We had no idea that we had rodents in the attic. The insulation kept things quiet up there and there was no sign any where in the house.... until one day my son saw a rodent climbing up a wire that lead inside my house. It slipped through a tiny opening and was gone. At that point I realized that I had to do something right away. One rat becomes many in no time at all. I called and that same day, the technician came out and did a thorough inspection. We signed an agreement and the first thing he did was more carpentry than anything else... patched up all the openings that the rats would be able to access the inside of the house. Then he placed baited traps in the attic. The plan was to then come check several times a week and watch the activity. Today was the first day of the "trap" check. The technician found one GIANT rat trapped, disposed of it and reset another trap. He will be back in two days. There is no nice way to deal with extermination. And during the time of COVID, it was reassuring to see that both of the technicians were first of all well-dressed and groomed, and also masked. I am so happy that our friend recommended Native Pest Management. They will be our go to pest management for everything when we need it. One-time, respectable, gives 30 min notice prior to arriving.... All top notch points in my book. read more

Zack came out to do a free inspection the same day I called to set it up. He was on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. I could tell he was honest when explaining my problem and didn't try to upsell me for things I didn't need. I ended up signing up for pest control and the tech came out this morning and showed me the source of the problem, gave me solutions I can do myself, and later explained what he did. We've been using Native since we moved to our house in April 2020. We initially engaged them to have our house tented for termites before we moved in. We continued using them for quarterly pest treatments and mosquito control. Their prices are more than fair and they use pet-safe practices which is very important to us. Overpriced for the level of service. First they told me if you see evidence of one pest in the attic, you know there are more. Then, they trapped one and said the problem is solved. I really want them to go into the attic when they check and change the bait stations because that was where the problem was. read more

We have been using Native Pest for many years. Florida is chock full of pests and Native halped annihilate many invaders: termites, many types of ants and other pests. Recently we had Yoan, one of their techs, come out to get rid of large ants living in the frame of our Mercedes. Ugh. He was patient and helpful. Hope he killed all the ants, time will tell. Thanks Zack! And here's my review: I was pretty sure I needed my home in Hollywood Florida tented for termites since there was droppings everywhere. I called around and got several quotes, they were all in the same price range. However Native Pest Management responded quickly here on Yelp. Within a few hours, as agreed by our scheduling, Zack promptly arrived at my house and confirmed that in fact I did have termites and it looked like they had been at it for 10 years. My last tenting was 10 years previous to that day. Long story short, Zack guided me thru the whole process and even went above and beyond to help me remove and chop some tree limbs and shrubbery. What's my review? Fair price, great, knowledgeable, professional and punctual customer service. No sketchiness. The respect for other people's time is something a lot companies take for granted.
