I own 2 Nespresso machines. One for the big coffee pods, and the smaller machine that uses the little pod. Bambie and me drink one or two coffees each every day. So we buy lots of coffee pods at this store. We previously would order and purchase the pods on-line. The experience at the store is a little more enjoyable. Free cups of coffee are offered, so one can taste a variety of a coffee that is a new experience. Added bonus is with every purchase a 2 pod sampler is a gift. Prices are no different at the store than on-line. So stop going to Starbucks for $4 + for a cup of coffee. Join the Nespresso army. An average priced pod is $1.10. Oh the Nespresso coffee tastes much better than Starbucks, Peet's and all the other corporate coffee money grab corporations. read more

The easiest coffee machines ever! Comes in so many different sizes and so many flavors of coffee to enjoy! The store is very clean and organized! Service is always amazing! They are always open to helping u learn your new machine or if you want to try their newest or seasonal flavors. I come in every time I'm in Roseville to try out their new sample flavors every time! They have the cutest cups and you can sample as much as your caffeine heart can handle lol This time I tried the coconut coffee.. it was actually pretty good! This Roseville location is the closest one for those from the Sacramento area to explore. It was my first time checking out Nespresso Boutique in the Roseville Galleria and I loved it. I was greeted when I first walked in. I expressed that I was new in the store but did have a machine. The customer service was wonderful. I put my name in and was told that I would be helped once they had an available person. I got to sample various coffees as well as test out different kinds of machines. This was so cool! Once I did get helped, I asked all sorts of questions such as their recycling program, their exclusive coffee items and their other merchandise. I ended up spending some money on different sleeves (which I learned has 10 pods in each) I love that I got Kona as well as hazelnut and vanilla. The aesthetic outside the store is so chic and once you are inside, you are mesmerized because of their offerings and displays. You are in excellent hands when you walk in. They have good customer service and their coffee tastings are great. I highly recommend you check this place out if you are interested in getting a Nespresso machine or have a Nespresso machine. I'm so happy there's finally a Nespresso Boutique closer to the Sacramento area because the nearest one is all the way out in Walnut Creek! I had to stop by to restock on my pods and check the place out. There's someone at the front to check you in, and the staff was really nice and welcoming. They have a section near the front offering complimentary coffee so you can get a hands-on experience with the different machines and coffee flavors they offer. There's also a coffee bar and a small café-style seating area where you can sit and enjoy your drink. Overall, I'm a very happy customer, especially with the in-store experience. read more

Considering there is not a lot of Nespresso boutiques in the area, this location is easily busy and crowded on weekends. But when it's not as busy it's a great opportunity to try new releases! The place is clean with nice aesthetics. Service is very good. We were helped shortly after stepping in. I wanted to try the Napoli espresso. The staff member opened a new sleeve so I can have a try. While he was in the backing looking for it, another staff member came to check up on us to make sure we are helped. They are also very knowledgeable with their products. I can list out what flavor profiles I like and staff members can give great recommendations base on that. I typically buy my sleeves online before. But I prefer to try it out before committing. I found myself doing some Christmas shopping at the Galleria recently when I decided to stop by the awesome Nespresso Boutique to restock on some espresso pods. I always enjoying coming here for a few reasons,one the employees are always so nice and helpful,another reason is it's such a convenience to be able to see all the different coffee pod options available that just feels a bit different then shopping online,something about instant gratification.Lastly it's always great to be able to enjoy a free sample of their latest offerings,u never know what they will be offering that day,but so far every time I've gone in here,they had something that I never tried before and that was quite enjoyable-today was no different as I was able to try a new variation of their double espresso and it was so good,I actually bought a sleeve of 10 to take home($15.50). To those of you that know me already know that I am a huge coffee fanatic and aficionado. Which takes me to a convenient and handy method of brewing homemade coffee. And definitely far above your basic Keurig coffee, this was paying a visit to the "Nespresso Boutique" at the Roseville Galleria shopping mall. Located on the 2nd floor of the mall, the easiest way to find the location is that it's relatively close to JCPenney. Nespresso Boutique opened its doors on Thursday, July 24th, 2025. Previously, I had driven to the Bay Area (Walnut Creek) to purchase my Nespresso sleeves. But it's a blessing for people that live in the greater Sacramento area. Otherwise, I ordered their coffee through their own website as well as Amazon. So this is a huge convenience, going to the actual boutique and buying these in person. One very interesting thing that is quite exclusive to this Nespresso boutique is that they have an automatic self-serve kiosk for selecting your coffee. Everything is completely automated, and there are several touchscreen machines to guide you through the process. And if you're a Nespresso member, it's a very easy process. In addition to all of the Nespresso sleeves that are for sale, they have a huge variety of accessories, such as their own machines and mugs for purchase. All in all, during my visit (which was on their 4th day of business), it was packed with people while all of the customer service representatives were very helpful. Hours are standard of what the Westfield Mall hours are which is Mon-Sat from 10am-9pm and Sunday from 11am-7pm. With that said and done, I am giving the Roseville "Nespresso Boutique" a perfect five stars. read more

