Whether dining in or getting it to go, the quality of the item is always the same. Ordering is done at the front counter. That said if there is open seating at the bar, they will gladly take your order from there. Regardless, the staff is always friendly, and helpful; answering any and all questions. When dining in, they do a good job of checking on the customers, keeping water glasses filled along with offering other beverages (wine and beer are available for purchase).

The restaurant kindly blocked off a space for us, o we had a separate table filled with wine glasses that the waiters kept restocked. The bruschetta was great, tomatoes very fresh. Croquettes were decent. Pizzas were excellent! Margherita sbagliata is my all time favorite. The peppe was excellent and nicely spicy. It wasn't quite my taste--there was a lot going on flavor-wise--but the service experience was completely different. The restaurant felt much less hectic, and the hospitality really stood out. Eric walked us through the menu, made excellent drink recommendations, and made sure our waters never went empty. We also had the ube dessert, which was unexpectedly delicious. Everyone at the table was scraping the plate clean. A special shoutout to Stephanie at the host stand, who also made sure we were well taken care of throughout the evening. Another noticeable improvement: the kitchen packed our leftovers for us instead of having guests juggle large bowls of broth at the table. Overall, this was the elevated dining experience and level of care I expect from a restaurant of this caliber.
