BRAND NEW DRESS SHIRT RUINED!!!! I brought in a brand dress shirt that I just got embroidered with my company logo for a simple laundry. I received my shirt back a few days later. I checked my shirt to make sure it was all good and the embroidery wasn't ruined before I left the store. To my surprise - my shirt was completely ruined (see image) they did not even say a word to me about it. I had to find out for myself. Luckily I inspected it right there in the store. I asked the employee there what happened to my shirt, she said she has no idea, she just works the counter and is not in charge of the cleaning. Ok fine. She said to leave it and she will contact the manager and they will call me back. 1 week later, no call back so I went back in. This time it was a guy (not the same girl who helped me before). I told him the situation and told him I never got a call from the manager. He said he doesn't know anything about it. I asked where my shirt was, he found it. Nothing was done to it. He then gave me a claim form to fill out. I returned it and he said I will get a call from the manager. Again, no call. Instead I received a refund check for less than the amount I paid. I went back in and asked why didn't I get a full reimbursement. He said they refund based on the shirt being second hand. I said, it's not 2nd hand, it was a brand new shirt. I literally cut the tags off of it when I dropped of my shirts initially. I have never worn it. He offered me a coupon for the difference. I said, why would I use a coupon to come back here after how this was handled. I am never coming back. Worse customer experience from a dry cleaner. They will do nothing to help resolve the matter. What's worse is I own the business next door to them! Being a business owner and handling customers all day long, I can assure you this is not how a small business should be treating their customers. I'm glad to drive to a different dry cleaner from now on. The convenience of them being next door is not worth it. read more

I also have my comforters and leather/pleather cleaned, and they deliver every time. The price and customer service are great. I no longer spend hours laundry, and it really helps in my relationship to have one less duty. I dry clean all clothing and it's worth every dime. They will even pick up and deliver if you request. They lost the belt that was attached to my jacket (which was brand new and I've only worn once), didn't clean my jacket good (as there were still visible stains on it), and it took 2.5 months (from Dec 22 - March 23) to get the issue resolved. They didn't want to fully reimburse me for what they lost so I was only reimbursed half for the jacket. I'm very disappointed in how the situation was handled and how long it took to resolve the problem. read more

NIGHT MARE!! DO NOT GO THERE!!. I took my custom drapes there. They charged me approx $900 to clean them. When I went to pick up my belonging I did not notice that some Drapes were missing until I got ready to install them. Being that I paid a professional $500 to install the drapes, I did not want to pay twice so I drove back to the cleaners and informed them that some Drapes were missing. When they located my drapery, THEY BROUGHT THEM TO ME IN GARBAGE BAGS. . I opened the garbage bags and saw that they were BURNT badly! I was extremely angry, I informed them that these were very expensive custom made Drapery that cost me 20k because my ceiling is over 20ft high. They Informed me that a manager will contact me. Well management NEVER DID! I waited a few days, then I called Manani (the store manager). I expressed my concerns to her and she said, she would come a take a look at the other hanging drapes on Wednesday. Wednesday came and went; Manani never showed up or called. Therefore, I decided to give her another call. I was in an awe when Manani Lied to me, she said I was not on the list. Then she said, "I can not come, the owner makes the list. So apparently this happens a lot. Lastly, she decided to ask me to bring my drapery back in to the cleaners. I politely ask her to please resolve the issue and don't give me the run around. Sadly, I have not heard from Manani (store manager) nor the owner. Bottom line: Saving Cleaners is an extremely unprofessional business Their staff is negligent and rude. They have no ethics, morals, values, or principals. Nor are they willing to take responsibility for the damage they cause to other peoples property. Keep your uniforms far far away from this place. Military press is a no go. Stay away. I took my uniforms here to get dry cleaned and military pressed. 3 days later I got them back and they messed up the military press. I gave them a second chance and went back. I told the lady behind the register several times they needed to be military pressed. She put a note tag on all of the uniform shirts for military press. 3 days later I went back to pick up my uniforms and they weren't military pressed. I confronted the owner about the mistake. She tried to say that it was their new employees fault( the lady I dropped the uniforms off to). If it was her fault why is each shirt clearly marked with instructions of what needs to be done. You're the owner take responsibility for your mistakes and fixed them. That was the last time I go to this place. The place down the street has a much better turn around, better customer service, and actually know about the service they provide. read more

We bring my husband's dress shirts here for dry cleaning. It's not the most thorough job but they come back clean, pressed and presentable. For 99 cents a shirt that I don't have to iron, or listen to him bitch about ironing, it's money well spent. read more

This cleaner is hit or miss. I had two uniform shirts dry cleaned and they looked great. However I just had one cleaned and they completely ruined it. Burn marks, creases not down the center or missing all together, and both patches have 2 creases which have ruined them. I will never use them again! read more

I would give this place 1 star, but giving an extra star solely for the prices. I've been here many times, each time telling myself I wouldn't be back. The prices are the ONLY thing that persuaded me otherwise. Customer service is just plain awful (though there was once a man who was almost friendly). When dropping off clothes, no greeting, smile or even eye contact? Same goes for picking up clothes. They seem to take their hours loosely, as I've been by around 6:20pm since on the receipt it said they closed at 6:30pm. There was a lady inside but the door was locked, so I knocked on the window asking if I could just pick up my clothes. She tried to ignore me but I was persistent since I was trying to pick up some work clothes I needed the next day. When she finally let me in, I mentioned she should update the hours on the receipt if they're not open until 6:30, especially since I had to leave work early to make it on time. Do NOT go here!!! There's a reason they're cheap...their service sucks!!! They ripped and damaged my dress shirt and then had the nerve to claim I brought it in that way. No one ever called to apologize or explained what happened. Took several weeks for me to make a claim and finally receive a check. Customer service here is pathetic; owner does not know how to run a business or the value of customer loyalty. Sooner or later they'll damage or lose your clothes. Came to get some pants hemmed. Worker continued to talk on the phone while I was the only one waiting. Could tell it was a personal call because of the constant laughter. Was told it would take 1 week and 1 day. Well show up and not done. Was told it would be done the next day. I gave them 2 more days and showed up on Monday.... Guess what STILL NOT DONE! I would give them zero stars if I could. Took my business suit with a shirt for dry cleaning that I need for an interview. Got my business suit back but the shirt was missing. When asked about the shirt, I was told that the shirt is either misplaced or lost. After several calls to inquire about the shirt which I needed for an interview, the store owner "Manani" told me that they had located the shirt in Tracy and it will be sent to the Dublin store by the end of the day. Manani was extremely rude and did not even apologize and she told me that she is going to ban me from coming into their store for inquiring about the shirt. Not only did I had to buy a new shirt, I was also late for my interview. I think they do not care for business and have bad customer service. I will not be using them again. read more

So I'm giving this place a 1 star because it has a 1 star price. Also, 1 star service. The saying u get what u pay for us so true. Don't get your pants or jeans hemmed here unless u want one leg to be longer than the other. Also instructed her to not launder my nice jeans and to dry clean because there was a special glaze and finish and I did not want them to fade, well she did it anyway. Also called and asked for a refund on my alterations totaling $30 because the work was horrible and she did not listen to what I asked for. Oh and she said she would speak to her manager and call me back. That never happened. I probably spend $50-$75 a week on cleaning with these people and I would have remained loyal to continue to go here but because of $30 I will take my business some place else. I know it really doesn't matter but just thought u guys should know there character and how they handle things. read more
