I have had treatments 2 times now for a "BUG" PROBLEM i HAVE HAD IN MY OFFICE. I still have the problem. The technician was supposed to get back to me to tell me what the "BUG" was since he never had seen such a "bug". At this point I just want them dead and gone. They haven't found the source so they still are coming in. I need HELP!!! Whatever spray they use is not working. I need a different pest control company. I did speak to Daniel Mendez and we made an appointment for him, and a technician to come out to my house again and have a discussion. They were here yesterday(May 5, 2022), and we went over what I felt were my issues. They addressed every one of them and I could not have been more pleased with the follow up. They try really hard to please their customers, especially when the customer has a problem. You just don't find this level of customer service much anymore. Sean M from Native Pest came to our home to inspect issues with flies. He did an inspection first and then he said that at that moment we only needed to clean our water drains to stop the flies. He went ahead and put a spray on our water drains and after he finished and called his office for the invoice they said they couldn't charge us anything because they didn't do any work. I moved into my house and hadn't had any treatments done for an extended period. I recently started to see signs of bugs here and there and wanted to be preemptive. Summary: I reached out to Native Pest Management (NPM) and was able to get service surprisingly quickly. They answered all of my questions before and after. The NPM have been nothing but sweet, professional, caring, and effective. I am now signed up for their membership for quarterly treatments, which is quite a steal, honestly. Detailed: I got worried because I suddenly started to see a couple of roaches that I thought could be German Roaches. I know those are very invasive, and it was not the normal couple of bugs here and there that you'll always have in a Florida home. I found this company through Yelp Projects, which is a great tool I was sleeping on, and Cheyenne reached out to me. She is honestly one of the most professional people I've dealt with throughout the whole process of seeking out a fumigator. (I had already reached out to about 7 places) She explained everything, even though it was after hours and scheduled a time to speak the next day. After discussing things more the next day, I signed up and she was able to schedule an appointment that same week. Took only a few days for my first treatment, and a week for my Followup. Since then, all the bug problems I had been worried about dissipated, and I'm using them for all my bug needs! So far I've worked with Cheyenne front end; Paul, Cierra, and Eli; and the owner. They have all been extremely polite, caring, and invaluable. I've recommended this to various neighbors and they may all sign up. This may soon be a NPM neighborhood. Lol. FULLY RECOMMEND! My community (Briar Bay in West Palm Beach) appears to be a giant ant farm and it has been a real struggle to get rid of them.
