Plain and simple is Natural. This is a no frills, neighborhood mom and pop shop that serves ice cream, milkshakes, smoothies, fruit cups, sandwiches and some random things like elote and shrimp cocktail. I was in the mood for fruit but wanted something more exciting than a cup of mixed fruit, so I got their Fresas & Crema aka strawberries and cream. A small size is $5 but pretty darn big. The cream was sweet but the slightly tart strawberries balanced it out. It reminded me of eating a sweeter version of strawberry yogurt with big chunks of fresh strawberries. You're not going to find organic or acai anything here, but they will fulfill your basic fresh fruit needs. read more

Great little spot with a variety of options. My family and I got the tortas de lomo, shrimp cocktail, twister and gaspachos. Gaspacho cups is a mixture of carrot, jicama and beets shredded. Twister cups are cut up oranges, cucumbers, coconut, and watermelon in orange juice. They also have smoothies and fresh waters. This little restaurant is always very very clean. They take phone orders and I highly encourage if your going during your lunch. If you call it in 15-20 minutes before they will have it ready. They take contactless pay, cash and visa. The reason why it's not a 5 star is because of there customer service. Whenever a lady is there maybe the owner things runs smooth and she's very polite. I don't know her name but she has been their for years and is very nice older lady. Most of the times though, their customer service is terrible. The staff when she isn't there, ignores you when you walk in, they take your order when an attitude, it's pretty terrible. read more

Young girl "Cashier" is very rude and not welcoming as the customers arrive. I stood for 10 minutes before she told me to pick up and order even though it was paid over the phone I had to stand in line and wait my turn. When normally the second window does the pick up. read more

Bought a large fruit tropical cup with lime and chili. Omg probably worst fruit cut I've ever had. The apples were almost brow n the jicama was spoiled and most of the cup was banana. There was a drop of lime and chile and on top of it all it took a while to get when it was slow in there. Worst $8.00 I have ever spent. Better off going to the local street vendors or cutting it yourself. read more

Yelp 100 Challenge 2017 76/100 I stopped by and picked up shakes and mango chamoy smoothie. The price seemed expensive on the menu but the drinks were HUGE! The mango smoothie is supposedly to be made out of just mango but I thought it had an artificial flavor too it. I prefer mangoneadas so this was my first time trying a smoothie drink with chamoy. There wasn't enough chamoy/spice to it. The shakes- peanut butter, banana, chocolate were delicious, according to my friends. I hate banana so I didn't try it. Variety of smoothie and froyo options. They have nachos, hot dogs and sandwiches as well. The nacho cheese is not tasty at all - very bland and salty. But the ice cream makes up for it. My only complaint is with the younger front desk staff. They talk very low even though you are very close to them face to face so it is hard to hear them. I had to ask one girl to repeat what she was saying several times throughout the order. Its okay. I would come back because of the proximity to my home but if I had the choice between the elotero and Natural's, I would save the walk and give my money to the elotero. read more

I use to come here so often, especially when the owner was behind the counter, their Mangoniadas were so good. Now, they're watered down and add to much lime, the drink is not blended enough and for the most part add to much Chamoy. What will NEVER have me go there again is their Customer Service, the two Young girls at the registers are horrible! They give you additude and are not welcoming. It's sad to see their product watered down as their customer service has! I'll be taking my business elsewhere! read more

Just visiting the area, but this is a great spot and I'm definitely going to return. I ordered too much food (i.e., an elote cup, a fruit cup, and fresas con crema) but it was all delicious. The best esquites I have ever tasted! Esquites are also known as elote in a cup or corn in a cup. Never tried elotes before? It's basically a corn cob smeared with mayo, sprinkled with cotija cheese and chili powder. Esquites is basically elotes but the corn is in a cup with the same ingredients. Esquites here are different than any other I've tried. They use mozzarella cheese instead of the usual cotija cheese. They also add lime. The mixture of cheese, corn, chili and lime is perfect! I can eat a whole large cup myself! The agua frescas are pretty good here! They are made fresh with NATURAL ingredients! read more

