So spicy! Too spicy for me, but this place was recommended to me by a friend, so I had to try it out. I told her it was too spicy for me and she said, oh, I should have told you. If you want authentic Indian food, come here! They have a lot in the back and no one or hardly anyone dines it, it's mostly takeout orders. The vibe is casual, they have YouTube Indian music videos playing.

I am a biryani snob and make the best biryani but the vijayawada chicken biryani here is the best biryani I have ever had. Kudos to the chef!! I have demoted my biryani to #2. Everything about this biryani was exceptional. The rice was perfectly cooked. It comes with one bone in chicken piece and boneless chicken pieces on the top. Both versions of chicken were sooooo juicy and tender. I wish the biryani had a bit more spice but I tend to like things a little spicier. The biryani even had half a boiled egg, fancy! The flavors were just divine! A side of raita was also included and it was also really good. A must for biryani! Can't wait to order this again and also try out their other biryanis. Garlic naan was delicious as well. Vegetable samosas were good, came with green chutney and tamarind sauce. Great authentic cuisine. I ordered on Postmates so I can't speak on the interior of the restaurant.

My first time trying Abhiruchi Grill and I was not disappointed. I ordered the Boneless Chicken Biryani and it was very good. I asked them to make it spicy and it was perfect. I'll definitely be trying them again.

I shy away from empty restaurants but trusted Yelp to steer me to good Indian food. Once seated I noticed a full rack of takeout orders. Ahh, folks prefer to eat at home instead of in the restaurant. It did take quite awhile for the food to appear but it was worth it. Chicken Tikka Masala is my benchmark dish when I try a new Indian restaurant and it was delicious. The service was attentive (almost too attentive and hovering) but friendly and good. The TVs show elaborate Indian dancing and singing that is somewhat unique to their culture and entertaining. Recommended if you're craving good Indian cuisine.

Came here for dinner with a friend for dinner on a weekday around 7pm, and it's an authentic spot for Indian food. There is free parking available in the back as well as metered parking in the front. Credit cards accepted. It seems that they do a lunch buffet, although the buffet is not available as a dinner option. We had garlic naan, chicken tandoori, Kadai curry, and veg Manchurian, and it was plenty of food - we had leftovers. The waiter did verify with us if we could handle spicy food since the curry and Manchurian were spicy, and they indeed were, although they were still manageable. The garlic naan came with two pieces cut in half and was very warm. The chicken tandoor came out sizzling on a hot grill and had a rich red color - that was my favorite dish.

If you're in Los Angeles and craving some incredible Indian food, look no further than Abhiruchi Grill. I recently tried their special Abhiruchi curry and the chicken korma - both were absolutely packed with flavor! The spice level is perfect for those who love a bit of heat (you might even break a sweat!). The garlic naan was a delicious side, warm and perfectly seasoned. Next time, I'm definitely trying their cheese naan and the butter chicken, which I've heard great things about. They also offer a lunch and dinner buffet, but we didn't have time to join this time - something to look forward to for sure! Service was great, the servers were friendly and happy to answer questions. Very cozy to eat here as well, I'm already planning for my return here haha :) Overall, highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic, flavorful Indian food in LA!

Wow!!! The flavor of the curries were out of this world! Chicken tikka masala and chicken vindaloo were amazing. That garlic naan was chefs kiss, and the chicken majestic was unlike anything I've ever had before. Delicious! Great service and easy parking in the back. Can't wait to eat my leftovers today haha.

Hubby and I love Indian buffet. Since the pandemic more restaurants stopped offering buffet. We are so happy that more restaurants are offering the buffet again. Abhiruchi Grill's buffet is delicious! It's our first time dining here on 2/23/24 and glad they had the buffet on a Friday. Lunch buffet is about $20 which includes tax on Tuesday-Friday only. They offer a good selection. We enjoyed all the food! the butter chicken was delicious. They had a good amount of spice not too much where you can't enjoy the food. The spicy ones had a good kick to it. The chips are amazing! Dipping it in the green and brown sauce were match made in heaven! The service was great. Everyone was friendly and attentive. They came by often to check up on us. The ambiance is clean and relaxing. Looking outside you wouldn't think it was a nice place until you walk in. They have a big place to accommodate large groups. They also have parking in the rear of the restaurant which makes it so convenient. If you like Indian food, definitely try this place. We are glad we found this gem. Now we don't have to keep looking as we already found our new favorite Indian restaurant that offers a delicious buffet. Highly recommend!

Absolutely phenomenal. A friend told me about Abhiruchi and mentioned they have the BEST biryani, so I decided to try it out myself! We had- Veggie pakora- HUGE quantity! Delicious, crispy pakoras with green chutney Chicken tikka masala- Super flavorful, spicy with the right amount of kick Veg biryani- Oh man, my friend was right, this is the best biryani I've ever had in LA. Extremely well seasoned throughout, generous amount of veggies, I ate the biryani all by itself (no raita/chutney) and thoroughly enjoyed it Garlic naan- I actually loved how thin and crispy their naan was, a generous amount of garlic, too! Vegetable chettinadu- So good, loved the flavor and had the right amount of spice, also a handful of veggies Everything tasted amazing, I can def see why they're known for their biryani. Service was also great, and they have a parking lot in the back which was an added plus, I can't wait to bring my mom here!

Not…read more"pretty good for takeout," not "good on a lucky day," just genuinely solid every single time. This time, I went with the Anwar Style Chicken Shawarma to try something new. The portion size alone is impressive. The container is packed and feels substantial the moment you pick it up. The base is a bed of fries, and these are not just filler. They are thick, well seasoned, and sturdy enough to handle all the toppings without turning into a soggy mess. On top of the fries is a generous amount of chicken. The chicken tastes freshly cooked, with that warm, savory flavor you expect from good shawarma, never dry and never overly salty. There are pita chips mixed in, which add a great crunch and texture against the fries and chicken. Multiple sauces are drizzled throughout the dish. I chose a side of their spicy sauce. The creamy white sauce balances things out, while the orange sauce brings a mild heat and a little extra depth. None of the sauces overpower the dish, they work together to coat everything evenly and keep every bite flavorful. Diced tomatoes and corn adds a touch of sweetness that surprisingly works really well here. A sprinkle of herbs throughout helps brighten everything up and keeps the dish from feeling too heavy, even though it is definitely filling. This is comfort food done right. It is messy in the best way, packed with flavor, at least to me it was. If you are looking for something hearty, satisfying, and consistently well made, I will always recommend Anwar's Kitchen. Anwar's Kitchen delivers quality food, and I will keep ordering from them.
