You could almost eat off of the bathroom floors, not that I recommend that. I'd just never seen the bathroom that clean. If you can, definitely request him. Very mellow and polite guy. Also, I received a quote on Yelp for the time and price it takes to clean our place, but I ended up making the reservation by phone. The quote and actual time/cost it took were spot on.

Did not acknowledge or address my concerns--In fact she was gaslighting me which was wild! As soon as it got escalated, Thiago got in touch and made it right. He offered to send cleaners back which I declined because it literally was not even that serious, the cleaners did a great job and simply ran out of time to do a couple of small things. I had honestly been reaching out for them to hear and acknowledge my concern regarding expectations around the deep clean service and how that was communicated. Again, cleaners were good.

A few months later, after an HVAC replacement, our solar suddenly stopped working. Justin responded quickly - even on a Sunday - and scheduled a follow-up visit within a few days. The issue turned out to be a simple fix, and he didn't charge for the trip out, which we really appreciated. He was also very patient in helping talk through my concerns before the visit and explaining everything in a clear, helpful way, which made learning a new system much less stressful. We don't expect off-hours responses or no charge follow-ups for an issue they didn't cause (even for an easy fix), but it reflects the level of care we personally experienced with this wonderful company. Alright, so going into sophomore year I wanted to do things a little different than the year before. Being on my own for the first time was a blast but between class, studying and all the social activities, a few things fell to the waist. Cleaning my dorm was one of those things. When my parents saw the deplorable state of affairs I had let my room devolve to they offered to pay for a cleaning company on a usual basis. I decided on Neatly because of their semester plans and the previous cleanings I have had in the past. Not only did they do a great job but they're really affordable, maybe even cheap, well at least with the semester plan. I got eight cleanings at a fraction of what it would have cost me. On top of that, they worked with my schedule. Neatly came every 2 weeks on Monday with a 2-3pm arrival window. It was great because I would let them into my room, and then often go grab a bite to eat with friends, and the cleaners would then let themselves out. When I did stay in I let them know what areas to focus on, sometimes the bathroom, sometimes the kitchen. Whatever was more of biohazard I didn't want to deal with. Where ever they were needed that's where I sent them. It felt like I had my own private butler or maid at times. Minus the fact they would show up a little late sometimes, they always made up for it with excellent customer service, and made sure the place looked and smelled great. Thanks Hunter & Byrce for the great cleaning service. I was helping my friend who is currently out of town to get his apartment clean so that it's ready for the fall semester. So this was the case, my friend has been of town since May so the apartment hadn't been taking care for 4 months. And when my friend left he was in rush, he didn't even trash the garbages and food in the fridge... supper grossy disgusting foods was filing inside the fridge with flies and bugs all over and things like that... this was how bad the condition was. I was feeling sorry for Hunter and Bryce when they got to the apartment. I didn't know that kitchen was that bad when I made the booking so "a disgusting fridge" this kind of words was not mentioned on the instruction. I knew that some other cleaning services would have refused this kind of unexpected challenges. So just want to say thank you to you guys here, you guys did a great job. I needed to schedule a move out cleaning for my apartment. This company is recommended by my landlord and it turns out to be such an advisable decision. There are several reasons for you to choose it. Firstly, the custom service is perfect. I scheduled a Detox on 07/31 at first, but then I got to know that we needed to return the keys before 12:00pm that day, so it totally doesn't work for us. Then I tried to reschedule the cleaning. The agent resolved the problem soon. That really saved me. Secondly, the cleaners were nice. They worked so hard and carefully and always considered our requirements and suggestions. This cleaning service is superb. I have used them for my son's move in and move out at college, and this year, we have a standing appointment for regular cleaning bi-weekly. My son and his roommate are very happy. I am harder to please than the two college boys, and I am extremely impressed with their service!! The crew is very pleasant and willing to please. They go the extra mile to make sure everything is cleaned to your liking. The office staff is very helpful and accommodating. You choose how much time you want them to spend cleaning for you. Jordan and Hunter came to help me clean my room with the "morning after service"! and they were extremely nice and helpful. you might want to give a few mins of leeway time from the exact reservation time (the site mentions it, to give an hour window!) but for me it was no big. my room wasn't on the extremely messy side, but Hunter and Jordan did an excellent job of cleaning the kitchen, bathroom, my desk and the bed! they even helped me move my desk to another corner of my room, which wasn't enlisted on the reservation, so I was very grateful. I know that the price is a little high for college students, but if you have a really messy room that you need help with, Neatly is the best choice for USC! Highly recommend for move outs, move ins, just for hygienic issues...etc. read more

