THE BAD: Well the shop looks like a TRAIN WRECK! You will have great difficulty finding a spot to park. You may even trip over an old car part or slip on an oil slick on the way to the show room. Opens later than advertised. Mechanics are Very over worked and ends up taking longer to finish your car than you would expect. Aparently the Owner is more for quantity than quality. THE GOOD; Prices are Fair/Good. Staff seem to really care about their customers and try to actually save you money from non needed repairs. They seem to avoid ripping off customers. Earlier this week, I made an appointment to drop my car off in the morning. The person I talked to, Moe, said they open at 8 am. I said I would be there then. Showed up at 8 am, no one there. Waited until 815, still no one there. No note on door, no message on answering machine. Another customer had also talked to them the previous day and was waiting as well. Went in for my timing belt and water pump. Pretty cheap for parts and labor which why I went there. But boy is their workmanship pretty cheap. There were like 4 mechanics huddled around my engine bay scratching their head not knowing what to do. I was told it would be another 10 minutes. An hour later they came and told me that it would be another 20 minutes. Finally I got my car back and the timing was way off! The idle was all over the place! At idle my car would almost stall then go up to 2,500 rpm's and back down again, and again. I just got my car smogged and found out that my timing is off by 21 degrees. And i failed smog of course. All the mechanics here are incompetent and should not be working on cars for a living. Will never go here again. read more

I've been to Nawabi for a couple of oil changes and decided to have them do it again since they are quick and affordable. I was also in the market to replace my tires and was going to get them done somewhere else. Robbie offered to do them right then with a very fair price but I asked to come back the next morning and he promised to have my tires and do the service that morning first thing. I came in the next morning and both him and Moe offered top tier service I felt good about my purchase and the extra mile they went to make me happy. So I woke up to a flat tire with a nail in it! After spending almost a hour calling around to find a place that could fix my tire; I found this Goodyear tire place. When I got here the guy greeted me outside and already knew who I was. I didn't have to wait long, he took my car and got started as soon as I got here. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and my tire was fixed and damn near better than before. They even fixed my other tire free of charge without me even having to ask. I used to take my cars here all the time, last time I did the the tech drained my transmission fluid instead of my oil and overfilled my oil ! Luckily I caught it , because the transmission started acted up . Went in to get a flat tire repair. Nice people who patiently explained what was up with my tire and how they repaired it. I have yet to see if the tire's really been patched up permanently, but so far, so good! Price was decent as well ($20 total for one flat tire repair), and I was in and out in less than an hour. Only con would be the front desk not having a bell of some sort to alert them that a customer had arrived. They let me wait just a teeny bit, but the service made up for it. read more

Went here for a diagnostic, they didn't charge me to look at my car (i was quoted 120-140 at other places) and they were very nice. Added transmission fluid for no cost and didn't push for work like another garage did. I was happy with them, they were helpful and quick. They even had suggestions as to what work could be done by myself in order to save money. read more

Brakes, oil change, tires etc. I never get haggled to "add services" I dont need, and the PRICES are more then reasonable for great quality repair work. It's great business doing business with this family owned and operated business. Compared to other mechanics, including dealerships, they are the most trustworthy individuals to deal with. After an oil change and topping off fluids, they explained what future maintenance precautions should be done with my vehicle. They were not pushy at all like other places. read more

If You Are A Woman Stay Away!!!! They will rip you OFF!!! My friend recommended them and atho the place is a total pig sty I let her talk me into to getting New tires from them! Robbie gave us a price on what he said was comparable to a Cooper Tire and I have low grade Dorals I was suppose to get 4 wheel alignment and mount and balance of my tires and lube, oil change! I am totally unhappy due to the fact that my car now drives like crap it is dragging and it is so much play in the steering wheel. I am taking to a dealership to get it inspected their work was so bad! Money Loss and Lesson Learned!!!! When I called back to have him look at it he said he would be there at 9am and NEVER showed up. You get what you pay for! I will never take my car back to them The technician said he was obligated to tell me I have 2 weeks left on my brake pads "not miles" 2 weeks!
