Some of the most consistently fresh and delicious food I've ever had. I'm lucky enough to be within walking distance, so I frequent it very often. The chicken salad sandwich and mango salad are my go-to's, but just about anything you get is guaranteed to be delicious. The smoothies are highly recommended as well, although I'd stick with ones that use frozen yogurt rather than just juice. The staff are also excellent and will happily make recommendations. Free wi-fi is also a huge plus. Overall one of my favorite restaurants ever. read more

This is a hidden gem in Naperworld. The food is delicious. Everything is freshly made. We love the pizza. Any of the pizzas are delicious as they are fire cooked in a brick oven. This is where they cook all of their hot foods. The Mango Salad is to die for. For breakfast the new breakfast sandwich on a bagel with bacon. Egg and cheese is our new favorite. The coffee is very good as well. We were excited to see that they recently put in a Coca Cola freestyle machine that only adds to the delicious options. And let me tell you about the staff. They are the most welcoming and kind restaurant staff in the city. Always have a smile on their face. Always willing to serve you. Always willing to go the extra mile. And the ambience of the restaurant is wonderful it's like a cross between a quaint café and a coffee house. They support local artists. And play positive music. All I can say is WOW. Everything my family ordered was delicious, including the pizza, fresh soups and sandwiches, and the ice cream. We plan to come back often. My husband and I have been (successfully) dieting for the last few months and it's always such a challenge to find a place to eat out that will have healthy, low-calorie, nutritious meals. Perfect light lunch at this charming quick serve cafe in a strip mall type space in Naperville. The menu features mainly salads and sandwiches, smoothies as well as an array of gluten free options. We didn't try the wood fired pizzas but they looked fabulous. Chicken salad is some of the best I've had and one of the specials today was a turkey, provolone and pesto sandwich lightly grilled. The pesto was really flavorful and even thought they were out of provolone by the time we ordered, the mozzarella substituted was great. Good service and very friendly. I visited the Nature's Best Café on a Saturday afternoon looking for something fresh and healthy to eat. I love family owned businesses and had been meaning to stop in but just never had the chance. I must say I am very impressed. I purchased the mango salad with chicken and it was very good. The chicken was a tad bit dry but I took it home and chopped it up and it was just fine. The mango dressing was awesome! Everything was really fresh and the salad was a good size. I ended up eating it in three sessions. I also had the sweetie pie fresh juice, which was also excellent. The only thing I can suggest for the juices is to provide sturdier cups. While driving, I almost spilled my juice several times because the cup bent as I retrieved it from my cup holder. I transferred it to a regular glass when I got home. It could really be a catastrophe for someone if they spilled carrot juice all over themselves. The restaurant is a nice size with plenty of parking, ample dining space and it has a very cozy atmosphere. The staff is super friendly and very accommodating. I'm thankful to have such a cute, healthy option so close to home and looking forward to trying other things on the menu. read more

This place seems to be a real diamond in the rough. I heard about it opening up and haven't had the chance to stop in while it was open or when I was hungry. What a mistake I have been making not to try this place. I ordered my sandwich and to my surprise the very friendly gentleman behind the counter threw the meat and the bread in a wood stone fireplace oven. I knew at that moment this was going to be a delicious sandwich. I can not wait to go back and try one of those pizzas and if they are as good as this TAG sandwich I got they will have a frequent customer on their hands. Wow, I can only say that if you haven't been here you must go! The ambiance in the restaurant is family friendly with comfy chairs and a spacious dining room. It's super clean and inviting once you get inside the door. The location is a little off the beaten path - at Rt 59 and down Brookdale Rd about a 1/4 of a mile & If you're coming from I-88 getting there will take you about 5 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised with the healthy options there & the expansive menu sure to satisfy everyone. The menu's are hand written on chalk boards & which added a "small-town" feel, although we were offered laminated menus at the register. Everything there seemed to have a gluten free option & the menu items are very affordable. I was shocked to see wood-fired oven that can churn out a pizza in under 90 seconds - and they make pizza's taste unbelieveable without exception! They have a wide variety of pizza's and all right between 9-10 bucks - certainly a bargain for any budget. I'm certain that if you wanted to shift your ingredients and customize your pizza - they wouldn't mind at all. I had the chicken pesto sandwich and it was really good - the pesto was tasty and the cheese was melted over the tomato and it was served on a french roll - cabbatta type! They stuck my sandwich in the wood-fired oven melting the cheese and lightly crisping the bun. Best of all It came with a sizable bag of chips "U pick" (salt & vinegar, my favorite!) & all of under ten bucks! The owner came out and asked us how we liked our lunch and asked us for feedback. He listened intently and was so nice to us!! I was impressed when he talked about sourcing locally and that to me is just awesome! He was more interested in the food tasting good, which he understood required excellent quality ingredients! I love to see this, because this shows he really cares! My son had the margarita pizza which had pesto as the base and to me it was very very good! My son thought it could use a little more flavor, but at home I cook with a lot of salt -so this is probably why. I would recommend though that they use cherry tomatoes instead of sliced because they bring out the flavor more in the pesto & add a little garlic salt! The pizza was around $9 & the crust was thin, but filling. Don't overlook the complimentary water just to the right of the register - I noticed that when the owner pointed it out - but totally missed it as it was next to me. It's in a bumble bee shaped dispenser at the register so they can keep it filled with ice cold water. They have ice cream and smoothies - although we didn't have any of that; but there is always next time. We're looking forward to our next visit! We will be sampling a couple of pizza's and a salad! Stopped in for a salad and was disappointed. The chicken on the salad was very dry, over cooked, and appeared reheated rather than cooked to order. There appeared to be canned green beans as a topping on the salad, again, I anticipated fresh. The dressing was alright.
