I recently bought my boyfriend a Nespresso machine for his birthday, and when we saw there was a boutique close to where we were staying for a few days in Miami, he got excited and said we had to go there! There is a lot of stimulation when you first walk in, with the bright colors and the illusion of boxes stacked to the ceiling on the back wall. Not only is it a boutique, but it is also a cafe, where you can try some of their espresso drink creations. Since this is his first time finding espressos he likes, it helped that they have staff that will assist with determining what your tastes are and finding pods that match those tastes. They also provide a tasting station, where you can sip samples before purchasing. By narrowing down what he liked, my boyfriend was able to purchase a few boxes to take home! We decided to try the seasonal drink in the cafe, which was a caramel pumpkin spice latte. When they brought it out to us, it was such a beautiful drink that we didn't want to ruin the pretty lines in it! But stirring it up gives you the full body experience of the coffee and flavors. Everyone was so friendly and helpful here, and it made for a great first visit. The only thing is that I wish we had one close to Jacksonville! read more

Now im hooked on coffee! they have lots of flavors that you can try before you buy and then take home and try. in this location they sell the machines and the product but it also has the starbucks vibe where you can sit down and have a cofee with some friends. I've walked in to Nespresso when cruising Lincoln Road. Very trendy. Would love to decorate a part of my Boca house as they have done...great lighting and seating. To my surprise, the coffee was super, and the desserts yummy. Eat there with a boring guy who lives in a castle-like condo in Ft Lauderdale, and while he complained about the high cost of dessert ($8?), he actually enjoyed the vibe. And you don't have to buy 5 sleeves like on line. I like to get the Intenso Dharkan (11) and Kazaar (12) and the Variations Ciocattino (Chocolate). Store is at the West end of the Lincoln Road Mall. Beautiful, beautiful store. I went in with a friend who needed to restock on espresso capsules for his machine. I was offered a sample of some limited edition grind in a green capsule and was blown away by how wonderful the taste was, almost floral and very, very clean on the finish. I came back the next day on my own to ask about the DeLonghi Lattissima machine, which I probably will wind up buying next month with the usual Amazon gift cards I get for the holidays. It makes an amazing cappuccino and the cleanup is remarkably easy. The staff could not be nicer, more knowledgeable or helpful. The space itself is in the über-cool 1111 Lincoln Road garage, and architectural gem in itself not to be missed, especially when lit up at night. read more

She turned her head and responded in a very rude manner "I am helping someone else" and turned her head right back to assist the other couple. At that point I kindly let her know we we're waiting for almost 10 minutes for someone to assist us, and her response was "You can go to the register and wait in line for the next available coffee specialist"! Little does Yulia know I worked for Nespresso myself, and to get in line for a coffee is not a thing...and even if it were that is no way to talk to a customer. HUGE FAIL. We have been to this location before and it was an amazing experience overall. But then again, it was a nice , cold Saturday morning, the location was relatively empty, and our hot coffee drinks were superb! I don't even remember which drink I had but I know it was their drink of the month. Because of this prior experience , I have decided to rate this place with two stars. Fast forward to tonight, however. It's now August, it's humid and so hot and on top of that, it is a Sunday night with Lincoln road just suuuuuper packed with people. We walked around for a while and then , after some back and forth, happily decided at around 9pm to go to this same location for a coffee and a nice chat. We were excited and were expecting a relatively similar experience to the one in the past. We were disappointed, to say the least, when after much thought about what to order we were informed that they were completely out of vanilla ice cream. Um ok. That's disappointing since we each were really looking forward to trying this month's milkshake. We were recommended the pistachio milkshake instead since it doesn't require vanilla ice cream and the employee even claimed it was her "favorite drink of all" so I figured what the heck, I'll try it. My hubby ordered an iced caramel latte. After waiting a bit, our order arrived and much to my dismay, my pistachio "best drink of all" milkshake was absolutely tasteless. The employee never even came by to check on us and our drinks till they were pretty much gone. I ended up switching drinks with my hubby - he hated the caramel latter though I though it was delicious and he drank my milkshake even though he agreed it was tasteless. When the bill came , we also noticed that they automatically charge you an 18% tip (I guess we double tipped last time because we don't recall realizing this last time ) which was quite disappointing because pretty much, you are forced to tip regardless of service quality. The employee helping us was very friendly when she spoke to us but didn't really take any time to come check on us and make sure we were ok. Not going to lie ... I'm a quite saddened by tonight's experience here. Will I return? On a given morning, sure. At night? Never again. It was just too crazy and packed and just really not worth it at all. read more

If I could I would give them 0 stars! But its not an option on Yelp. There are 2 aspects to lincoln road Miami Beach Nespresso, the cafe that serves food and drinks and the sale of coffee pods and coffee machines. That second one is again performing badly. This man Thomas, the team leader/ manager only yesterday became the manager apparently. It took nearly 1/2 hour to get a refund supposingly because the system was slow but it only took 10 seconds to charge my card though. I guess it's a selective system! Bad customer relation, bad manners and terrible service. Shame I liked the coffee. Its time to get that machine out and move on to a different brand with less attitude and better appreciation of customers. read more

Monica the manager of this boutique should be immediately fired and replaced with somebody competent. She has absolutely zero management and customer service skills. This was my last stop for a party we are hosting tonight. Bought 10 sleeves of Nespresso. The store doesn't sell the cheap, disposable espresso paper cups so the barista told me to go to the front of the store where they would gladly give me the 20 disposable cups I needed for free. (The store is divided in half- the back half sells the sleeves and the front half sells coffee and food). But instead of the manager simply doing just that and being polite to a customer, Monica's answer flat out was no and she was surprisingly rude to me. There's nowhere on the Beach I can go to buy these disposable cups now. We have no Target, party store or the like. The closest Target is half an hour away. No time for that. So thank you, Monica, for being so exceptionally rude and unhelpful to a loyal customer for years. Thank you for preventing me from being able to serve Nespresso coffee to my guests tonight. I supply my home and my entire office I own and clients with Nespresso and this is how you treat the customer. I think it's time I find a better coffee provider and one that at least seems to appreciate my business. I expected more from Nespresso. I wanted a sweet coffee something while wandering Lincoln shopping area at night, this one caught my eye with the interesting slick displays and lighting, coffee pod art! It was later so they were a little tired and disorganized on the customer service, they weren't able to make a latte (It took me a couple times to understand that this was what they were trying to tell me), so I got a Nespresso Shake instead, which was pretty good for a hot night of wandering! She did such a great job explaining the differences and giving us some samples based on our needs. She took the time and made sure we were informed about everything there is to know. After a great cup of coffee at Nespresso, you will never complain about the prices at Starbucks again. Good coffee, for about double the price it should be. Nice atmosphere, atttractive coffee making products on display for sale. Service was not very attentive, not one stop at our table to see how things were, had to beg for the check. I am philosophically OK with unisex bathrooms, but at least have the courtesy to provide two of them so there is not a line twice as long. Will not return. read more
