This is a nice looking Starbucks kind of hard to find in the basement of the south silver tower of the century city twins(take the escalator down from the lobby). Service was prompt and professional. I subtract 2 stars for being hard to get to, closed on weekends, closes at 5p and no electricity outlets. I prefer the one nearby across the street which is accessible from ground level without having to go through the lobby. It also has electric outlets. read more

Still great after all these years ~ with all new people, but really friendly, to-notch staff. There are many coffee options in Century City, but Starbucks gives you more bang for your buck. I know we are not in the throes of a pandemic, but I do still have some of that mentality so the fewer people handling my cup, the better! This Starbucks is BY FAR the nicest starbucks ever. They make my order perfection everytime and have an army of staff in there who literally greet you with smiles, waves, and will ask for your name and give you the status of your drink. I used to not be a huge fan of starbucks but this location seriously knocks it out of the park. I am assuming since it is an incredibly popular location with all of the office/construction workers that they get slammed all the time with orders and could easily be rude or not add that personal touch, but I've never seen them lose their cool. Not much to really say, it's a good starbucks (like they all are haha) and they are pretty quick with orders. I will say that it can get busy because there are a ton of high rise buildings with companies nearby so ordering on your phone on the app helps cut down any wait time. It is a little bit hard to find. Entering the store from the outside you have to keep on walking to the front of the building it's at the base of and you almost might miss it. Starbucks logo is on the building but it is hard to see since It blends in with the base of the building. Just walk slowly and pay attention to google maps and you'll be able to easily find it read more

Hard Working Crew. No doubt about that. I liked the chance to try the new sodas by Starbucks. I'm happy to see newer things appear on the menu. I sometimes cringe that the line seems a little snaky and long. My one real gripe is that the Hearty Blueberry Oatmeal isn't more consistent. How much hot water should be added to the pre-made cup of oats? I don't know, but it's frequently way too much. I recently went to this location and, having not tried it in months, ordered it. Aaaaaand, then I remembered why it's been so long. It looked like too much water, but I thought I'd wait it out. After 5 minutes (longer than they even require), it was still soupy. So, sadly I had to return it and walk out hangry :( The other thing was that, rather than the Agave Syrup, I was given Brown Sugar. End of the world? Of course not. I really dislike this Starbucks. I come here for Convenience, and certainly not for the service. I've experienced bad service here more than once, and tonight was no exception. Went in for a bagel and Americano. Stood at the register for what seemed like forever while a worker stood behind the register counting something, or he looked like he was counting something. Completely ignored me. Finally, I just asked if they had any bagels, and he said no. Then he went and got another worker to help me. When the other worker came, I asked him if they had bagels, he actually went and looked and told me what they had available. To the worker who couldn't be inconvenienced to help, take time to help customers. I know the store was closing soon, but you had a good 25 minutes left. Thank you to the worker who actually took time out to wait on me. My Americano was hot and smooth. Went well with my bagel. read more

This is a great starbucks. Located in the bottom of the Century Park East tower (in the corridor between the East and West towers), it's tiny and serves all three of the Century Plaza towers. So, there's always a long line of caffeine-needing workaholics. Even so, the turnaround and customer service here are wonderful! They handle the morning, lunch, and 3pm crowds with smiles, quick service, and hot drinks! The line moves very fast, but they still get the orders right. It's made to be an in-and-out location, with only one table to sit at. I wish every starbucks was this efficient, quick, and friendly! read more

This Starbucks is conveniently located inside my office building. It's a tiny one with 3 small 2-person tables and there's only room left for the order and pick-up line. Friendly service and for awhile, the regular morning employees would remember my name and order. They are usually a machine, with multiple baristas to make drinks and hot food. When the mobile ordering just began, there was a week when they were very behind in everything. I waited 15 min for them to give me a wrong order! It's a hit or miss. So I'm a fan of Starbucks but this location has some malfunctioning issues it needs to take care of. 1) They can't seem to enter codes. By this I'm talking about deals that gold Starbucks members receive via email. For example, I received a code for a free breakfast sandwich and when I showed it to them they entered it and said I'd already used it or it expired.... when I got the email just the night before. And they weren't able to do anything about it. 2) Completely forgot about my drink. I arrived at 7:45, placed my order and waited a good 15 minutes before I realized they must've forgotten my order. In my defense I waited the full 15 minutes before asking about it because the store is packed in the mornings with people before work, so initially I thought it was just taking them some time. So when I asked, they apologized and it was obvious they just missed my drink order completely. They DID give me a free drink coupon to apologize, but their incompetence led me to being late for work. Two big issues all in one day... I upped it from 2 stars to 3 because they did try to make up for it by giving me that drink coupon. read more

