself the misery. There are porta-potties at construction sites in Mesa that are more inviting than this dump. Roosters Country should come with a warning label: Enter at your own risk, and don't expect to leave with your dignity -- or your shoes.

Each TV in the bar has the teams attached to it. And then each table has a map with the giant TV wall behind the bar, so you can see which TV is playing which game. As someone who cares a lot about this, it was a highlight of my visit. - their beer prices can't be beat - our server was great and super attentive, even when a huge rush hit, she always had us taken care of Not necessarily bad, just not the highlights: - on the final weekend of regular season NFL, with multiple playoff implications games being aired, they stuck with the Cardinals sound, despite the restaurant being filled with tons of Bears and Broncos fans. I would have taken the sound to literally any other game, rather than the Cards. I get it's the home team, but it was a throwaway game and other games were critical, and the fan bases were there. - the food wasn't great. The mozzarella sticks could have been really good, but two of the four were dripping in grease and we couldn't really eat them. The other two were delicious.

We kept waiting for them to come out, but we didn't have them when our meals came. Our server didn't put them in. We had her put them in anyway. They also had a lot of table salt on them this time. Hubby got the traditional wings with blue cheese dressing. I got the fish sandwich and onion rings. I really wanted a fish sandwich. Theirs comes with jalapeño tater sauce. I don't like the taste of jalapeño & I don't like spice. I ordered mine with Mayo & pickles. Hubby liked his wings. I took one bite & spit it out because the fat wasn't rendered. The blue cheese dressing was good & had crumbled blue cheese on top. My fish sandwich was okay. It was a bit over cooked & greasy. The onion rings were okay. Service was super slow as we waited awhile for to go boxes & then again for the check. We will take a break from here for a little while. That's my biggest problem with restaurants; no consistency!

A bunch of us from my spin class decided to get together for a farewell brunch for one of the gals in my Cycle class.
