Upon picking my car up I was told my total was somewhere around the $1065 price point (not exactly sure of the final total). When I was given the new total, I asked if I could go out to my car because it seemed quite a bit higher than my original quote. The man said "of course!" After a few minutes we realized that someone (not me) had called and asked to have an additional service added on to their appointment today and it was somehow added to my car.
