I've been coming here for about ten years. Even after living in San Francisco for the past several years, I've been wary of taking my clothes to anyone else and used to just drop off/pickup my clothes when going out to Livermore to visit my parents every month or so. But now I've sold my car and found someone in SF to "environmentally friendly" clean my clothes, so this is a "thank you and goodbye"post. These people have been fantastic and done such a great job for me over the years. Once I even went to pick up my clothes and the husband told me "My wife noticed the button was coming off your dress so she sewed it back on". Does it get much nicer than that? read more

Grrrr... Just picked up my special Hugo Boss dress from this dry cleaner and.. not only is the stain still there, my dress is now damaged. Let me start from the beginning. About 2 weeks ago, I brought in a brand new Hugo Boss dress that is very special to me into Nature's Cleaners. I found this place off Yelp, and even though there were only a few reviews, for the most part the reviews were positive, and since I didn't know any other dry cleaners in this area, I decided to bring my dress to them. The fact that they are supposed to be better for the environment was a big bonus for me. However.. I picked up the dress. Brought it home. Noticed that there is a pink stain on the top shoulder part of the dress. Umm... this wasn't there when I dropped it off.. the dress is brand new. I brought it back the next day to see what they could do. They said they couldn't get it back to until the next day, but that wouldn't have worked for me because I needed the dress for my trip and I was leaving that night. So I told them it's OK and that I would bring the dress back after I came back from my trip. I brought back the dress so that they could try to remove the stain. I just picked it up right now, and not only is the stain that was not there in the first place still there, that area where the stain is is damaged.. The material there looks like it has been scrubbed and rubbed a LOT, the material in that area looks thinner and uneven, and the area is fuzzy now. They left a tag on the hanger saying that even though they tried to get the stain out, they weren't able to, and that if they continued to try to get it out, it would damage the dress. Ummm..... too late, they already damaged the dress. I wish that they had stopped trying to get the stain out before damaging my dress, or at least called me or something to let me know that the stain probably wasn't going to come out. I would rather have had the stain there and at least have my dress in the same condition as opposed to how it was returned to me. So.. I feel bad that I have to give 1 star, because the people who work there seem very nice. However, the fact that my nice, new, expensive, and personally significant dress both got a stain on it while getting cleaned by them AND was further damaged by them when they tried to remove the stain has ensured that I will never bring an article of clothing back here again :( read more

I'm happier. I've had a few things cleaned here now and the work is good. The people are nice, but it still feels off. I dropped off a dress with a stain (if it didn't have a stain, I wouldn't need dry cleaning) and the lady says, "Oh, this will be much more work." Sorry that I'm asking you to work, doing dry cleaning, at your dry cleaning business. I get those kinds of comments occasionally when I go in, which just peeves me. But the quality of the dry cleaning is good. read more

It's closeby, they are friendly and they get the job done without any hassles. I have been here to dry clean my coats and the husbands jackets and we have always had impeccable service. Reasonably priced, dry cleaning 2 sport jackets costed us around $21. I recommend. read more

I have been taking my work clothes, jackets, and dresses here one a month or so since I moved to Dubin about a year ago. It can definitely add up (my most recent bill was $93 bucks!! ), but I refuse to take my clothes anywhere else. I have some nice silk/embellished work tops/dresses and jackets, and have never had one issue. Sometimes they will put a card on the hanger that says they tried to get a stain out but may not have gotten it out all the way. Half the time I give up looking because I can't find what spot they referred to, which speaks to their level of care. They also give out a green bag with your name on the tag so you can transport your clothes which is super convenient. The turnaround time is only two or three days, the owners are always super pleasant, and the clothes never smell dirty or like chemicals - just clean! I have brought a couple of odd pieces that they made look perfect even though I thought it would be completely impossible. I love these guys!!! read more

