I really enjoy the Toxin Flush! Totally delicious! I used to work at a juice bar for a few years and applied at this place when they were about to open. No response, kinda weird... I couldn't even get a response when I attempted to follow up. but didn't affect me or this review. I expected the staff to be great, but it was meh. They sort of fumbled around with things I could tell they were new. I was on my way to work one day and wanted to call in an order to grab and go. I might as well make a smoothie at home for the time they take to make one here. But they don't have a phone number listed anywhere?? I tried siri and google with no luck. I was nervous to head in because I was unsure if they were even open. I just had siri connect me to Jamba Juice down the road and I easily called in my order there. Super bummed about my experience today. Went with the Açaí Peanut Butter bowl to share with my hubby. After staring at the menu for a min or two, I notice directly about the menu is a terribly dirty vent. Right in the area where all customers eyes go first. I wonder what it looks like where people can't see. But ordered anyway. I was enjoying my smoothie bowl when I looked down and saw a piece of blue plastic. We decided to turn around and get our money back. I didn't want to risk finding anymore plastic. When my hubby went back inside, one employee and one manager said a couple different times, "we don't have any blue plastic back there". Yeah, we'll it was in my smoothie bowl.It was disappointing that it wasn't taken care of in a professional manner. It's like they did t want to take responsibility. I like this location versus the Tempe Marketplace location. Why? It's more spacious, friendly service and ... it smells better here, haha. Even the locals that come in are so much nicer. You will like this place. One note, there is no back entrance to this place like its next door neighbor - Chipotle - there is only a front door. Be wary of the restroom, it's a single toilet room. And the staff use this same restroom. I didn't find the restroom very clean. Came here for the first time today because I was craving an acai bowl. They were pretty busy, but I didn't end up waiting too long. About 4 bites into my bowl I found a short black hair in it, my hair is not black by the way. But I've worked in food industry, I simply pulled it out and kept going. This was my first time ever getting anything here. I deliver food with Uber Eats and have picked up orders to deliver but, hadn't ever tried it myself until today and this will be my first and last order. The two gals working there were incredibly rude. Never said hi...never bothered helping me and my two friends at all. I asked how to pronounce acai and I couldn't even hear her . It felt like I was an annoyance when asking. Then totally confused by the menu (I thought it was juice and smoothies and had zero customer service from the employees) I was surprised to receive bowls of fruit and yogurt . I then looked closer at the menu on the wall and the "bowls" was there in small print. I had not seen that and would NOT have ordered the items I did if I had seen it. I thought I had ordered smoothies and a juice So, got two bowls and one 16 oz green juice for $25! And we didn't even enjoy it so essentially wasted my money. My yogurt mixture at the bottom of my bowl was tasteless. Get a bite with a piece of banana or apple and you'd at least taste that fruit. Other then that...tasteless. incredibly disappointed. The 3 of us all tasted each others items and we all were in agreement...NONE of our orders were good. So again, first to have poor service ( we were even rudely asked to move away from where we were standing while waiting for our food even though NOBODY was coming in and the only 2 men that had been sitting at a table inside had left ) and then to pay A LOT for what we got AND for none of it to be good ...sucks. We had passed this place numerous times since they opened and we had always wondered if it was good but, we know now that it isn't . My boyfriend took me here a few days back. I had the peanut butter acai bowl and it was awesome! I popped back by and grabbed another one a few days later. It was just as good. Seems like I've had the same customer service experience as a lot of people at this location. I've loved Nekter, i do a few day juice fast few times a year. I wanted to get some juices for the next day so ordered, and paid, online and asked a friend to stop by and grab them as Nekter is a drive from my house, but used to be worth it. When she arrived they handed her one, she asked a female employee twice if she was sure it was only one juice and was told yes that's all there was on the order. When she brought it to me I said there should have been more, she said they told her no. So I immediately called the store and let them know what happened, i did not get three of the jucies i ordered. The employee who answered the phone, also a female, said "yes i have them here and they are made"... I replied "ok, she asked and was told it was only one" to which she replied "well they were here so they must have just not given them to her, you can come get them". No, so sorry, must have been a mistake how can I help... just a rude oh well. I let her know it was too far of a drive and would like a refund "well you'll have to call corporate for that". I said no... it was the stores mistake and I'd like her to process the refund, it was almost 5pm and they needed to take care of it. After a few rude replies her response "well all I can do is have my manager call you the next time he works. whats your name and number". I love the food here. But the concept of using technology to improve efficiencies is lost. Their app leaves a lot to be desired. I got a new phone and lost all my stamps. Got em back but took forever. But just today I got there and the line was long- so I ordered on the app- avoided the line. Then I sat there and waited and people 5-6 behind me got their orders and left. My scheduled pickup time came and went by a full 10 minutes. So me deciding to be smart by embracing technology ended up biting me. So who's fault is this? I was super excited to try out Nekter after hearing people rave about it on the radio. I must say I was unfortunately disappointed. There were not too many people when I came in & two in line before me. I thought it took an abnormally long time to get two peoples juice order over 20 minutes at least. I grabbed a charcoal lemonade and ordered the pitaya the total came to about $15 which I thought was pricey but if it was worth it no biggie. I waited over 30 minute to get my pitaya bowl. Seemed pretty ridiculous since nothing needed to be cooked. Honestly the flavor wasn't there for me both the juice and bowl were bland and I felt it wasn't worth the price or wait. This is my second time at this location but I frequent others around the valley. I have to say this was the WORST PB Bowl I've had yet. Here's why: A) Four employees on duty, only one actually doing anything. As it was lunch rush, this left several other customers tapping their heels as well. We all stood at the counter waiting for over ten minutes for something that should take half the time. Also one of the three 'on duty but doing nothing employees' could have offered to bring it to our table but of course scrolling Instagram was more important. B) The bowl itself seemed smaller than usual, was very watered down in consistency and lacked a peanut butter taste. I've been to a few Nekter shops both in AZ and CA and can say this was the cutest one! The people who worked there were extremely friendly. I ordered a banana berry acai bowl with whey protein and felt like I got my moneys worth. A few of the other locations I have been to don;t always put the amount of food that you pay for, but they made sure to fill the bowl to the top! Another great thing about this location was that it took maybe 5-7 minutes to get my food! It was around 11:30 when I ordered and was surprised when there wasn't a line at all to order. My food arrived a lot quicker than other locations as well which was a huge plus. The outside patio tables are a bit dirty but when I tried to clean it, it seemed to be stuck on there, so I;m assuming they tried to clean it at one point but realized there wasn't much they could do. Something I also noticed was that their bathroom was clean and very modern. I was truly impressed by how the store was kept up and look forward to going back! read more

The beverages are kick ass but I seriously wait from 20-45 minutes each time I'm here and it's kind of nuts. There is usually 1-2 people present but they definitely need more employees.. Like bad. I doesn't get any more fresh or raw than this. Green or fruit juices made on the spot. I've tried a couple of the green juices and a smoothie, and all have been delish. As others have mentioned, expect a 10-15 minute wait for your fresh juice/smoothie to be prepared. It's still faster/easier than firing up my Blendtec or Breville juicer and spending 30 minutes in prep, juicing, and cleanup. read more

First time in on a Sunday morning. Several people ahead of me in line and it took what seemed like forever to finally get up to the front. Could read the entire menu twice over. While starring at the menu for 10 minutes I did appreciate the descriptions and caloric info. Once I ordered my toxin something or other the customer service was friendly, but I had to wait another 20 minutes to get my small juice. Was so bored I say there for a while unsubscribing from emails until I finally got my juice. They did apologize for the wait.
