Was charged $362.66 for an appointment that was scheduled about 2/3 weeks in advance and the only reminder I received was the night prior at 9:35pm. I was trying to cancel and they assessed a fee of what I would have been charged had they actually serviced my apartment. I forgot about the appointment because of moving and when I tried to contact them there was no number on their website. Contacted their chat, email, and received zero replies. They went ahead and took my money with no communication with me whatsoever. I'm working it out with my bank but be advised, they have zero tolerance for skipping or missing your appointment. So I called earlier in the week to schedule my first appointment and Jonathan was super helpful and pleasant to speak with. Two cleaners came, the main cleaner was Simco and he did a spectacular job and even stayed 1.5 hours over the scheduled appointment set for 2-4 pm because I had just moved in to this new apartment and it needed desperate TLC. Simco was personable and took extra time when it came to the details such as cleaning the top of my fridge. Just about to move out from Lorenzo near USC to Irvine, and the room has been really really messed up by me and my two cats. I tried to clean the floor myself but the cat hairs and dried poop and the pieces of papers they tore just make it impossible. After the two cleaning employees left my expensive wireless speaker, and my roommate's wireless Beats Headphones were gone from our apartment. tldr; Our place was dirtier than I had thought, hadn't been cleaned in months, "the quickie" wouldn't have been enough, but I didn't really want to pay more. They showed up late, I had to call them myself to see if they were coming. They were very nice and made up for the lateness by cleaning for 30 extra minutes. Overall good experience, will likely book again. My roommate and I needed to have our place cleaned before I moved in. The rug in our common room was shedding, and there were tons of fluffs everywhere. Not to mention that my roommate and his past mate hadn't vacuumed or dusted the room in a long while. I was surprised that they do same day and next day bookings! I was prepared to wait a week; getting the place cleaned so soon was great. Booked them two days in advance, just in case. Got a confirmation text soon after, which was reassuring. I had ordered "the quickie," which takes 1.5 hours, and the window for arrival was 2 - 3pm. The day of, I got a call from a 213 area code number around 1:50. They told me they'd be showing up late, at 2:30 and rather than two of them, there would be three people coming. I said okay, wasn't too concerned. But then they didn't get here until 3pm! I had to call them again to even make sure they were coming. The three people were very nice, and we had good small talk throughout. I even put on some music for them while they cleaned! They weren't loud at all either, they respected the place as I was doing homework. They stayed for around 2 hours, and ended up focusing on the places I mentioned in my comments when registering, and didn't clean the entire apartment. They didn't get to my roommate's room, which was fine; I didn't realize how much time the other rooms would take! They weren't cleaned in so long. I didn't know this until the end, but they told me that they had done a bit of extra cleaning for us to make up for the fact that they were late. That was very kind of them. Overall, it was a good experience, and I'm so happy my place is clean. You definitely get what you're paying for, so if you haven't cleaned in a long while, "the quickie" probably isn't enough.
