In spite of the fact that I ordered my takeout from the kiosk which is steps away from the counter which meant the waitress didn't have to do anything for me but hand me my food, I gave them $1.00 tip. When I got home and saw my very undercooked steamed pork belly bun (i.e. almost raw piece of breakfast bacon), I was appalled. I had to cook it in the microwave to avoid possibly digesting harmful bacteria or parasites which can happen when pork is not fully cooked. Needless to say, that is the last time I'm going to eat at this restaurant. I only wish I could post a photo so you could see it how awful it looked.
