Came in on 7/3/26 late review but nonetheless this place was delicious!! The service was very good we checked in waited about 10 mins wasn't too bad. The restaurant was nicely decorated. The waitress was amazing always checked in to see if everything was going well. The food came out it was so flavorful the coffee was great! Nice and strong to get the day started.

The Savory Crepes with a side of Home Potatoes and coffee with their homemade pumpkin creamer
    Michele O.

Alexis was amazing. She is beautiful too. She recommended the Savory Crepe and I also wanted a side of potatoes. The food came out quick. I will say, I don't think crepes the savory way is my thing. It was good, added some hot sauce since it had ham and cheese. However, I may just try the Nutella one with fruit. That is more my thing. Ambience was so chill. I read, got some work done, and enjoyed my coffee with Neighbaristas homemade pumpkin creamer! That was delicious!

    Pork Belly Bowl 10/10

Really good food! I really enjoyed what I ordered and thought it was pretty unique for a breakfast place. I haven't seen a bowl with egg, rice, teriyaki sauce, and pork belly before! Very yummy! Especially that pork it was so soft and tender! Great flavor! They also have other unique options. Loved their coffee options as well with different homemade creamers! Service wise they were very very nice, it did take them awhile to get our food. It does say on the menu certain items you order can take longer for them to prepare. I thought that was a nice touch to know in case you need to be somewhere soon. Inside there was lots of seating, I noticed a good amount of tables for groups, it was packed for a Saturday morning! Wait was normal for how busy it was, parking lot was packed. Definitely a classic breakfast spot vibe. Loved it!

    Denver omelette and ham

*****UPDATE A year has passed and now I can't find enough stars to award this place. It has become our every Saturday stop after going to the Newhall farmers market (another stop on our "not enough stars" tour). Since changing my eating habits and cutting so many former staples out of my diet, I find that places that I can go to and get delicious protein and vegetable for meals are worthy of going to regularly. And Neighbarista satisfies beyond measure. My usuals are the Denver omelette or the ham steak and eggs. Always perfectly prepared and delicious. If I was eating potatoes and bread, I'd crush it because their potatoes are so good. And yes, on my occasional cheat days, I DO order the eggs Benedict and have not at all been disappointed. It was apparently a one time issue. And the pastries. I have to look away when my wife gets one because they are SOOOO good. Fresh and delicious. I miss them. Can't recite this place without mentioning Kim, Chris , and the rest of the amazing staff. Special nod to Joelle, who treats us like family, and Graciela, who always greets us with a smile. It makes this place feel like home. We also love the music choices and eclectic art. We look forward to Saturday morning!

I didn't find anything particularly special about this place, but it was packed -- I waited over 30 minutes just to get a seat. Maybe it's a local favorite. One thing I did like was how friendly the staff were -- they even offered me an extra coffee to go and asked for feedback. Still, it's not somewhere I'd wait that long to sit again.

    Chicken and Chiro waffles
    Randy R.

Loved the chicken and churro waffles!!! I thought it was gonna be too sweet, but it wasn't. I chose this dish because they gave me a variety of the true waffle and the chicken. Upgrading the waffle cost $3.50. The chicken was freshly fried with a moist piece of chicken breast. I thought the chicken breast was going to be dry on the contrary. I'd actually get this again. It was so good. This restaurant is a hidden gem for locals and non-locals. Came here a month ago and had a craving to come back again today. By the way, they have something for everyone not only breakfast but lunch and dinner entrées. The service was excellent! Sat outside because ZOEY was with us! They are dog friendly just can't sit inside. This is a hometown Café giving you a hometown feel . Highly recommend.

    Premium Breakfast Burrito
    Andrea R.

Let me start by saying that the environment here is so welcoming! We only waited 25 minutes for our table and had a kind waiter. As someone who considers themselves a snob when it comes to breakfast burritos, I will say that the premium breakfast burrito was a good choice. The toasted cheese on the outside adds a wonderful touch. The ingredients in the burrito were balanced where I was able to taste the potatoes, cheese, eggs, and sausage equally. I also had to try their churro waffle and it did not disappoint. It tasted as if I was eating a homemade churro with a perfect amount of powdered cinnamon sugar on top. They were kind enough to split it in half since my friend and I wanted to share it. I love it here and will be back!!

