Bomb, I loved it even thought it might be a bit too much after a meal. I would come back and keep trying more flavors. Give it a try if you don't mind paying a bit less than 15 bucks. The service was good, just people doing their jobs. Ambiance is great, located in the Whittier plaza it's a cool spot to hangout. The final product looks exactly like the picture which is a nice change of pace from other dessert spots.
Incredible service and amazing taste My boyfriend and I weren't sure where to go for ice cream so we went on yelp and this popped up as a recommendation. Honestly? It's absolutely delicious. Dulce de Leche was an incredible hit, and I managed to finish most if not all of it (I get full v easily.) Highly recommend that one. As for Mixed Berry? It's sweeter than expected and wasn't really for me. I wish they went for more of a tart route on this one but it's still fine. The service was great :) a worker came around and gave us samples. We planned on getting some from the get go anyway but this really sold us on the idea haha. Overall, great experience and great ice cream. It's located inside of this building filled with 3-4 restaurants and some places that serve alcohol. It's a cool place to sit at if you enjoy a lunch table type of setting. Can be family friendly but mostly geared towards adults. There are some pinball machines off to the side to enjoy as well. Cool place with great ice cream :) it is a smidge pricey but nice to try it out at least once
Dessert- Visually orgasmic. Deliciously addictive and beyond my self control. I keep digging my spoon back into my cup; just one more! All of a sudden, no more. Sad face. Wait was long but well worth. They have rolled ice-cream freshly made with delicious toppings. We tried two different flavors and both were good. It's in a food mall so it was easy to miss it by mistake. The atmosphere is upbeat and a bit loud but fun to people watch.
My husband and I met up with our friends for a date night, and we discovered this ice cream spot inside the Whittier Brewing Company. As we walked in, there was an employee giving out ice cream samples. We each tried one and immediately decided to order from them. I tried the Cookie Monster Ice Cream, my husband had the Horchata Ice Cream, and our friends shared a Horchata Ice Cream. You get in line at the counter to order, and then they give you a pager/buzzer that buzzes when your order is ready for you to pick up. Their ice cream is delicious, creamy, and full of flavor. It's not too sweet either, which is a huge plus. They give generous portions, making it a good price value. It isn't cheap, but the value is definitely there. The staff were also very friendly and had our order ready quickly. This is a great dessert spot and a hidden gem. We're looking forward to coming back soon and trying more flavors! :)
I was looking for ice cream rolls, and I found this spot! Is located inside the historic building food hall. There is a parking lot on the side, and it wasn't too hard to find a space. We were walking to the entrance when one of the employees from this place was handing out free samples! It was very tasty. There was plenty of seating and tables available in the room. Service was very good. We got the Strawberry Shortcake and Horchata Ice Cream Rolls. They were beautifully put together and were sturdy. Also creamy and sweet. They didn't even melt by the time we were done eating them. I didn't realize at first glance, but it costs extra to pay with credit card, according to the menu board!
OVERPRICED ice cream. Got a cookie monster and brother in law orderer a Pina coloada. Pina colada was good according to my sister and brother in law. Cookie monster definitely lacked flavor. Quite disappointed.
As you enter the historical building, you can see Tulip Creamery on the left side. The inside of the building has the old charm of history. We ordered the Hokey Pokey since it was dairy free and it was delicious. Service was great, the staff made recommendations based on dairy free options. The Hokey Pokey, I still think about it!
what a great sweet treat to have! workers were fast and efficient had my order in less than 3 minutes. they have a small shop but I LOVED that the product looks exactly like the one displayed!! absolutely nailed it. it is a bit pricey (~$12ea) but worth to have it every once in a while.

They are always handing out samples of their ice cream but this was the first time I bought something from them. I loved the tres leches ice cream so I decided to get some. I thought I order a scoop of ice cream but once I paid $13+ I knew I was in for a treat! It was amazing! It was a lot so I saved some in the freezer with the lid on and it kept for a couple days. They crumbled some biscoff and mixed it in and added some whipped cream on the top. The roasted marshmallow on top was an added delight. It was a delicious treat. I will definitely go back. Can't decide? Ask the employees, they're super friendly! Don't worry if you don't drink. You can grab some dessert and enjoy the vibes. You won't be disappointed.
This place was yummy! My mom and I shared the Banana Nutella and it was really good! We both enjoyed it really much, and you can actually see them rolling up the ice cream which is cool. I liked the presentation of it :) They had a very large variety of signature rolls you can get and they all look so good!! Service took a little long but they had a lot of orders so super understandable just be patient, the staff was nice! Side note, I want to comeback and try the acai bowls. I saw a few people getting them and they looked so good! So def will be back for those eventually. Keep in mind it is on the pricier side for ice cream for sure, but I would say it's also fancier ice cream if that makes sense and you get toppings/a filling amount. I do also really appreciate the fact they are straight up about the price difference for card vs cash and they have the different prices displayed on their menu! Very helpful.
Stopped by on a weekend for dessert. It is located in the Whittier brewery packing house. Lots of seating and cozy Christmas vibes. Service was warm and friendly. Got the biscoff tres leches and banana pudding. Both were soooooo creamy and delicious! Price is kind of high but the portion is huge, which makes up for it.

