The good: When you're in a rush and don't have time to wait in a massive line for fancy ramen or go to a sit down restaurant with a toddler, Nordstrom's Ebar is a great alternative! I got a grilled cheese here and a mango carrot smoothie. I was happy my toddler enjoyed both. I was also happy that they had a good number of food options outside of sandwiches and pastries. The juice was yummy because you could really taste the carrot. There was a lot of seating outside of the shop. The grilled cheese had herbs outside of the bread so it was more elevated than your average grilled cheese. The food and drinks were made in a timely fashion. The bad: The grilled cheese was quite greasy. The indoor space is small. The interesting: I don't think you can use Nordstrom gift cards at the cafes. read more

Nordstrom is known for shopping but it's a hidden gem for fresh, delicious food at fair prices. Don't even bother with Starbucks and come here instead. The egg white spinach wrap tastes better, is healthier, and is more fulfilling. They also have a fantastic mac n cheese, tomato soup with grilled cheese, and the best matcha that isn't presweetened. I ordered a hot chocolate but actually wanted a mocha. I asked if coffee could be added and was told I'd need to be charged extra. I agreed and asked to refund the original drink and charge me for a mocha instead. What should have been a very simple exchange took about 20 minutes, with other customers waiting behind me. The interaction felt unnecessarily rude throughout the process. The manager, Diana, was involved but did not seem concerned about the delay or about resolving the situation in a customer-friendly way. Everything I've had from here is amazing and I never know what to get since I love everything. For sure this place is one of the best and coolest coffee shops that you can find in Westfield Century City. I was working on my laptop, at the same time enjoying the live music nearby. at first, I accidentally got an iced latte with 2% milk, and I forgot to ask the barista for whole milk. so I went back to order again. The manager "Mona" realized I didn't like my first coffee and she made a new one with whole milk right away and didn't charge me for that. Located right outside of Nordstrom and connected to Nordstrom on the first floor by the Shoe Department. The Ebar is very consistent with their drinks. I love the GINGER PEACH ICED TEA. It is one of my favorite black iced teas. I like it unsweet because it has its own flavor, but you can always add sugar for something sweeter. I am not a huge fan of the coffee drinks, although they are definitely much better than Starbucks and somewhat comparable to Peets. For those who like something sweet, I reccommend the honey almond latte. This Ebar is small with no indoor seating, but feel free to grab a drink and walk around the mall or sit and chat at the seating area right outside the Ebar. read more

When they closed the Westside Pavilion location, I rushed over to make sure this location still had my all time favorite Vanilla Chai latte, which is hands down the BEST Chai Latte in existence. When I walked in, I was so excited to see the extensive selection of coffee and tea drinks this new location has, including my Vanilla Chai, and much to my happiness, they now have a Lavender Chai as well, which also means you can get a Lavender latte!! Yesss!!! They have the standard coffee and tea drinks, but also some unique signature drinks, so it's worth stopping by to grab a drink for your shopping stroll. Here are a list of my Go to drinks- Teas are made everyday fresh: I usually get the black ice tea with real honey syrup or the green ice tea with real honey syrup. Lemonades are made fresh as well! A popular drink is the strawberry lemonade with real strawberry purée Smoothies: Again with real fruit! The strawberry breeze (which is a strawberry banana smoothie with coconut milk) Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie: When I'm feeling something more heavier to fill me up for my lunch. Includes whey powder Lattes: My go to coffee is the Maple Brown Sugar Latte with Oat milk hot or ice is still good depending on the weather and no Maple Brown Syrup. It has the right sweetener from the brown sugar and the oat milk just makes it more comforting and thicker taste. (It's gluten free, no dairy, and no nuts) The employees are lovely and always have a smile on their faces ready to make my drink or want to know what's the daily tea *wink* *wink* read more