Best fresas con crema in town . One time I went to La Michoacana because I was too lazy to drive to Natural for fresas con crema , well BIG MISTAKE that was . The fresas con crema I had from La Michocana was more like fresas con leche. Natural serves a white or pink crema thick and creamy both delicious but I favor the white more. read more

Mango + Chamoy Smoothie (Chamango) is delicious and perfect for anyone that likes Mexican candy. Sweet, tangy, savory all at the same time! Also comes with mexican candy stick/straw. Corn cup is filled with cheese, lime, and chili powder... mmMmm. A perfect snack or meal (the small is huge!) I would definitely recommend asking for more chili powder on the side! Location has a very small parking lot and the shop itself is small (limited seating), but clean. Lines can get long and the waiting time for getting the actual drinks/meals can also be long, but that's because people have large orders. read more

Yea. I'll drive thr 10+ miles for the drinks. Chamoy smoothie, large is $6.75 and so refreshing. Perfectly blended, perfectly tart and spicy you're just a perfect drink, aren't you. Strawberry smoothie, large for $5.75 was delightfully refreshing. No artificial flavors detected (hence business name) and one of the best strawberry smoothies I've ever had. I was babysitting later that day and the babies could not get enough of this drink! They have ice cream, other specialty drinks with papaya, corn, coconut, pineapple...etc. Clean shop with some tables for you to enjoy your yogurt/ice cream/drinks. Service was great. The girl packed the cups very, very well and made sure they wouldn't spill so kudos to her. 4 drinks for $22. Not bad for amazingly refreshing drinks during this horrid season we call 'summer.' read more

Fresh. Fresh. Fresh. I had this delivered via Postmates and the juices and smoothies were so fresh. No added fake stuff or sugars. The watermelon and the cantaloupe were my favorites. It was just super super hot and I've never been to this place. It is literally right by my house so I decided to stop by since there was a line outside....It must be good then? So walked in and service was a bit slow. I guess a lot of people like to buy those big bowl of fruits for parties I guess. Finally got there and ordered the horchata and the Tres Maria Horchata: bleh! This horchata was kind of powdery....I'd rather go to Alerto's and get it there. Tres Maria: The presentation on the menu looked very inviting and Im sure it is if you order it for there. You get to pick three different kinds of ice cream and they top it off with whip cream, wafers, sprinkles, and all that jazz. If you are a person that likes to take pictures, I suggest ordering it for there because ordering it to go, they totally smush the presentation and it looks like they just threw it in the box, and someone just threw up all over it. We ordered a fruit bowl for an event. Called about 1100 for a 4pm pick up. They had no problem completing our order. We purchased a medium fruit bowl for $45. It looked so beautiful and fresh. It had strawberries, watermelon, honey dew, cucumber, pineapple, kiwi, and fresh coconut. When we went to pick it up the service was so friendly and they offered us lemon juice and tajin on the side. Decided to give this place a try despite the reviews but everyone was pretty much right about the corn and chamango. The line was to the door when I came but I expected it since it was a hot day and it seems like this place is a hit for the locals or anyone passing by. I ordered a small corn cup and chamango. Waited about 10 minutes for my drink then another 3 for the corn. My chamango was okay.. Kinda watery and I noticed they put a spoonful of sugar into their blender before creating my drink! It didn't taste fresh or "real" to me. When the corn cup came out I was surprised their small is so large! But after the first couple of bites all I could taste was sour cream/mayo... Their corn did not taste fresh or sweet - it pretty much tasted like it was heated straight from the can. A customer before me returned her chamango and told them it was too watery and that those drinks weren't meant to be that consistency. The girls took back the drink but did not look happy to be making her a brand new drink.. read more