I have been going to this establishment for probably two decades or more. Nicest people who remember your name and ask about your family. Peter and Jenna are a wonderful couple who genuinely aim to serve with pleasure. They always have had my clothes ready when they say and will go the extra mile to accommodate my needs. For example today I needed some pants sewn and it turned out the sewing person just walked out of the door. So Jenna chased after her in the parking lot to give her my pants. She knew I needed them soon. I really appreciated that extra mile service. Can't go wrong here at all. These are good hard-working citizens. read more

Brought item for dry cleaning and sewing a patch on. Well, it turns out that the patch was sewn upside down when I went to pick it up. So I had to come back (which was an inconvenience considering I needed to add more items to the item and needed to wear it by Friday morning) the next day so I can get it back--fixed. I'm giving one star due to the fact that I sensed no urgency from the business in giving the upmost customer care. Just dropped some thick faux fur blankets off. This dry cleaner is twice as expensive as my other place I go too. I asked what happens if they ruined it as another location burnt one of my other faux fur blankets making it no longer soft with long hairs and the person working the store first said they would pay for some of it and then a moment later said it is customer risk so I have no clear answer in regards to their policy. What is some? 5%? 55%? is it none or some? Also, my other location I go to does not charge until after they have completed the work. This makes me feel very uneasy. I hope they do well and don't need to dock more stars. Quick update... Decided not to risk it with them. The worker said that she would have to get back to me in day to find out if they are willing to clean it. Too many unknowns and lack of answers. My gut says why deal with this. Taking it elsewhere where I can get some guarantees. read more

I hate to offer them a less than favorable review, but I've come here about 4 or 5 times and I felt as though my work jackets have come back less than clean. My pants don't look quite pressed as nicely as my former dry cleaner that I used either. (double creased a couple of times) The clothing is not damaged with chemical stains or anything, but I can smell that the items are not very fresh despite cleaning them recently. I'm not sure if this is because of their environmentally friendly process, but it's too much money for less than favorable results. Their prices are also a bit high in my opinion. Love this place. It is a family owned business and the hubby and wifey are always there. Super friendly, affordable and fast. They even bought a new baby gift for us when we had our daughter. They use chemicals that aren't as harsh to the environment. No problems with the dry cleaning of my hubby's clothes, and he even uses their laundry service. I have even taken comforters and duvets...everything comes back clean and in great condition. The offer to sew on buttons, and call you to let you know if there is a spot they aren't sure about. It can be a little challenging to find parking sometimes because the parking lot is shared with Trader Joe's, but it is worth it. read more

Do not ever go to this place for alternation and dry clean. We spent $25 per one sport coat for zipper replacement and the zipper fell off in two times of usage. Within two days, we went back and the owner said all alternation are final and there is no replacement. Wow, I hate to even give out one star because they do not deserve one. My husband and I have been coming here for years because it is natural & convenient, certainly not for pricing or customer service. 1 star is a star too many. I dropped off my white drapes and paid $40 for them to be cleaned. Three weeks later, my husband went to pick them up in order to set up the nursery for our baby, who was due 4 weeks later, only to be told that they were already picked up. They were never picked up. The same lady that I dropped them off to insisted on offering my husband someone else's unclaimed gold drapes that were not ours. Forward a few months later, when I finally could make time to address this issue, I calmly asked him for my drapes, with my 4 month old baby in my arms, the male Co-owner ignored me, cut me off, avoided eye contact, sent me to the back of the line behind 5 customers, ignored me some more, and repeated himself, with the answer to every question of, "what is your solution to my problem," being, "I told you already. The solution is that you already picked them up. Check your closet." I told him I have no closets in which I put drapes and explained to him these were meant to be picked up immediately to put up as natural blackout drapes for our newborn and now these expensive drapes are gone- they would not be in any closet. He told me he will look into it and check our credit card history...(for what? The drapes? They're not in our statement). We both agree we paid $40 at the time of drop off so I told him there's no point and he needs to stop giving me the runaround. He continued to make up nonsensical falsehoods like I must have picked them up 5 days later when I dropped off my dress (which he had already confirmed that I had dropped them off at the same time). He argued without end with my daughter in my arms, choosing to treat me incredibly disrespectfully. My husband showed up to try to ask for at the very least $40 back, the man did an assortment of the following: waived me down to stop talking, ignored me and only talked to my husband, told us it's in our closet, laughed awkwardly whenever he was cornered. 45 minutes after this whole ordeal began, he finally handed over $40 to us after we told him that he's stealing from us (which must have raised for him a red flag) saying he doesn't want to argue...(clearly)...and that he doesn't have $40 (he has our $40 that we spent on the drapes he lost), that we should check our closet (it's neither there nor in our pockets), that he wants a written statement saying he gave us $40 and that he can't have customers coming in here months late asking for their things. I promise, we will never return! As an interior designer, mom & homemaker who believes in natural cleaning products and honest business practices, I discourage you from giving business to these difficult, disrespectful & dishonest owners. read more

