They dont sell coffee in the way you w I understand think. They sell their own coffee pods and machines at this store. But its a great way to see and try out the machines and ask questions in person to the staff if you are in the market for a personal or family espresso machine. They have a machine for most budgets and levels. They have over 20 different flavor pods as well so you are bound to find something you like. Far better than kurig pods.

Nice store, this is the flagship for Nespresso in NYC, a large location. They have a tasting station as soon as you enter the store. They also have a coffee-smelling station; it's a very clean and nicely decorated space. It's near Union Square. If I were living around there, I would probably walk in there often. It was a treat to see the flagship store. The service was friendly and nice. I would definitely return again.

This was a fun stop if you like coffee! They have free nespresso samples and will give you a full cup! You can try multiple, get it iced or hot, and add milk if you want. We got to try multiple flavors including yuzu, coconut, and lavender Nespresso. They were all good! I really wished the lavender flavor came in the original pod so I could buy it for home but it's only available in the vertuo line so I bought the yuzu which was also good. The staff was super friendly at the store and brewed some other original espressos for me to try and I ended up buying another decaf Nespresso pack too.

This is Nespresso's newest (and largest) flagship store. If you're in the Flatiron district or near Union Square, you should definitely stop by. It's beautiful. All the staff are dressed professionally and super attentive. You can have the staff make you a complimentary drink -- or two -- but I am sure you don't want a caffeine overdose! There are even a station with pumps where you can sniff the aroma of various grounds before you buy. In the back, there are self-service kiosks. Downstairs is a nice lounge where you can unwind from the busy city streets, take a restroom break, and slurp another cup of joe (it's very tempting). It's a pleasant experience that you won't regret.

We popped in to check out the downstairs cafe while in NYC for Christmas. The store itself is big, with options to self serve a cup of Joe upstairs or in the cafe downstairs, which I highly recommend. The staff was super friendly and even showed me how to use the newer swanky machines since I have one of the original Nespresso machines at home :) Pros: Cool chill modern vibe, friendly staff, and cozy downstairs cafe Cons: Coming here might make you want to upgrade your Nespresso machine

Beautiful space - you can play around with the machines - with help if course, to craft amazing drinks. Going later in the day is always a good idea as it is not as packed. Service is amazing - you will not feel rushed or obligated to buy anything

This is one beautiful Nespresso store. I had seen it all over social media and wanted to check it out for myself. I was one of two people here when I got there. The store is spacious with nice people who work here. They explained what the store has to offer. There is a bar area where you can get complimentary coffee drinks made. They do not have any to go cups though. You are free to walk around with your drink though. There is an area where you can get glasses customized and there is a select your own capsule area. Downstairs there is a lounge area if you are a Nespresso member. They have some couches and other seating options and you can make your own coffee as well. All is free to do. It really is an awesome Nespresso location. I was also told that there is a speakeasy on some evenings where they will make mocktails as well. This location is the one to check out if you want to try out some coffee or just browse around.

Raj was under the impression that coffee was served here. Nespresso has opened this large space on Fifth Avenue with two floors. Here one can smell the varieties of coffees similar to sampling perfumes. There are pods where one can make coffee oneself but it's from 5 to 7 pm that lattes are made downstairs. This resembles a coffee museum not a cafe.

Beautiful new location that just opened in time for the holidays! Lisa greeted me and was so warm and welcoming, what a gem! They have a few Nespesso machines and a great assortment of pods to make yourself a drink. They have complementary glass engraving, and a private lounge downstairs for those who have an account. Self checkout also available if you're in a rush!

Upon arrival we noticed the difference in crowds. Not as busy and packed sidewalks. Also it was a lot cleaner than Chinatown. Since we just ate at C-Town, it was time to find a good dessert place in K-Town. So we walked and we walked until I saw a banner sign showing shaved ice desserts. Then I noticed the name of the business is Grace Street. How fitting, because that is my wife's name. So we went in and what caught my eye was a mango shaved ice with mangoes, mochi, strawberries, and condensed milk, however I was over ruled by my wife and we went with the black sesame and mochi and condensed milk. It also had red bean, but that had to be on the side, since that gives me gout. Such nice staff taking orders and we went into the dining area to find a seat. What a large spacious area with many tables. Our order came out and it looked so good. The black sesame shaved ice or snow as it's also referred to as, was perfectly sweetened by the condensed milk and the chewy mochi. Definitely cleaned my pallet from our Chinese lunch and it helped cool me down from the New York heat. We got water, but there was no ice offered, so I asked one of the workers and he was kind enough to get me some. We are through that dessert like, if we didn't finish it fast, it was going to melt. We did not give it a chance to melt one bit. The staff here are efficient, as they saw we were done, they asked to clear our dessert bowl away. It was a nice experience even if it was just dessert. They definitely had more dessert options to offer, but i

The generous serving had creamy, silky layers and was easily enough for the two of us to share. Sweet, light, and refreshing. Plenty of seating, generous portions, and a stop here never disappoints! Located on 32nd St, between Broadway & 5th Ave Train: 34 St-Herald Sq (N/Q/R/W); also an easy walk from Penn Station. Overall, a great casual dessert stop after exploring K-Town, Midtown or nearby Chelsea.

We worked with Eric via email and he was great managing and making sure everything was settled ahead of the event. On the day of our lunch, we arrived around 20 minutes early and the table was already set up. We had two servers throughout the meal and they were lovely. They made sure everything was set up and we had everything we needed. For a large group reservation, they have a $60 minimum and you order everything ahead of time. (The afternoon tea set is mandatory for everyone to get). We had the afternoon tea set, caprese tarts and strawberry parfait for all attendees. The food was filling and tasty. Tea is always so good as well (I always get my Rose Lovers Milk Tea!) All in all, a great option for a group reservation in the city!

And I commonly see the upstairs for private events like baby showers, bridal showers, or birthday parties on social media. After dinner with my friends, I was looking for dessert and I was glad to see this location closes relatively late on a weekday night at 11 pm. Upon walking in, I was greeted by a waiter who led us to one of the purple velvet chair booths that was perfect for two people and another waiter brought us a pitcher of water almost immediately. The menu is on a QR code already on the table and we were given ample of time to decide. My friend and I both already knew what we wanted to order. I got the purple Yam Souffle which takes 25 minutes to make and my friend got the fried squid tails. We also got a signature Rose Green Milk Tea to share. The waitress who took our order has great memory and recalled all of our items without writing it down. She also reminded me that I could adjust the ice and sugar levels of my drink which I had completely forgotten and would have got annoyed if my drink came out 100% sweetness. Another thing is that my drink order frequently comes out wrong at other locations so I was glad she got it right! Green tea instead of black tea and with milk instead of without milk. The purple Yam Souffle is just like the other locations. Hot, soft cakey texture balanced with an ice cold red bean Ice-Cream. So delicious! The squid tails on the other hand was not what we expected. It came out burnt and hard. The outer batter was not crispy either. We informed one of the waiters and he brought it back to inform the kitchen staff. We received a new batch that was not as burnt and had more flavoring this time around. However, the squid was still hard and not like the ones we get from other locations with smaller crispier pieces. Overall, it was still a good experience and I love the decorations at this location! This might be my second favorite location after the Flushing one. Would love to come back for brunch or hi-tea. Or regular food options when I have not already eaten dinner. My usual go-tos are the twister fries, Santa Fe chicken rolls, fried salted crispy chicken, and the trio dessert combo. However, this location has a lot more variety! FYI - there are two unisex restrooms in the rear for customers to use with really cute wallpapers too.
