I really hate complaining about places, especially since I work in a pharmacy and all I deal with are complaints, BUT I went to this place today and ordered 2 açaí bowls at 1126 (I sent a text at 1128 when I sat down). The cashier informed me it would be a 10 minute wait and I said that was fine, there were about 3 other customers waiting so it made sense to me. 20 minutes later I'm still sitting there and everyone else had received their order and left, I finally got up and was about to ask for my money back so I could leave, but then miraculously my bowls are done. I don't mind waiting for things, but 20 minutes for 2 bowls? And both of them were extremely bland and not even close to what the pictures on the menu looked like. I'm very disappointed on your false advertisement in regards to mobile order. We had placed our order at 12:40pm and I arrive at 1:00pm I was told the order was not ready. Time has passed and the 3 customers had received their orders so then I was told I they had one more before I can pick my order up, now I'm furious about this because why the hell in the world did I call to place an order that I can't pick up!!!! For $8.35 each we got 24ounce fusion blends of 'Slender greens' which was basically a vegetable heavy smoothie. Their advertisement of a smoothie that takes like juice was accurate and it was tasty with a fruit finish! I'd go there again if I wanted to splurge on a healthy fancy thing. As many times as I've been to Trader Joe's, I've never thought about coming into Nekter Juice Bar, since it is only across the street. And this morning, I was sooo glad I did! After two weeks of indulging in food that I never eat, even on cheat meals, I needed to nourish my body with something nutritious and beneficial! I haven't eaten yet either, and as much I'd hate to admit, when I'm on a health kick, I hate eating breakfast in the morning so a juice sounded right up my alley. When I first entered, I fell in love with their cash wrap display. How they displayed their "fake" fruit haha. Such a nice and cute touch. I've always heard that their Acai bowls are killer and contemplated on a bowl but I decided to skip that and decided to go with the Toxin Flush (5.95 16 Oz.) The Toxin Flush is made with Parsley, spinach, apple, lemon and ginger. "This drink is meant to help your body naturall rid itself of toxins in the blood and liver and soother your stomach", After reading this, I was sold. Exactly what I was looking for. The cashier wasn't to enthusiastic to be there.. or seemed like she wasn't . Like I always say, morning shift crews are supposed to be the happiest crew because sometimes they can be the employee can be the customers first human encounter for the day. The wait literally took 5 minutes and the girl who was juicing my drink in the back, came up to me and actually handed me the drink. and genuinely asked me " was there anything else we can help you with today"? and smiled. That was an awesome gesture. Walking out, I took my first sip and YESSSS. So delicious. They use the right portions per ingredient. It was great! I came in specifically for an Acai Bowl. I've been craving one ever since the Yelp event at Vitality Tap in San Diego. This one was good, but I feel the one I had at Vitality Tap was exceptional. I'm not sure the ingredients here are quite as organic and locally sourced as Vitality. At least on this particular visit the employees were friendly and capable. On other occasions I've been a little taken back by the language (as in 'F' words) and lack of efficiency as well as even attempting to be helpful. read more

I don't know why I keep giving this place a chance but today was the 3rd time they did not have my mobile order of 1 item ready on time. I even intentionally showed up 10 minutes later than the pick up time because I know they are usually late, and they told me it still wasn't ready (aka hadn't even started working on it yet because it took another 10 minutes to get my order). There was only one other customer in the store, no rush, and the ladies in the back were clearly unmotivated and goofing off. I only have 30 minutes for lunch which is why I order ahead but this place keeps leaving me with hardly any time to eat my food before I have to drive back to work. I like eating here, but I can't trust them to make my food on time and I'm losing my interest in coming back because of the poor customer service. read more

Cool little place. You can smell the fruits and vegetables when you walk in. Most of their drinks have sugar in them but you can ask that they make your smoothie/juice with water. This juice bar is ridiculous. The app gives you a wait time of half an hour to pick up your juice. I showed up before the pickup time because I had to get to class on time. The employee informed me that they had not received my order through the app yet since it would be ready by 9am. As some customers came in with no app order their orders were being prioritized over my order that had been placed way before theirs. The employee said she would make my drink but I did not receive my drink until almost 9am. I would've expected better customer service especially if my order was placed before someone who barely was ordering. My order was not complicated at all. A 16oz drink in comparison to the Acai bowls that were being made. Very disappointed and dissatisfied because I've had better service in Menifee. Maybe I should wake up earlier before class to make the trek all the way to Menifee from Murrieta just to get the service I deserve. I have worked in fast food and customer service and I expect quality service, especially at a juice bar that is health oriented. Avoid this place if you do not like slow customer service. read more

Every time I come in the staff is awful and could not care less. I have been made a different size than I ordered several times here. I ordered a regular juice and he gave me a small, when I pointed it out I noted that I asked for a regular but I was not sure what he charged me for. If he had charged me for a small, I would have been happy and on my way. But instead of checking the charge, he said he would fix it and just give me the regular size. He literally just juiced a bunch of celery and mixed it with my small juice in a larger cup. The juice was 50% celery juice at that point and not the juice I ordered. Worst customer service. This first thing I said to the cashier girl is I have a gluten and dairy allergy. She assisted me making sure to avoid those ingredients. I ordered and she said the only thing was they'd have to use the gluten free granola instead. So I pay for my bowl, get it, and leave. I forgot to double check about the granola and was on my way home and got a bad feeling . I turned around went back into that packed little parking lot. I asked the girl originally took my order if was the right granola because I get seriously sick and she apologized saying no it was not. I had to move my car but when I came back my bowl was done and a different girl rudely told me I had to pay another dollar for the gluten free granola which normally would be fine. It's a specialty item, I get it. But tell me why she wouldn't have rung that in initially when she was well aware I need the gluten free? I told her that doesn't make any sense questioning why she failed to ring it in the first time? And why after she messed up and had to remake it for health reasons you're going to charge? On top of that my second bowl was notably less. I don't doubt she didn't get scrape the top and add new toppings. Big allergy NO NO. read more
