My pup and I were looking for a pet friendly place for breakfast after our morning hike. We found Nearme Cafe in moosic pa. We were warmly greeted by the staff and immediately felt welcomed. We sat in the dining area and looked the the menus, there were healthy pet friendly items available for paisley and myself. Nora was very sweet and immediately brought over a doggie placemat and bowl of water and took our order. Paisley was pretty excited from all the attention she was getting from all the wonderful staff so she really didn't eat much of her Pupcakes. The chef came out and talked with us for a bit , went back into the kitchen and returned with some turkey sausage which paisley gobbled right up. I don't normally leave reviews, but if any place deserves an A+ rating it's them. I have been a long time customer there and I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience. From the enviroment (which is a high energy establishment) to the staff (they are always so friendly and and make you feel right at home there) to the food (I have never had a bad meal there). I am a picky person to and they are so accomodating to all of my requests and never make me feel bad about it. They also have the cutest shop while you wait for your food. Stopped in here while I was in town visiting family, loved it! I will definitely be back whenever I'm in the area. I don't know of any other places really like Nearme Cafe. I loved the atmosphere, it's super cozy and welcoming. The staff is so friendly and accommodating (I have some dietary restrictions). The first stop in I had the Turkey avocado wrap and went on my way. Second stop I ordered the NearMe salad and Açaí Zen bowl and finally got to sit down to lunch, really glad I chose to do so. I can't say how much I love this place! Everyone who works here is wonderful, the food is so fresh and so healthy, and the overall ambiance is a total vibe. Nestled in a strange side entrance but when you walk in it's just wonderful. Tiny and quaint. The perfect lunch spot for a couple of friends to sit back and spill the tea. They also recently opened their gift shop which is AMAZING. My boyfriend and I ordered our food and just browsed while we waited. Absolutely loved this hidden gem! We came across it on a family trip due to the vegan friendly options. Between the smoothie and quinoa bowls, smoothies, and sandwiches it was perfect for all of us. We also have nut allergies and they were super cautious and made sure to get us the nut-free granola. This place was super cute and connected to a yoga study and store. I highly recommend the Cheeky Bruschetta, Turkey Avocado Wrap (Spicy ), Buddha Bowl (I LOVE the Pico), Acai Bowl (I prefer with nutella), Chicken Chili, & you can never go wrong with the Avocado Toast! We were looking for a healthy option for Sunday brunch and we came across this cute location! The service is extremely accommodating, courteous, and friendly! The food is made fresh right in front of you, and they'll alter or add anything that you want to they're already fun menu. The food was very fresh and the people working were very polite and outgoing. The Buddha bowl was my favorite as it was filling yet light with black beans, quinoa, chicken, avocado , tomato, and corn. The Tuscan Turkey Wrap was delicious. It was made with turkey,spinach,roasted red peppers,cheese,mayo and a vinagarette. The actual wrap was very good and brought out the flavors of the ingredients. I'm not from Wilkes Barre, this was just a lucky diversion and find while waiting for the right time to catch a plane.
