After calling a pest control company (that I was currently using for bug control) to help with a noise in my attic, they sent over a salesman who quoted me an insane amount of money after just 5 minutes. I found Mark on Yelp and called him and he came out the next day and spent so much time checking out the situation. He really took time to look in my attic and around the house and even took my husband around to show him what he was seeing. He set traps and closed off the possible entry points and helped take care of the rat situation. After several sleepless nights due to rats in the attic, we decided to call Nature Pest. It was Friday evening, and we made an appointment for Monday with Mark. Thankfully he called me back and told me that he could come Saturday. He is very knowledgable and was able to identify the rat entry points. I was concerned about the rats suffering before death so he gave me options. He then set up the traps I chose. He was very thorough, and best of all, the price he had quoted me was very low. Other companies had quoted me $700 and up. Another even quoted me between $2k & $3k! His prices were almost too good to be true, so I was concerned at first.. Mark is the BEST! He's knowledgeable about what he does, and he does it at a price no one can beat. We had a few squirrels living in our wall, so before patching it up we needed to get them out of there. Thankfully, I found Nature King Pest Management while doing a google search. Mark was out here the next day to get everything setup. It was dark and rainy, but no matter! All three critters were caught separately in this case, over the span of a few days, and he always made it out in a timely manner to remove them and setup another trap. Mark was fantastic. He came very promptly and was able to diagnose my problem pretty quickly. We had a squirrel who had found his way into our chimney. We had another company come out and do a screen the day before and they told us rats were the problem based on the droppings in the fireplace.... There were no rat droppings. The estimate from that company was $800 for removal and mark did it for a fraction of that... He's reliable and very professional.
