I'm pissed asf!! I went in there tonight hoping to get a nice full set and pedicure. The lady who started on my nails didn't even finish my nails she sent me to get my pedicure where the lady didn't even noticed I had overlay on my two bug toes she was almost done and I asked did she do them she said she sorry I'm not perfect like trying be slick she did them and didn't even file my toes because she was rushing! Not to mention I was already in the damn shop for 3 hrs Now my nails are a freaking mess the nail tech was rushing because they were closing she knew I was upset I just didn't want make scene. I spent $130 for my nails to look a hot ass mess and I live too far this it's a damn shame I spent that much money for nails to look like this. I did not tip! Now I have to come back Sunday for them to fix my nails and feet!! The flowers on my nail don't even look the picture I showed her!!!

This is our first time here and my daughter is very happy with the results. See before and after photos. We didn't want to pay an arm and a leg for nails so she called several places near us and they were only $35.00 for dip nails. I guess it's the new thing. They said the color will last 3 weeks. The cool thing is they use your own nail and they dry almost instantly. Kelly did her nails. We will definitely come back to her. They are in the bed bath and beyond mall.

It's 6/21/2023...I was suppose to have an appointment with MIMI today at 1pm. She texted me late last night and asked if she can do my appointment in her new salon because she wouldn't be at the old salon. I didn't want to drive 35 minutes away just to go to the new salon but I agreed anyway. So now I'm here heading to the new salon and she sends me a text while I am in route asking if I can come 30 minutes late. It's very unprofessional and inconsiderate.

I really love this location and I usually only deal with my regular lady Lynn but she hasn't been there the last couple times I've went, so I had to let someone else do my feet. Jenny did my toes once and she did a good job. Mimi did my eyebrows okay as well but I do miss Lynn. Yesterday I took my sister into the shop to get a pedicure and her nails done. We had conversations with the techs so they knew she was getting prepared for a wedding. The customer service was great but the outcome was TERRIBLE. Rachel did her toes. They look AWFUL. And it's no chip polish on her toes, so they shouldn't look the way they look at all. Then let's not even talk about her nails. Tom did her nails. She wanted coffin shaped tips with dip powder. The nails are HORRIBLE. The nail beds are super thick but the tips are very thin, so her nails remind you of a duck beak. They are not smooth. They are sloppy and definitely not worth the $110 dollars paid. I think this is terrible service for such an expensive price. Tom seems like he is a newbie and he needs more practice. But they shouldn't charge full price for amateur work. I'll still go here for services with Lynn and Lynn only. I will NEVER let anyone else do my nails or feet. Van and Jenny do good pedicures also but I'm still going to stick with Lynn. I'm super embarrassed by the work they did for my sister and I regret taking her here. And I feel we wasted alot of money for a tragic outcome.

I came here after seeing nails by Mimi on Instagram and she had a long wait so I went with someone else and it was this younger boy and he just did a horrible job like he just learned how to do nails yesterday or he just didn't give a crap first my nails are absolutely to short when he trimmed the tips they were much longer the ends were concaved I have to file then MYSELF to correct the shape and when I just asked for a polish over top to cover up the HORRIBLE acrylic laying he did bc I had already complained multiple times she comes over there and tries to round them put that's why I began filing it myself the polish has air bubbles and by the time they were done after telling them how horrible they were they still made me pay $55 for them I called when I got home and asked how I could get my money back and they said I had to pay $10 to get them soaked off or let them cut them for free to get my money back I'm absolutely disgusted with the management here or the owners I will never go here again

The nail design I got a slanted French tip with gold flakes

I went because my usual nail tech was out of town and I went for a walk in which was great! The salon is very nice I like the aesthetic. I was seated with an African American lady and she did the foundation with acrylic. She asked me what shape and length I wanted which was very great because of my job I can't have them that long. When she was finished with the shaping I went to another person to get the design done, which he did a great job on. After the service I paid a total of $75, I felt like the price was a bit too high for what I got done but I can't dispute it. Maybe a few days after the design started wearing off the topcoat starting peeling and the gold flakes started coming off which was very disappointing especially the price I paid for by nails. I would definitely go back but I just wish that I didn't pay so much for a nail design that didn't last a whole month.

