Love coming here in the morning before work. John and Cameron have customer service down! They are so polite and helpful and call each customer by name. They are happy to make suggestions, and make up any drink you want. They are very efficient and I always get in and out with a consistently good product. I don't write reviews but this one I had to write. My wife had surgery today and she wanted a superfood bowl from Nékter. I downloaded the App so I can order ahead thinking it would be busy due to spring break. App was super easy to use and order would be ready in 20mim. When I arrived, there was three employees. Not one greeted me as I walked in the door. There is two people in the entire store. I saw a sign that said order ahead orders here. I walked and stood right in front of the sign. The two employees in the back looked at me and said nothing. One employees came up to the counter and gave a gentlemen his bowl. I said excuse me and she flat out ignored me. She walked to the back and started to work on an order. I made eye contact with her and said excuse me but you just ignored me and I made a mobile app order. She asked the name and she found my order in the refrigerator. The other two employees were clueless of what was going on and seemed not to care. I brought the bowl home and it was wrong. I ordered IT with no cacao nibs and they were included in the bowl. So not only bad experience but my wife couldn't even eat the bowl. I wish I could give this no stars. read more

Great product but wait times are a huge negative for this place! Placed online/mobile order and you wait for 30 minutes. For a place who knows they will be at peak on a Saturday morning maybe ramp-up your staffing? So normally when I come in here after a work out, the gals/guys at least say hello even if busy. I come in this morning with absolutely no other customers in, don't get a "we will be right with you" nothing as simple as a "hello" just ignored for 5 minutes while being avoided. Then one of the blonde girls decides to acknowledge me & take my order simply with "what do you want to get" ummm excuse me I didn't realize I was inconveniencing you at YOUR JOB. Just to date for management 9/27 I came in at 7:22am and both employees were totally rude. You might want to give them an attitude check, cause that is awful customer service, especially when the customer smiles at you & still tries to be nice. I come here when I'm feeling a cold coming on or when I don't feel like coffee. Beware that this place is expensive for what you're getting. There aren't many alternatives in the area, so I usually end up coming back. If you have a juicer at home, and have extra time on your hand, you can save yourself $$ and create delicious juice. I've been here a few times to get a bowl and honestly I am not impressed......I tried really hard to like it since its close to home. It's super small inside and always crowded. The employees always seem like they hate their jobs or are hung over....they don't talk to customers. Both times I have waited at least 15 minutes for my acai bowl. My favorite go-to place and my newest healthy habit! I am guilty of going into this store almost every day for a juice, smoothie, or bowl. Staff is great and product is healthy and delicious. The ingredients are so fresh. They have bottled drinks to take if you cannot wait for a juice which is a great accommodation. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Ladera Ranch "Residents" this is for you! - Unbelievable! New Drink at Nekter Juice Bar (Beware)... cleansing with Ecoli. With the heat in CA reaching triple digits (115) degrees last Saturday, 4 "Greenies" were ordered, in sweltering heat with no AC, veggies out in room temps, you wonder what went into this order? Well, perhaps the Health Dept, should check it out! "Brad" the manager, lost for words, catatonic at best, offered a $40 card, $10 per person suffering ecoli syptoms, and suggesting to come back for more? If you had PPO health Ins, no problem, if you had HMO health Ins, that pathetic attempt to apologize did not cover the Co/Pay! Attention to all, where are he veggies that go into these drinks sit prior to hands putting in the blender? No fridge in site? Only in the back of the store? However, no one is running to the back to get the "FRESH" stuff, it's grabbed from a crate or top of counter left in room temps all day! Yikes! One week without an AC, doors open, fans running... But what about the food? Oh! Not to mention the fruit fly's hovering over the unattended perishable veggies! OMG... I know they need a job, but really, at who's expense...Oh I forgot it was me and my friends. Effective today being greeted by the "smell of rotten vegtables the AC is still out and refrigeration down, hope no one has been "SICK" or had a super extra strong cleanse according to "Brad" the manager, since this is what it is suppose to do! I really love the Toxin Flush and the Acai Bowl! So yummy. My only complaint is the wait time. 2 out of the last 3 times I've been there, they've somehow misplaced my order. After 15 minutes of waiting, I finally approached them and although they apologized and got right on it, it's still inconvenient to wait (especially with a newborn). I came here the other night and I got the ice cream. I really liked it, it was in a large bowl and came with 2 toppings! I came today and I bought the same thing but the lady named krista, gave me a very small bowl with not much ice cream in it and said I can only get 3 toppings for an extra dollar. I frequently enjoy fresh juices and acai bowls. About once a weekend I usually get my fix. I've been to this location a few times and the staff is very friendly and accommodating.