We came around 10 PM on a Saturday night and there was already a pretty long line. Apparently we got lucky because I was told the line wasn't even as long as it normally gets lol. Surprisingly though, we waited less than 10 minutes. The staff here works FAST. You can literally see how hard everyone is working behind the counter getting all the orders out. There's also a waiting area with bench seating which is nice if you're hanging around eating your churros. Plenty of parking too so that wasn't an issue at all. There's even a Jalisco taco tent right next door, so honestly you could grab tacos first and then come here for dessert We were recommended the Traditional Churros with vanilla bean ice cream and this was easily the highlight for me. The traditional ones are super crispy on the outside but really soft inside. It reminds me of the classic Mexican churros you'd get from street vendors, markets or festivals, just done REALLY well. They had the perfect amount of cinnamon sugar too. Definitely on the sweeter side but thats exactly how I want my churros. With the vanilla bean ice cream and Mexican caramel on top... SO GOOD. Everything just worked together perfectly. The hot crispy churros with the cold vanilla ice cream and caramel was seriously addicting. I've actually been to Spain and tried churros from cafes that have been around for literally 100 to 200+ years, and honestly Don Churros is still up there with some of the best churros I've ever had. Probably one of the best I've tried in North America so far. Also really cool knowing they're originally from Jalisco, Mexico! We also ordered the mixed boxes, but unfortunately by 10 PM they had already sold out of the Don Churros and only had the Traditional ones left. Since the Don Churros cost a little more we asked if they could maybe hook us up with some extra Traditional Churros instead. And they REALLY hooked us up They gave us a ton of extras, basically another full bag of Traditional Churros!! Really appreciated that and honestly the customer service here was exceptional. Even with the long line everyone was friendly, moving quick and working really hard. Fresh, super crispy outside, soft inside, lots of cinnamon sugar and even better with the vanilla bean ice cream and their syrups. Definitely get a box to take home too, its worth it. Prices are pretty reasonable for what you get. They are crispy fried on the outside but fluffy and soft on the inside. We always get the Full thread for the four of us and we can't finish, which is rare, we bring it home and air fry any leftovers. With the churros we always buy their dipping sauces and all of them are great. Great churros, ice cream , drinks and drizzles. You can't go wrong! There are a few benches you can sit at that are in near the food truck where you can either sit to eat or even wait for your order. Thank you Don Churros for your delicious desserts! I commute to OC for work so I'm not that familiar with all the local eateries. Natural is one of those cool, somewhat-hole-in-the-wall places that you might not visit unless a local took you there. At any rate, they are always busy around lunchtime, so if you don't call in your order, be prepared to wait 10-20 minutes for your stuff. The eschomocha seems to be one of their signature "natural" items, and it's pretty darn good (I'd opt for the pink yogurt rather than the white though ... gotta ask for it!). The hot dogs look awesome and are really affordable; my colleagues order them all the time. For me, however, the Natural Salad is the best thing on the menu. They have, like, every veggie you could want and even some you don't (broccoli & cauliflower on a salad?) but somehow it just tastes awesome. I recommend getting it with turkey on top to complete your perfect, healthy lunchtime meal. Bon apptit! read more

Finally we found a place among all the fast food and big chain restaurants that serves fresh, unaltered healthy foods and snacks. They put sugar in some of the drinks and smoothies but you can always ask for one without since they make everything fresh in their small kitchen. My husband had a fruit bowl which was delicious e said. I opted for the vegetable gazpacho with beets, carrots and chicory topped off with lime juice and cayenne. I loved it. It filled me up coz the portions are quite large and I was able to share with the kids without feeling anxious that I was going to end up hungry :) ... Happens a lot. We are so happy that we found "Natural". We'll be back tomorrow on our way back home. read more

Somehow I have lived in the neighborhood for 4 years and just tried this place out for the first time today with my girlfriend. It was the perfect place to go to since we wanted some place close, convenient and not a long waiting time. I wanted something sweet, while my girlfriend tend to eat a bit healthier so she wanted fruit or a salad. So I had the banana wafer sundae which definitely satisfied my sweet tooth and I helped my girlfriend finish off her fruit cup. Satanic music played here!! It has been recently been changed to a disturbing place. Some of the staff members are dressed in the goth style. The main issue is the type of music playing especially with children present. Satanic music is being played. It is commonly known as black metal or death metal. The hotdog was really good, and I usually dislike them. The bun was toasted perfectly and all the toppings were great. Reminiscent of those L.A. Street dogs. Everything I've eaten here has surpassed my expectations. You should also try the chicken sandwich on wheat, the bionico, the fresas con crema, the chamoyada.