Love Tulip Creamery for rolled ice cream, we always get the biscoff and it never misses It's a little overpriced in my opinion, so definitely more of an occasional treat, but still worth it when the craving hits. The first time I tried this place I had driven all the way from Montebello because I really wanted to try it. I was wearing an oversized sweatshirt and they happened to be handing out free samples in the front, which I thought was cool. One of the employees looked at me and said "didn't you already get one?" meanwhile I had literally just arrived. Anyway, I still bought my rolled ice cream and hopefully he felt a little silly after seeing me walk away with my order Customer service moment aside, the ice cream itself is really good and the biscoff flavor keeps me coming back. read more

Creamy delicious ice cream rolls!!!! Looks very appealing! Almost didn't want to eat it! (Almost) Service was quick despite a long line. The lady at the register is very friendly and helpful with recommendations. Tried the Nutella and banana and the biscoff tres leches. Both were delicious. As soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted with samples I believe it was so good i had to get myself one and got the cereal rolled ice cream! By far the most delicious ice cream and I'm obsessed with cereal so I was very happy! Good service, def recommend for some ice cream! read more
Stopped by here on a friday night. They seemed to be pretty busy, lots of people waiting on their orders. I came in for the strawberries but also had a sample of their biscoff tres leches. The ice cream was fire, but it would have been too much to have both. The cup was $18 which is pretty comparable to other places. The strawberries were fresh and perfectly ripe. Ordered the banana pudding & new Zealand strawberry ice cream. They gave us a buzzard & about 15 min later only 1 order was ready. Waiting another 10 min & the young man brings our order, being the wrong one. At this point I dont even want my ice cream anymore & the banana pudding order is melting!! I have officially gone two days in a row because the ice cream here is that good! The rolled ice cream is so creamy, rich, and beautifully presented you can tell they take real pride in their creations. Every bite tastes fresh and perfectly balanced with all the toppings. The service has been amazing both times! Genuinely kind staff who make the experience even better. The shop itself is clean and welcoming, and watching them make the ice cream rolls right in front of you is so fun. If you are anywhere near Whittier, you have to try Tulip Creamery. It is definitely my new favorite dessert spot! read more
This was so good was on my way to rite aid for a good ole ice cream scoop and it's closing so no ice cream. Walked down towards the brewery and poked my head in there and we saw tulip, the gentleman immediately approached us handing us a sample and boy was that sample yummy, I tasted strawberry short cake (fresh berries!) and my friend tasted tres leches. So we decided to give it a try, something different, ice cream comes in rolls, interesting concept. I had the banana Nutella added peanuts and knafeh, bomb definitely will drive out here again for this ice cream. My friend had the tres leches and she also loved hers, she started with the marshmallow which she described "oh my that was a party in my mouth" and went on to say, we should meet here every Sunday! The young man who rang us up was also very nice, people are smiling it's a great vibe! read more

Such an expensive desert, if the pistachio are the part that makes it expensive then why is the pistachio 12 and this is 20 with tax, didn't put much kataife and pistachio, which is the main part of the name Dubai chocolate. Overall wouldn't think of purchasing again in a long time read more

Rolled ice cream is always a good treat. This location has a nice creamy texture and the mix ins are well done. Interesting wafers and toppings to match the ice cream too. The value isn't great, but it is tasty. There's plenty of seating in the food hall. Service was friendly and the beeper will notify you when your order is ready. I used to live in koreatown and rolled ice cream is definitely a popular item over there. Knowing there was one here in Whittier, I was super excited since my daughter loves to get rolled ice cream! We waited about 5mins for our ice cream and they have tons of flavors. Employee's were super nice and the building it's in is super clean! Definitely will be coming back! Paid about $14 for the ice cream. For us it was worth it! read more