Not much to talk about but they simply did a great job! My apartment is pretty cluttered and they were cool about it, were happy to move stuff out of the way and move it back as needed. I know so many people around USC who could direly use just one cleaning and have it make their lives better for months. I had Simco and Carmen who were both super nice and professional, and again, just made my place spotless, and my allergies already feel better. They even stayed about 12 extra minutes to make sure they got everything, which really goes a long way when you think about how much you want to go home at the end of the day. I spent two weeks researching cleaners in my area before I finally landed on Neatly. After requesting quotes from a dozen or so cleaners I chose neatly because of the combination of good reviews and availability. It was slightly more expensive than the others but the packages seemed more thorough and I felt it was appropriate to have a "you get what you pay for" mindset. I wasn't completely satisfied with my first service (though that was mostly just due to a miscommunication rather than a fault of their staff, but regardless), they went out of their way to address the issue. Cleanings since then have been fantastic - they seem to take each apartment into consideration when planning a course of action, prioritizing on a case by case basis. Scheduling interface is super easy to use, and they are quick to communicate. You're hard pressed to find a better cleaning service around SC. read more

The guys from neatly were really nice. They came and began working right away. They didn't leave until they themselves were satisfied with their work. I did not have to worry about anything. They have excellent customer service, conveniently come to you, allow online or phone booking, have affordable rates and do a great job. They cleaned my apartment in an hour just before spring break, and then with the time I had left did my dishes, which I didn't even ask them to. Neatly did a great job with my apartment. I was able to get a reservation with them on Wednesday after calling on Monday. They stayed over the time that I had payed for to finish up some things that they wanted to make sure was done for me, which I really appreciated it. Very nice work has been done by Simco. I'm surprised today. He helped clean both bathrooms, sweep and mop the stairs, kitchen and living room. He also cleaned the stove, omg it looks like a new stove now. Simco is very professional and he is a very nice guy. As a nesting pregnant lady, it was important that the deep cleaning include things like baseboards and crevices that normally go overlooked in day to day cleaning, which they confirmed they would do. I confirmed everything with the manager Marco and he sent two of his workers to our home. Neither worker spoke a word of English, and I unfortunately don't speak Spanish, which made communication difficult. We tried our best and used Google translate but that didn't work well. My husband and I stayed out of their way until they had finished the primary bedroom and bath. I did a once over and found so many areas that hadn't been touched. The cabinets in the bathroom were not even touched - there were water drops and oil smears still on them. We have a jacuzzi bathtub with a rim around it - the rim wasn't wiped down. I wiped a paper towel around it which was filled with dirt. The primary shower is large with lots of tile that needs to be scrubbed. There was grit, grime, and mold left behind in the grout. Not a deep clean at all. They didn't even so much as dust the shelves in our clothes closet. I told them I wanted them to take extra care near the bed where the baby's bassinet would be. They didn't dust the top of my dresser right next to the bassinet or clean any of the baseboards, which were both filthy. I kindly asked them to address the missed areas, and one of the women rolled her eyes when I asked her to please come take a look. I showed them the dirty paper towels that I ran over the missed areas and they were instantly annoyed and called their boss Marco, who called me. I explained to him where the areas were they missed and he said they would be correcting the areas. The vibe in the house was instantly off and I was uncomfortable in my own home. They were already out the door when Marco asked me to do a once-over. I found so many more areas that were missed: baseboards not touched, the light switch panels filthy, cobweb above our bed, and our nightstands and lamps weren't dusted at all. In no way shape or form was this the "deep clean" that I paid $250 for. These ladies were clearly in a hurry to pack in as many jobs as they could in a day. I texted Marco who apologized for the oversights and said he could send a crew back that Thursday. We unfortunately had a medical procedure scheduled that day and could not be home, so we suggested another day or a $50 credit back on the job. That's when Marco ghosted and we never heard from him again. I would not recommend Valley Cleaning at all.
