Absolutely shameful. This is a business that can't seem to get orders correct. Even when the manager is summoned, he gets the order wrong too. Excuse after excuse about the kitchen, staffing etc. We gave them 3 tries as they are within 5 minutes of our home. We have been NNY customers since the original site on McClintock and Baseline when you had to wait an hour or more to get because the customer service was spot on, the food quality was great, and the staff took pride in their jobs. Not at this site. Avoid at all costs!!! We drive out of our way to Signal Butte and Baseline to get our wing fix now. read more

Updating my review- I had terrible service from the manager at Native on Sunday morning when I had a problem with my bill. I was billed for an extra drink that wasn't mine and the manager who came over was rude and short with me throughout the entire interaction. I recommend not taking your business here unless you want substandard service from the manager and potential issues on a simple bill (2 beers and a burger) After letting the bartender know my bill wasn't correct she went and got the manager for me. The manager took several minutes to come over and when she finally did she failed to introduce herself or acknowledge why she was there. The manager simply walked up to me to start the interaction with, "do you want to pay your bill with this card?" and picked up my credit card from the bar top. She didn't introduce herself or acknowledge that she was there at her employees request to address the incorrect billing. She just grabbed my card and asked if I wanted to pay my bill. I responded that I'm happy to pay my bill as long as it's correct. She responded to that with my ticket was right and it's updated continuously by the bartender and I should have been checking it. I told the manager the other bartender was at the machine earlier helping my bartender fix her orders as she didn't know whose bill was what so despite what appears on the ticket my bill was still incorrect. The manager then walked off with my card without telling me if she was fixing the error or running my card for the incorrect amount so I got upset and lippy with her. The managers job is to provide service and when there's a problem to deescalate it and resolve it. None of which she communicated to me until after I insulted her. All of that over a $3.50 beer that I didn't even get to drink makes the service I received terrible and I would recommend never going there if you want your bill to be correct in a slow Sunday morning/afternoon. read more

I haven't been to a native since it's been called "Native New York" but I wasn't disappointed. I went on a Wednesday and the bar was the only place "crowded" which I didn't mind because I can appreciate an empty place. The service was great, which might have had to do with the place being a wee bit empty but overall I enjoyed myself and the food. This place has what should be a perfect setup. The place is clean and great looking with tv's and both indoor and outdoor seating etc. The look is great. The service was sub par but the food was far worse. The food simple put, was just terrible. Lucky for us even though we got terrible service, the bar tender saw this and took our table over. Too bad she didn't cook too! Admittedly we didn't order wings so maybe that's all they do well I don't knows. Salad wraps and burger and fries were terrible. My family and I brothers and sister of the native community enter this slightly ravished estate approximately 1.5hrs till close and we're rudely blown off. The employee in a red shirt approximately 5'10" white/Mexican and medium length black hair. There was more than enough time to serve us meanwhile this employee rudely looked the opposite direction and walked away with attitude when we asked to be seated. Have seen multiple leave with menus on table and no drinks after 15 minutes. Been waiting 20 minutes to just get the check and "shea" seems oblivious to it all. Stay clear of this location So as I leave the location a group that left because of not getting served was confronting the manager. Manager was completely unprofessional in both her manner and appearance. So I called native Corperate to complain. They were very appreciative of the feedback. I love that Native finally opened a location near me. Gilbert was in need of a wings place. The staff was really nice but clearly still learning, which is ok given it was their second day open. The table we were seated at was a joke.. It is right out side the entryway to the kitchen and where the staff likes to hang out. During our whole meal we had staff surrounding us, which was uncomfortable and also every time they entered the kitchen we would hear "CORNER" very obnoxious. Food was good as expected. We love Native Wings and have been coming here since they opened. We ask for the same server Cienna every time and she is THE MOST AWESOME AND ATTENTIVE server. That's not the problem.., The owner has known for over a year that their AC is broken...it is over 95 degrees in the restaurant and no telling how hot it is in the kitchen. Apparently he says he knows what the problem is but is too cheap to have a AC company fix it and insists to fix it on his own. First time Yelper! I think this place is amazing. Sometimes they are busy and service is kind of slow, but they offer great deals on chicken if you go Tues-Thurs. They always have a $2 beer. My food has always been fresh and hot. If something isn't correct, they don't hesitate to fix it! Its become a tradition to come here on Wednesdays with my kids! They have amazing servers, but the bar staff is always the best!! I quite frequently have Logan as my server and he is amazing. He has the best customer service!! My husband and I had to find a new Native Grill. The location on Gilbert and the 60 freeway was awful. The first time we came to this location (Greenfield/Baseline), we were so surprised at how open, fresh, and inviting it is. The food has always been fresh and hot when served. Our server, Bobbie Jo (hope I spelled that right), is great. Very attentive. Always comes back to our tables to freshen up our tea and/or give us a new glass. Ordered through Uber eats and ended up getting the wrong order, it was right around closing time and when I called the manager, cant remember his name..He was very apologetic and offered me the same order for free the next time I was as in. I used to love this place would come in a few times a week. Well that just changed, my debit card was ran twice for two different amounts totaling about double the amount I was supposed to pay.