I love this cleaner, I really do. Great service and great people who work here. Always got my laundry on time, clean, and well pressed. Once got someone else's shirts but I returned them. They have even called me about pants that they thought I might need hemmed. Only issue is the price, I can spend over $70 on dry-cleaning. It gets a little expensive even if it is eco-friendly. read more

This place sucks! If I could give it 0 stars I would. Ever since they changed management, it has been a disaster. I took one of my nicest and most favorite blouses for dry cleaning, only because it said "dry cleaning" on the shirt. The shirt was spotless and I was mostly just cleaning because I had worn it a lot and it was starting to smell. When I went to pick it up, it had a big red stain on it! Out of nowhere! When asking the employee what happened, he struggled to explain himself and said it was a defective shirt! I could not believe what I was hearing. He argued with me for a good 10 minutes (terrible customer service) and refused to budge on giving me a discount or not charging me (the shirt was completely ruined). I walked out, went to Nordstrom where I bought the shirt and thankfully they let me exchange it. I got my new one, hand washed it, and what do you know, no stains, no defects! This dry cleaner wasted my entire afternoon and showed zero concern for the customer experience. I will never return back. read more

I have been going to them for close to a year now. The owner (I think) is very sweet. I know they are a bit more expensive than some of the other cleaners, but you get what you pay for. I have tried many cleaners and have had the best experience here. Very friendly environment and they have always been very polite. I have referred a couple of friends so far and will continue to do so. I bring the wire hangers back in to them for reuse as I have no use for them. They are also the first cleaners to provide me with a laundry bag. That was great for me as I live in an apartment with limited space. I hang the bag in my closet and throw the items in there.. Once it is full I tie it up and go. I have a busy work schedule and it makes it extremely easy on me to be able to pop in and out as quickly as I do, they always help me get right in and out of there. read more

They press and clean my clothes very well, look for hidden spots and take extra time to do it right. The "eco friendly" was not a draw for me, but after I received my clothes it is an AMAZING difference to not smell those chemicals. I dropped off a goegette beaded saree at this cleaners. I had pointed out what need to be cleaned before hand. He had mentioned that they have done these pieces before. I have been going here for years. Peter told me that the piece was cleaned, I trusted him and took a peek at the garment. When I arrived at my shop, an associated of my mentioned that there was a blotchy stain. This was not there when I had dropped it off. I had returned back to the cleaners and showed it. This looked like there was a stain that they tried to clean up and damaged this piece. They mentioned that there overall process was they stuck this garment in the dry clean bag and they did not spot touch it.. They were reluctant to help me with the damages this has caused me. This piece cost about 650.00 dollars and has put me in a bad position with my company and my client. Had he had mentioned to me that the stains did not come out I would have been more confortable, however he lied and said everything was fine. If you have delicate pieces do not bring any expensive or delicate pieces to this cleaners. If you are not willing to take this risk, I recommend you go somewhere else. read more
