Completely unreliable! Not thorough at all. They'd constantly miss wasp nests, and failed to spray important areas like the front porch. Knew this for a fact due to security cameras. Would consistently have to contact them to re-spray. Requested to have a monthly schedule which they agreed to, then didn't fulfill. They also took money for my bill without authorization. NEVER signed up for autopay but credit card info had been saved. Would receive both an email AND text message to pay my bill before technician was even off the property! Yikes! Would not recommend Native Pest to anyone!! In response to Native Pest - I'm no longer a customer. Contacted management regarding any/all issues. Nothing was ever fully resolved. Constant problems for a service that should've been virtually carefree. read more

I do have periodic pest control services provided by Native and I have been doing so for several months now. I have been very satisfied with their service in keeping my house pest free. The other day I noticed an invasion of ants inside the south side of the house. I called Native and they quickly scheduled and came out for a local treatment. Shaun was the technician and he did a very thorough and complete job. He was also pleasant and courteous. And of course this is part of the periodic service so there was not additional charge. We had 3 separate companies come and give us an estimate for the extermination of wood termites. Neil Sanders came from Native. He gave an in-depth inspection and found termites where the other companies didn't even look. His recommendation and treatment plan seemed to cover a much larger area than the other companies also. I will say that they were not the cheapest company but we feel like we got a more thorough and knowledgeable assessment of our problem. They were able to come and treat the next day. Jamal was our pest technician. He was in the attic for hours getting to all the hard to reach places. He went above and beyond and was exceptionally polite and courteous. I chose this company based on reviews and because they handled my subterranean terminate treatment a year ago. Huge mistake is an understatement. I requested fumigation for drywood termite over the Memorial Day weekend. I went with Native Pest, and other than the cheaper price, it was a landslide, downhill experience from there: 1 - I had to call the inspector to remind him I needed bags. He showed up on THURSDAY with 24 bags and a printed flyer how to use the bags. First on the list was to use two bags or double bags. I said I needed more bags if I have to double bag. Inspector Tenemas said NO NEED TO DOUBLE BAG. BUT YOU NEED MORE BAGS? I'LL GIVE YOU MORE. So he proceeded to hand me 12 more bags. Left my house, left no lockbox. 2 - FRIDAY, no call as to when the fumigation is happening, although Inspector Tenemas assured me tenting happens in the mornings. I call the Inspector, and when there was no answer I called the office. Lo and behold, I am not on schedule! Oh, well, it finally happened at 3:30pm. Fumigators come and while they were nice, they did not bring good news. ALL FOOD AND MEDICINE THAT ARE NOT DOUBLE BAGGED WILL BE BROUGHT OUT OF THE HOUSE. AND THEY DO NOT HAVE A KEY BECAUSE NATIVE PEST DID NOT GIVE ME A LOCKBOX TO STORE MY KEY. I argued that Native Pest said no double bagging required for anything. Fumigator said, with plenty of politeness, Ma'am, I'm the fumigator. It is against the law that I allow single bagged foods and medicines in the house. I scrambled to call Inspector Tenemas at 3:30, no answer. I called their office, they didn't know what to do, and fumigator understandably said he is not waiting for Native Pest to do their job. I ended up packing out my fridge - 5 bags of frozen food including wagyu beef and duck foie gras, and 3 bags of refrigerator stuff that I did not double bag. My daughter was late for swimming. I asked for my brother in law's employees to stay a little bit after 5pm so I can access their warehouse fridge to store my food. Zack, Tenemas' manager calls to assure me there will be discounts, we can talk about food wasted that I will not find place to store, and that my place will be cleared for re-entry as soon as possible. 3 - TUESDAY, multiple calls to their office although answered were not helpful. It's as if the people were helpless - don't return calls to give any feedback and Tenemas couldn't be reached. At 4PM I was in a panic, and at 4:57PM Tenemas texts me I am cleared to re-enter my home. I asked what about my key. He asks, did you give them a key??? DUH. A minute later he texts it was left under a pot. I get home to find the notice from the fumigator that my house has been cleared at 12noon. THAT IS NOT THE END OF THEIR INCOMPETENCE. SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICE ADDS SALT TO INJURY. THEY CHARGED A CREDIT CARD I PREVIOUSLY USED, A YEAR AGO AND FOR OTHER SERVICES, WITHOUT MY CONSENT. THE CREDIT CARD CHARGED WAS NOT SPECIFICALLY AUTHORIZED FOR THE FUMIGATION. I am not one to ask for a free ride, so I will not dispute the charge. I received services and I will not refuse to pay. But they charged me the full amount, and I had to waste another day of calling their office to adjust the amount. Finally got an email today that I am receiving a refund of $299. FOR WASTED FOOD AND WASTED TIME, AND THE ADDITIONAL AGGRAVATION OF INEPTITUDE TO AN ALREADY STRESSFUL SITUATION AS FUMIGATION, $299 is petty. I would have gladly shelled out more to have a better experience with something, like fumigation, that is already innately ugly. read more

I called to have them check for termites. They gave me the option of "no tent" treatment with explanation on the pros and cons. They came and did the treatment and so far I have not seen further termite activity. The first technician had an issue with a piece of equipment so another technician had to return to finish the job. read more

Was looking for Pest Control as we saw a wasp nest on our balcony and had some ants sneaking into the house. Contacted Native Pest Management based on the reviews and we coordinated an 8 - 10 AM window with a call ahead from the service tech. Coordinating the visit was easy as Luke was very responsive and even with the holiday weekend we were able to get a day that worked for us. Received a call at 835 and Al arrived promptly at 915 in a clearly marked vehicle and uniform. Left the car wearing a mask and kept it on the entire visit. He worked with us to coordinate the service accommodating the fact that our kids were still asleep. Al was super friendly, professional, and very tolerantly answered all the questions my wife and I had during the visit. He took care of the nests and very honestly answered all the questions we had about the service performed and the materials used. Was very careful to not make a mess and considerate about moving through the house while we worked. Very friendly with the children when they woke up. Made reasonable suggestions about how we could prevent future intrusions. All in all, we couldn't be happier with the service and Al himself. Yoan arrived on time for the fire ant treatment. He was very polite and friendly. He listened carefully as I explained the history and status of fire ant problem. Since new sod was now placed over the area of the back lawn where the biggest concentration fire ants had been, we could not observe fire ant activity and know whether the fire ants were still present. Yoan did observe regular ants in the sandy area along the side of the patio. He placed a combination of regular ant and fire ant bait around the perimeter of thr house. read more

We moved to Florida less than a year ago and needed to find a pest control company quickly. So of course I searched online and saw they had a 5 star review on google and yelp with A LOT of reviews. You hardly ever see that, so I tried them out and right from the beginning they were very responsive and came out for a preliminary treatment and survey of our property. We are on a regular schedule for mosquitoes and other pests. Anytime I would message them when I saw so much as an ant they would come out within a day or two and do extra treatment without charge and all their employees are SUPER friendly and punctual. They also have a terrific online customer portal to submit requests which they answer within a couple hours (good for those that don't like to talk on the phone) as well as manage payments.
