Nekter is one of those places that makes you feel like you're being healthy when you go in, before you even order anything. The clean vibe and ambiance makes you want to be better and healthier. Also, with the quick service and turnaround time for your food and drinks, it might as well be considered fast food, healthy fast food (oxymoron?) but i ordered on my app and paid for it and walked in here with my kids and our food was waiting for us. I love that! There was ample seating and the ambiance is nice.We sat there and enjoyed our acai bowls and drinks. My kids love their pitaya smoothies and I feel good about giving it to them because it's healthy and they don't even know it. I don't take my kids out for frozen yogurt anymore, I tell we're getting some but then I give them acai bowls and to them, it tastes just the same. read more

I stopped coming to this Nekter location in 2019 because the customer service was awful. I decided to give them another try this year and I am so glad I did. I have the mobile app. I get points and the ease of ordering and just picking up within the actual time frame. The lady who is there now (almost daily), Lisa, is AMAZING!!! There is such an improvement in their staff and cleanliness. My order is always correct and on time! I highly recommend giving this location your business. I'm beginning to think I need to stop supporting this location. The morning of 12/7 wasn't the first time that an employee either wasn't a wearing a mask or was wearing it incorrectly. On this particular visit (mobile pick up), the employee's facemask was below her mouth and made no attempt to fix it until I mentioned how her mask should be above her nose...she lifted it above her nose and when looked into the back as I was exiting, it had already fallen down under mouth again :-/ read more

