I am truly blessed to have been introduced to David for my A/C needs. My first experience was about 15 months ago when I purchased a Condo that needed a new system. David set me up with a great Condenser unit that performs wonderfully and keeps my energy bills low. David installed a new system into my neighbor and lifelong friend's older house. The system heats and cools beautifully, I will say that. I was pregnant at the time we called him to give us an estimate for a new system or to make upgrades to our current one, and I was not wanting to waste time getting our house nice and cool. David came and sat with me and my husband for about 1.5 hours showing up options and educating us about our choices. Seemed great. He promised us an estimate within 48 hours. Then, the silence began. I was patient, texted him after a few says and he said he was really busy but would get me that estimate tomorrow. Nothing. After a series of literally 6 weeks trying to get the estimate, during which he came and gave our AC a tune up, he just failed to produce one. I will never understand why someone would sit with us and discuss options for 1.5 hours and not get us an estimate for a system that costs well over $6,000. Additionally, this freaking guy, when installing our neighbor's system, opened up permits with the City of Austin that, once he was paid for his work, he refused to go and close out. This means they cant get any more permits to do any other work until he personally goes in and closes them out. This is a really crappy way to do business in this city and there are way too many other HVAC companies willing to do good work to put up with BS like this. Shameful. read more

If I could give him a negative star, I would. After giving us a date and time to come to do work, David did not show up, claiming miss communication on scheduling. We gave him the benefit of the doubt, and rescheduled. Again, a no show, and no courtesy call telling me he would not be coming. I called him, and he claimed to be busy on another job site, and had to "focus" on his current task and could not give further explanation for his lack of courtesy and professionalism. I then called the "office" number on the business card, and lo and behold, answering the phone was David. Amazing! He was at two places at once!