The manicure I received was not very well done. The gel polish was not applied evenly, and did not cover the whole nail. Polish was pooled in the edges of my nails and not cleaned off my skin around the nails. There is a clump on my nail. There was a great selection of colors, and the owner seemed very friendly. read more

I only have 1 star because I had to pick something, otherwise I would have given 0! Made appointment for a mani/pedi today. Arrived at scheduled time & was seated with feet soaking in pedi chair. 35mins later, when the water was cold I got up & left! Two customers walked in after me & were taken immediately. I was told they had appointments, well so did I. Really expect better customer service when I'm spending $75 for a mani/pedi! read more

The first few times were excellent. It seemed like the more I came the worse my nails looked. One time, one tech would start then another would continue and then another would finish. What a mess. I may go back and then again I may not. I will say that the pedicure was very good. I do agree with the review about the male tech being rough and did mention it to the owner. All she said was sorry. Hmmm Sorry I couldn't give a higher rating. read more

I was visiting from out of town and wanted a dip manicure, so I chose this salon based on the positive yelp reviews. Unfortunately, it did not live up to the hype. All of the stations were full when I walked in, but I was the first person waiting; however, I had to wait over an hour. When I was invited back, the employee doing my nails was clearly rushing. He took multiple phone calls while doing my nails, including one that caused him to yell into the phone while sitting across from me. When I left, my hands still had pink stains, clear polish, and other marks on the skin that did not suggest I had paid to have my nails done. I understand that it was a busy evening, but I was disappointed in the quality of the service. read more

First let me say I have been getting manicures and pedicures at this salon for the last few years without any issues. Tonight me and my boyfriend came in for pedicures. We were told which chairs to sit in. He sits down and proceeds to get his pedicure. I was told to sit in the chair to the left of him. I take my shoes off and I looked into the pedicure bowl before sitting down. There was several pieces of shaved skin left in the bowl. I pointed it out to the older lady that was doing my boyfriends pedicures and at first she just looked and told me to sit down. She looked right at it as if she didn't see it. I know she did because even my boyfriend noticed a large amount of shaved skin in the bowl. I pointed out again and she simply ran water into the bowl to "rinse" it and told me to sit again. I stop there in disbelief. No disinfectant. No scrubbing. She looked at me confused. I was so upset that I just left and waited for my boyfriend in the car. I was scheduled for a manicure and pedicure as we were leaving for vacation early the next morning. I left with nothing. Sadly I won't be returning due to unsanitary conditions. read more

Great new place that provides friendly and excellent service . You will feel like a spa princess as you get fresh fruit and water while you get your pedicure . They use natural products so no acrylic smell in the salon . Good prices . And a week later - nails and toes still look great . read more

Today was my first time coming to the Salon which was recommended by a co worker. Let me just say that this will be my new home away from home. The establishment is well maintained and extremely clean. The staff is friendly and to be greeted with a fruit and cracker plate with bottle water. Amazingly Awesome! The massage chairs are divine, I opted for the deluxe pedicure which includes an herbal wrap for my shoulders, hot stone massage, and a paraffin wax. I have been going to Natural Nails & Spa for a little over a year now. In my opinion they are the best! Friendly customer service, clean environment, and fabulous results. I use the dipping powder on my nails and it lasts about 3 weeks. It makes my nails so strong! If I get a French manicure or Ombre technique done with the powder it will last for almost 5 weeks before I need to go back. My favorite technician is Tommy. He is worth the wait for an appointment however all the technicians that work there are good. The prices are very reasonable too! read more

The people here really do take care of you and make sure your nails and toes come out nice. Me and a friend had an appointment, but they were short staff by 2 people. Jen and everyone there really made sure we were taken care of every second we were waiting. I was really surprised that they didn't rush our nails when it was closing time, they still sat there and made sure they were perfect and they were the ones telling us sorry for the wait. The service in this place was AMAZING. I never write reviews, but the staff here is SO nice! They bring you fruit and water and explain the benefit of the different services they offer. Plus my nails look incredible! Multiple other customers also recommended getting the sns nails because they look amazing, and they last nearly a month. Always have a great experience. They bring you water and a snack every time you come in, and Jenny, the owner, makes sure everyone is happy and things are done right. I have recommended this place to all my family and friends and most have become regulars. They are very accommodating and offer a loyalty card which is nice for frequent flyers like me. read more

Will definitely return! Minimal wait and all of the workers were so nice! Was greeted with bottled water and a snack of coconut cookies. One of the best dip/sns I've ever had, it looks so natural. Plus, it came with a hand massage. Only $35. Will try a pedicure next time read more

Had a pedicure today and it was wonderful. Comfortable vibrating chairs and they give you a bottled water with crackers and fruit. Very happy with the results. I will not go anywhere else for my nails ever again. Loved this place. read more
