I've spent years going to reputable salons - the kind where you work with a stylist and you leave feeling genuinely cared for. This was nothing like that. It is an ok salon for a basic blow dry, not a proper haircut or more sophisticated services. Every service was performed first and priced later. There was no sense that he was invested in how my hair would look or feel when I walked out. When I had to ask if he would blow-dry my hair to see the final look and finish the hair cut - something I have never had to ask for after a haircut - it said everything about the level of care on offer here. I left with results that were basic at best. My photos from that afternoon say it all. This is a salon that looks the part but doesn't live it. Modern interiors don't make up for a stylist or team who treats each client as a one-time transaction rather than someone worth earning back. This place charged me nearly triple what i was quoted for - you'd get a much for transformative work done by a senior stylist for less than I was charged at Natura spa. I followed Sohalia over from another salon and I cannot recommend Sohalia or Natura enough. Sohalia is a master of everything - cut, color, highlights, brazilian blowout (we've done it all) and a wonderful conversationalist. Natura is a pleasant, light-filled salon with large windows, quality espresso, and extra comfortable chairs. The chairs for hair washing were specially designed to support your neck; every salon needs these chairs. read more

Met him in December and have been seeing him ever since. He customizes my hair treatments and does the best blow outs. My hair is healthier, smoother and shiner because of him. The receptionists are polite and efficient. The hair dressers each execute washing the hair, cutting the hair and coloring the hair including hair color removal with great facility contributing to the stream lined client experience; they are outstanding. I was assigned Thiago who I can honestly say is incredible in all aspects of hair styling and coloring; he has provided me with flawless services that encompass my weekly blow outs along with my hair cut and color every 3 to 4 few weeks. He exudes humility, kindness and discretion. His attention to detail and innate sense of style are reflected by his masterful executions regardless of the length, color, texture, or density of the hair he is handling.