I love nespresso coffee and was thrilled to finally have a boutique near me. I had only been to one in Glendale California and noticed this boutique was designed differently. I love the self service wall, customer needs nespresso club number to use self service. I was immediately greeted by someone who directed us to the coffee samples or shopping. The self serve wall was beautiful and had so many choices! We asked for a choice that was not on the wall and luckily they still had some to purchase. They even have some tables to enjoy a cup of nespresso! Of course we bought many sleeves and got a free travel mug! You can bring in your used pods to recycle at the store as well. Such a cool place! First off, do you know you could get samples of their pods here?! We didn't and were super shocked when they allowed us to try the a flavor before buying. We walked in and were greeted asking us if they could help with anything. I just said , "we are buying coffee". We walked over to select our sleeves and the same nice man gave us a bag. We waited until no one was at the register and handed them a bag with 10 sleeves and a travel mug. The cashier asked if we were in the "queue". I said, "what queue?"and she stated we should have signed in with someone on a iPAD when we came in. How would I known this if I had never gone to a Nespresso store? So I told her there is no line and she said that is the rule, but "I will do it just this one time for you." I just spend $156 to get schooled by a worker in a ridiculously pretentious store. Worst customer service ever. Don't shame the customers if your process is unclear. She told me they are like "the Apple Store". No, you aren't. You sell coffee makers and coffee. First of all, I have never been discriminated in my entire life. Me and my wife walk in and we're not greeted by anybody. There's a lady up front who checks people in and that lady did not come up to us or greet us either. Me and my wife were standing in line waiting to check out but NOBODY was trying to help us out. We got a lot of stares from all the workers but they didn't say anything to us at all. Then after 15-20 minutes of waiting in line, a worker goes "did you guys check in?" And I said "No... nobody ever helped us out or greeted us. The lady with the IPAD who checks people in just ignored us. It's our first time here" and the worker says to us "oh yeah you gotta check in" and in my head I was like "so you gotta check in to check out?!" So dumb. Also, when I went to grab some coffee to drink, the worker who handles the coffee making didn't even acknowledge me at all either. I stood right next to him and made my coffee myself. And then another lady comes by, and the worker greets her and ask if she needs help IMMEDIATELY. All the workers there are white and I am an Asian man. BUT, there is 1 sweet old man who was super nice to us and apologizing for how we were treated and he helped us check out. If he didn't help us, I was going to drop all of the coffee I had in my bag and left. Worst customer service I have ever received. And I hope the workers are reading my complaint too. read more

Going into this store. I had high expectations. I love Nespresso products. I have bought multiple machines for my family and I. I typically buy my pods from Costco or Amazon but decided to check it out in store and will say they have a great variety of pods. Store was beautiful. However, walking in there as a younger adult, I felt like I was immediately getting looks. Was not greeted nor acknowledged. As I was looking for my pods I was asked ONCE if I needed help and I felt it was more of a asking "what am i here for/why am i here" after that I felt like I was being hovered over. Others who came into the store were greeted kindly, asked what they were looking for, even asked if they wanted to try some samples and would get a whole cup of coffee. Terrible experience. I'm SO happy we finally have a Nespresso Boutique and we don't have to drive to Walnut Creek anymore! Yay! The store is in the very center of the mall. Enter via the Penney's and it's right there. The store is huge, bright, pretty and fabulous. There is a giant coffee pod wall, all the machines, and even some cafe tables. It's decorated so nicely. They let me taste the two coffees I wanted to try and I bought both. They had everything in stock. For some strange reason they make you do self serve. Kinda ruins the 'take care of you' vibe. The only reason they don't get a five star rating is the service. The first two people I talked to seemed like they couldn't care less about helping me. One even said "I can't help you right now because I just came on shift." Huh? So On my third try I found a very nice employee to talk to me about the store and my choices. I am very glad to have a local place to get my Nespresso pods!! read more

I really appreciate Pendo and how patient and honest he was with me without pressuring me to purchase anything that wasn't perfect for me. The experience in this store was disappointing and unnecessarily complicated. They make buying coffee so difficult that it honestly makes more sense to purchase it on Amazon. They even have their own Amazon store, where the same pods are sold at exactly the same price--with free shipping. Given that, I don't understand why anyone would choose to go through the in-store process, which requires a great deal of patience. I was initially excited to select my coffee and place it in the bag, but that's when everything started to go downhill. You are instructed to put the bag into a bin that is supposed to calculate the price automatically. However, that's only the beginning. You then have to log in or provide account information. If you don't already have everything set up, the process feels like navigating a maze just to complete a simple purchase. We were eventually directed to a cashier, who told us she couldn't help us at that moment. At that point, we politely returned the bag and left the store. We have owned both Nespresso and Keurig machines. Keurig offers more variety and is significantly more affordable. Nespresso may be more fashionable, but it is also much more expensive. For now, we'll likely stick with Keurig--or simply order Nespresso pods on Amazon if needed. read more

Love Nespresso. I have the vertuo machine. Walked in the Roseville Galleria location and this young male asked me what I was looking for. I said coffee and to which he responded that they didn't sell coffee. Oh geez! So annoyed! Then I told him I needed the vertuo pods. And he told me the other guy could helped me. Anyway, the other guy was somewhat helpful but told me I should use the self checkout feature because it gets busy on Saturdays. It was a Wednesday night and the store was empty. Like others, we did not have a great experience. It was a Sunday, it was busy, but we weren't greeted or made to feel welcomed by most of the staff. We tried to make cups of coffee with different machines than at home, only to be met with sighs and judgment from the two young women that quickly shut off the machines. We were about to leave when we ran into Kali. She turned the whole experience around. She was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond her coworkers. She shared some of her personal recipes and helped us pick out other flavors we may not have tried. She works most days-so make sure to see her for a good experience! She deserves 5 stars! read more