I have been to this location a handful of times. While service is a little slow, the employees are always friendly and the smoothies were good. The last two times however, the smoothies have been terrible. The time prior to today, I received a PB mocha smoothie with incredibly hard pieces of what I assume were almonds? They were the size of small pebbles. I bet down on one thinking it was just an unblended almond and I felt like I was going to break a tooth. I return to the store, gave them their smoothie back and showed them the pieces that were in the smoothie. I did not want a replacement drink and I did not want a refund. I just wanted to give them a heads up that they were something wrong with whatever they were putting in the smoothies. In hopes of trying to save the next customer, who may order the same drink. I returned today to get the same smoothie, the taste is off, and unpleasant and again had small pieces. The heart pieces are much smaller than last time, but I only took a few sips and I'm not willing to find out if there's bigger pieces in it. It's disappointing sense you're paying nearly $10 for what is supposed to be a quality drink. I came in at 6:40 p.m. last week to buy a juice and was told by the staff that their manager told them to deep clean their juicer so they were unable to make my drink. I asked to speak with the manager and was told she wasn't there. The associate then suddenly changed her mind and said its fine they will make it. I dont know what she gave me but it wasn't freshly made juice. Third time's a charm? I'd say so! It took me 3 visits to truly like this place. My first 2 visits, I ordered smoothies. On my first visit, I had the Chocolate Dream and on my 2nd, I got the Popeye's Acai. I enjoyed the Popeye's Acai much more than the Chocolate Dream, but yet again, it still felt like it was missing that kick that I was looking for. Maybe my tastebuds are just way too used to having tons of sugar and fat in my smoothies lol? On my 3rd visit, I ordered the acai banana berry bowl and the pitaya bowl. Compared to Jamba Juice's and Juice It Up's acai bowls, Nekter is the clear victor. The texture is thick and not runny like Jamba's or Juice It Up's. Honestly, the texture was PERFECT. Each bowl is $6.75 and for the huge portions you get, it definitely fills you up! Both were extremly fresh and tasty. I love the tartness of both bowls. I really enjoyed the coconut flakes on top of the pitaya bowl. They sure did not skimp out on it. I also downloaded the Nekter app before ordering those 2 acai bowls today, and I'm only 8 more fruits away from getting a free 16oz drink! More incentive to come back. :) I'll try the pink flamingo smoothie on my next visit. Also with the app, you can order ahead of time! I had it for lunch and it completely hit the spot. -They were pretty busy when I got there so it was a bit of a wait, but honestly they are making it fresh to order and if everyone's ordering at once, it's completely understandable. -It is a bit pricier but when you think about what you pay at restaurants or even fast food places, it's worth knowing you're at least paying for quality ingredients. -Lastly, even though they were busy the one thing I noticed is they constantly greeted and had a smile on their face the whole time. Ordinarily, and beyond a doubt, I would always rank this place five stars. However, today, I encountered a server, who had a lack luster attitude. Clearly, she is in need of more training, with regard to Customer Service etiquette. I will be contacting the manager to express my frustration with my most recent order. I ordered an açai berry bowl, with extra Goji berries, which were paid for. Paying extra was not the issue. However my payment yielded, literally, 13 Goji berries seeds. SERIOUSLY?!! A dollar extra only gets you 13 Goji berries seeds, with an attitude from the server, when you ask for me?! I even would have been okay if when I asked for more, she politely and generously brought more.... BUT NO. I had to pay more to break even with what I should have gotten in the first place! My Banana & berry Acai bowl was larger than a lot of other places and for $7.50 it was worth it! Lots of granola, stawberries, bananas & blueberries! YUMMM! THEY SERVE SPOILED fruit. Never coming here again. This was my go to spot, until they started giving old fruit. Tell me when you have fresh cut strawberries and they are super soggy slimy and not even sweet. Looked like how fruit is when you get it on a Sundae except the slimy opaque look wasnt from the fruit being in syrup. Why were my bananas not fresh? Then I drive all the way back, and explained to her I come here specifically because I have health issues with my stomach and it was recieved with a smirk. (First meal after my colonoscopy) I asked for a refund to try to mend the trouble I went through (like what good businesses to with good customer service has, make amends). Instead she argued with me telling me I'm not getting a refund because she made me another one. I pay over 9.00 for 6 blueberries old strawberries and bananana indifference, ignorance, arrogance, and attitude. I came here because I have health problems and rely on places to give fresh food and good customer service. I work in the food industry, this is not what I pay for or for bad service. I drive by Nekter very often, but never actually went in until a couple of days ago. I've heard a couple of people talk about Nekter and even saw some of my friends post pictures of their drinks on Instagram, so I thought that I'd try it out. I ordered the 16 oz. Popeyes acai smoothie. Honestly, with all the hype about Nekter, I was a little disappointed. I'm not sure if it was because I was expecting so much, but I just thought that my drink was okay. I'm not sure if there was just too much cashew milk, but I kind of missed out on the banana, spinach, and acai.. But other than that, the texture of my smoothie was perfect! The place itself is cozy and looks so peaceful. It would be a great spot to hangout and get together with friends. My only complaint is parking, but other than the place is great and the staff are friendly. A friend and I will actually be coming back sometime soon to try something else on the menu, most likely one of the acai bowls, for me :) read more

Great smoothies but HORRIBLE customer service. The employee with the heavy eye make up that was cashiering Friday Sept 22nd at 4 p.m. was ridiculously rude. The owner/manager needs to watch that one. As I was trying to decide on my drink she stood there with this ridiculous annoyed blank look or her face like I was wasting her time then after completing my order she just continued to stand there in my presence with that same silly blank look! So long I almost said "would you mine going to make my drink now please" How rude for her to give such a blank stare - no emotion, no urgency to make my drink, no movement whatsoever. She was staring in space like a zombie! Was kind of weird actually. I ordered 2 drinks the same size and had already told her I didn't know the drinks - she then just slid my drinks across the counter and walked away. What?! Seriously?! I then asked her "which is which???" Wow lady you're very unprofessional. My 9 year old son even commented as we left - wow mommy she didnt even tell you what your drinks were. Such rude service! The last thing you need is a high ticket product that comes with poor customer service. Those 2 things don't mix and won't bring customers back! I dont care how good the smoothie is - I'll make it myself at home to avoid this kind of nonsense. Please do something about the girl with the thick eyeliner and blank stare - wish I caught her name but was too appalled.