Food is hot and delicious, and the vibes are cozy! We were seated promptly despite it being a busy Saturday crowd. While it did take some time for the food to arrive, it was perfectly made to order and very much worth the wait. Our waitress was attentive and friendly. I've come back again and the food was just as delicious. 10/10 :)

My wife and I went to Santa Clarita to do some furniture shopping for her birthday. After finding what we wanted, I asked Bruce at Discount Furniture where was a good breakfast spot around the area. He immediately said this spot and the French toast was amazing. We finally get to the restaurant and were greeted by the owner who was an absolute peach. We ordered the French breakfast, I got the steak and eggs. Almost all the staff have tattoos and had the warmest attitude while the restaurant had a comfy ambiance that you would expect from a small cozy diner. The food came out and it was better than we hoped for. The eggs were cooked perfectly, my steak was tender, juicy with just enough fat; everything was divine. Just on a whim I ordered a short stack of blueberry pancakes to go, but when they came out I HAD to take a few bites and the pancakes were perfection. The only downside? We did wait for almost 35-40 minutes. But so what? Quality is always worth waiting for. And if you can't wait that long for a damn good meal, go to another place. Not to mention...their bathrooms were impeccably clean, which is proof there is a heart and soul running this restaurant. Any spot that makes their OWN vanilla coffee creamer is one where you come back to for years, and the wife and I are looking forward to more visits to this place. Empty plates, happy bellies.

Cute little breakfast spot! Churro waffle was the highlight of our meal! Came with a group of 7 on a weekend around 9:30am and were able to get seated after about a 30 minute wait. Service was friendly. My only sad note was they ran out of their horchata French toast but that's ok because their churro waffle was also really tasty! I got their decaf coffee but their highlight is also their lattes with homemade creamers. My husband loved his. Food + mushroom tomato cheese omelette with potatoes + churro waffle with bacon and eggs

They had live music playing when we went on a Sunday and they have indoor and outdoor seating with misters working overtime to keep customers cool. There's a ton of workers constantly moving and taking orders, cleaning, making drinks and etc so service was very fast. I think from the entire visit took us about 20 minutes and we walked in at 1:30 pm and ordered a pretty large ish breakfast for 2 people. The eggs are fantastic, the bacon is crisp with no soggy bits, the French toast is thick and comes with some pretty cool toppings. The only thing that was a minor let down was the biscuits and gravy were a little lack luster but we chose to believe it was because they were closing soonish. Their coffee was incredible. Overall it's our new breakfast spot and we couldn't be happier with our visit. Looking forward to exploring the rest of the menu!

From the moment we sat down, the staff was attentive without hovering, quick to accommodate, and genuinely welcoming. The food is top notch, beautifully prepared and absolutely worth treating yourself. If you've got a little extra to spend on a date or a good friend, this is the place to do it. A special thank you to Danielle, our waitress, who was kind, courteous, and never rushed us. Lovely spot for drinks and dinner in Santa Clarita…read more I was in the area running errands and decided to grab dinner nearby on a Thusday evening around 6:30 pm. I found this place on Yelp and dropped by for dinner. My party of 2 was seated immediately. Personally I thought the menus were hard to read. The gray lines in the background were quite dark and clashed with the actual menu items. My suggestion to the restaurant would be to reprint the menus with lighter background. They have an extensive cocktail menu with a lot of gin-based drinks. They also have good selection of wine and NA drinks as well, including some mocktails. I got the I'm Driving mocktail ($13), which I really liked. It had good passion fruit flavor without being too sour. Felt like a really nice tropical juice. My friend really liked his drink Bramblin' Man ($17), which had strong notes of bourbon and blackberry. I wasn't super hungry, but the braised short rib looked amazing so I got that for $43. It was very tender, but I personally found it bland especially on the inside. I asked for additional sauce so I could drench each bite in the sauce. My favorite part of the plate was surprisingly the potato croquette, which was perfectly crispy and well flavored. My friend got the chicken club ($23), which he enjoyed. I stole a bunch of his seasoned fries since they were so good. I would've loved to get dessert but was too stuffed. Next time!