When you walk up to a Starbucks, and your drink is waiting for you, you know that you've arrived at coffee mecca. That's exactly what this Starbucks does - granted I'm a daily regular. The staff is friendly and builds relationships with the frequent business patrons that come by. Caution - the lines get long at peak times. It may seem like you're never going to get through, but the Starbucks team does a pretty impressive job of cranking through the customers and having them out the door quickly. Recently, I moved locations and regretfully, I won't be visiting much more. This location has set the Starbucks standard for me, however. I'll miss my peeps at the Century City location. As a side note - this location accepts payments over smart phone. It's one of the best apps I've ever downloaded. Give it a try! read more

If I can give this location no stars I would. 1st off the employees here are ruuuuuuuuuude and slooooooooowww! 2nd, everytime I come to this location which is just across the street from my job I have to wait 20min for my order and when its ready I cant even hear them call my name because they're not loud enough. Oh and God forbid I order a strawberry Acai because they NEVER have strawberries! Its summer time ! Who wouldn't have strawberries. A few times theyve been out of LIDS .... ummm.... LIDS? Yes Lids! Placed a mobile order thinking it would be faster as it should. Not only did they take forever, they gave me the wrong order and when I addressed the employee instead of her offering to give me a new one she just topped it with caramel. She did not apologize for the inconvenience and she looked at me as if I was stupid when I told her I had ordered the ultra caramel frappe that had no caramel. Starbucks is a 3-star coffee shop and no more. But, I give this 'buck an extra star for the service. This one's on the "D" level of the Century Park Towers. The line in the morning used to be horrific because there was no competition in or reasonably close to the building. Now, there are a few other options nearby so the line is much more tolerable. If I don't make my latte at home, I still go across the hall to Organic to Go (http://www.yelp.com/biz/wvRvZU1zwCGD_xcmghT-Yw), but this Starbucks is worthy of mention for a couple reasons. First, they are ON AVERAGE, faster than most Starbucks. (I emphasize because there are days when a trainee's working the machines and, wow, it can be slow). Second, this is one of the only Starbucks that puts a sleeve on your coffee by default. Not like the other joints that toss one on the counter like, "Here, scumbag, I know you just paid three-and-a-half bucks for this, but put it on yourself". It's a small touch, but it shows that someone running the joint knows that it is the small things that make the difference. read more

I use this Starbucks on my CC day on Mondays. Akin, Gump is located in the twin towers where Craft is located. So you are assuming the coffee would be superior. I had the worst fucking eggnog latte I have ever gotten from there the other day. With barristas I understand that it's hit or miss. Everyone has their own way of making fancy schmancy coffee. Burning the eggnog in the steamer is NOT one of those ways. Get rid of that guy. read more

COFFEE: 9/10 this is good coffee that's why it's so famous obviously. Can't go wrong with a cup of joe from the old starbucks. Come for the coffee and stay for it. Nothing wrong here in fact it's good. ATMOSPHERE: 10/10 it's a place to get coffee very nice inside MUSIC 2/10: Now unfortunately all good things must come to an end and there was no ska music. It's located on the concourse level, vertically stacked between the parking garage and the lobby. It feels like a cave, which is very unique for a Starbucks. They are always courteous, and have never made me wait longer than 15 minutes between call in and pick up. I have never had a complaint about their drinks and have yet to catch a mistake. Great staff! The location is situated in the lower level connecting 2029 and 2049 century park east. Usually servicing the patrons who work in those office buildings. Early mornings and lunch time gets to be pretty hectic, but the staff manages to get each customers order through quickly with great service. read more
