Hmmm, so much to say about this place. The location is on Greenville in the old Carte Blanche space…read moreacross from Trader Joe's. They offer complimentary valet parking which is a big plus since parking in this area is hectic. The service was friendly the timing of the food was good. The food itself could use some improvement. I ordered the salmon and crab cake appetizer. The crab cake appetizer was mushy and tasted like canned crab this was disappointing. The salmon was plated with lentils and a vegetable. However, it lacked flavored and consistent temperature through out the salmon. One friend had the Mac and cheese which needed salt and pepper, meat balls which were okay and the flat bread which was decent. Then there was my friend that had the branzino which I had a small bite - it was okay. Then she ordered the octopus and it was chewy all tried it. So why the 2 rating. We all felt unwell after we left the place. The effect was felt within the first hour of leaving through the night. Something was off in the meal. We imagine it was the octopus. It could have been an off night but I will likely not return.

I also like that valet was complimentary since finding parking in lower greenville can be a nightmare. As for the food, we generally found it underwhelming. I personally ordered the octopus and branzino. The octopus was described as a dish that melts in your mouth-- it did not. It was chewy (but had a good sauce) and it was the one dish that all 3 of us ate, and all 3 of us had stomach issues. The branzino was fine but wasn't exactly spectacular. It cane with an option of two sauces. I chose the caper and chardonnay mushroom. I found this particular aspect unique and the sauces did taste good. The branzino also came with broccolini which tasted good but was cold. As for my companions dishes. I did not try them but I understood the lobster mac and cheese was underseasoned, the Crab cake was mainly breading and tasted like canned Crab, the pepperoni on the flatbread was off, and the salmon did not taste good. No comments, positive or negative, were made for the meatballs. All in all, I likely would not try this establishment again.

Fresh seafood? Upscale dining vibes? Everyday HH? Yes, please!…read more Love Ocean Prime, definitely one of my favorite seafood restaurants! The restaurant is absolutely gorgeous! There is a separate lounge where HH is served - not just at the bar - but the entire lounge space, win! Service was great - attentive and efficient. Ordered the margarita, crab cake and lobster roll. 10/10 recommend all. I'm a stickler for a good crab cake and theirs is done right - loaded with crab and very little to no filler. The popcorn they bring to you as a starter snack is a cute touch. I was eyeing the seabass so I'll definitely try that next time. Parking was great too - there is an attached garage and OP validates.

We were celebrating a birthday, and when we asked for the complimentary birthday cake, it took 35 minutes to come out. At that point, we were tired of waiting and decided to leave without it. After we left, they actually left me a voicemail asking if I still wanted the cake! The only bright spot was Denise, who was absolutely wonderful and provided great service. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care. Unfortunately, the overall experience was extremely disappointing, especially for a restaurant at this price point. The food was great, but the service and organization need serious improvement.

Bathrooms are cute, clean, and well stocked. What I didn't care for... I received my Mongolian beef early. My husband didn't get his orange chicken for 20ish minutes. I had a few bites but waited, we typically eat together. After 15 minutes, the eggrolls came out hot and fresh, now my food is getting cooler and the hubby still hasn't received his meal. All of this to say, consider making the easier dish later so they can be done together or hold meals until they can be served together. There was a long wait between food delivery, drink refills, and check, but in our servers defense: he was the only one serving, and it got busy for lunch. I may try it again when in the area

He offered suggestions and told us if there was anything we did not like to let him know. We had a lot of different things. The Red Devil Beef was super flavorful and like nothing I had before. It was a spicy but doable and full of yum. We also had the beef flat noodle, black bean chicken garlic, rangoons and green beans. When I say everything was cooked perfectly I mean everything. When I started writing the review I had it as 4 stars. I am often hesitant on giving a 5 on my first visit. Due to Ty taking personal accountability and catering to make everything just right I felt the 5 was well deserved. My only feedback is I felt the prices were just a little higher than expected. It was not ridiculous and maybe it is inflation. Regardless their food is good.

I love the colors and the flowers. It's a happy and warm feeling place. Service: 5 STARS The service was exceptional and excellent. The staff were all so attentive. The bartenders were polite, poised, polished and professional. One of the managers came around and he was very friendly and engaging. I loved how welcoming everyone was. I appreciated the tray with lemons, limes and orange slices for my water. Food & Drinks: 5 STARS My favorite item was the shrimp appetizer. The hot and crunchy shrimp were so delicious. The mango sauce on them was amazing. These were some of the best shrimp I've ever had in my entire life. The spicy salmon crispy rice was really interesting. I liked it, but it was a weird combination, but in a good way. The presentation was great. It's a flavorful crunchy bite:. The oysters were good. I have had better, but these were tasty and a great price on happy hour. The cocktails were fabulous and fantastic! The Viola was a sassy drink. The presentation was wonderful . I love the dry ice effect. The spicy blackberry margarita packs a nice punch. The French 75 was pretty and tasty. I truly enjoyed the experience. Who doesn't love a good happy hour. The fact that they offer Saturday happy hour is superb. It was packed with happy people enjoying my favorite hour of the day. I was satisfied, full and left in a good mood! I will definitely be back with friends. Bonus: The bathroom was very clean. I loved the mouthwash dispenser. Good food equals good mood. Truluck's does a body GOOD! I'm definitely a fan and will be adding this to my rotation.

The lobster bao was so flavorful and delicious. A flavor explosion! My husband's New York strip was cooked perfectly and the Mac was so creamy and rich. My dish was the crab stuffed lobster tail and broccolini (I subbed instead of asparagus)--it was so good! That lobster tail was perfectly cooked. And for the part we'd come back every day for..the carrot cake. SO delicious. Literally perfect down to the pecans. Will most definitely be back

What I appreciated most was that he listened and acknowledged my concerns without trying to explain them away. As a customer, I felt heard and valued. Adam invited me back for the next Ramen Night, and this time I brought friends. We were seated in a booth and ordered the featured ramen, which happened to be a gumbo ramen. It wasn't quite my taste--there was a lot going on flavor-wise--but the service experience was completely different. The restaurant felt much less hectic, and the hospitality really stood out. Eric walked us through the menu, made excellent drink recommendations, and made sure our waters never went empty. We also had the ube dessert, which was unexpectedly delicious. Everyone at the table was scraping the plate clean. A special shoutout to Stephanie at the host stand, who also made sure we were well taken care of throughout the evening. Another noticeable improvement: the kitchen packed our leftovers for us instead of having guests juggle large bowls of broth at the table. Overall, this was the elevated dining experience and level of care I expect from a restaurant of this caliber. I'm looking forward to seeing who the guest chef is and what ramen creation they'll feature next month!

However, the past two times we shared this place with another couple who loves sushi just as much as my husband and I do. One reason we kept coming back, aside from all the delicious food, was how they labeled their menu with the top food allergens. As a food allergy mom, I appreciated this so much! Especially when I was still breastfeeding, I had to eliminate all of my daughter's allergies to breastfeed safely. The main ones I had to look out for was gluten, dairy, egg, nuts, and sesame seeds. The safe was aware of my limitations and shared empathy, not annoyance like other places. T Thankfully I'm out of that stage so I can eat anything on the menu now. We would like to take our daughter here some day, she loves sushi a lot! But being only 5 years old, we'll need to save it for a special occasion. We get carried away when we come here. The food here is top notch and worth every penny, so we'll have to save up. Cooked dishes we always order: Brussel sprouts, steamed mushrooms, hamachi collar and miso cod. All the nigiri/sushi is fresh and you can't ignore the specials or seasonal menu!
