When I showed up for the fitting they said the alterations would be a couple hundred dollars more than the quote (they said redoing the straps was more involved but it was exactly what I laid out when I sent through the photos). It was clear the person actually doing the fittings/alterations was not the person I had been emailing with and had no idea about the agreed to timeline and seemed alarmed. My friends who (thankfully) fixed my bustle and sew a lot of clothes said this was a hack job across the board and absolutely not worth what I paid. Look elsewhere.

On both occasions, I had wonderful work done and it was done in a timely manner. She quoted me one week and I was perfectly content with that. All items look better than they did when I brought them in && I brought my items to her fresh from the store. I don't how she did it, but she makes my clothes look higher quality. She has beautiful hem lines and provides excellent recommendations for additional areas of adjustment, such as tidying up a high slit. She is very friendly and easy to work with.
