Incredible tea story in the west village with a huge selection of teas and coffees. It's a little bit pricey but definitely worth the money. The men working there were very nice and helpful.

If you are a tea lover then this is the store for you! It is like a super old school loose tea and coffee bean shop. I'm really into black tea and the rose black tea is my absolute favorite! I hope I can try more of their teas soon!

Closed at 6:56pm! Operating hours are that they close at 7pm. Walked from 9th Ave in East college, about 30 mins to get here to get some tea . I'm an out of town er and managed to get to their closed gate. Another man had the same encounter at exactly 7pm. Poor guy and me. No tea for us.

Great selection of teas - Loose leaf teas, with/ without caffeine . Coffee varieties from organic to flavored. Staff is very nice and knowledgeable and if you're senses get confused with all the awesome smelled they'll help in taking a decision

I really really like this tea and coffee shop. It has a great amount of teas to choose from, and the staff is very attentive. It is slightly hard to find though, but once you find it it's definitely a gem. PROS - great selection of teas of all kinds - good pricing, worth what you pay for - good selection of equipment - staff knowledgeable and polite CONS - spacing is really tight in there to maximize selection. But everyone is really polite (well, the majority are, I had a run-in with some not as agreeable clients sadly) I'll definitely come back for sure!

A classic old New York shop - definitely worth a visit

Wonderful selection of coffees and teas, and warm, friendly service. Their house blends are high-quality.

Love my Chai from McNulty's. The service was kind and helpful. So sad that all the scaffolding was in the way, we almost missed it.

One of my priorities when I moved from Barcelona to this side of the world was to find a good tea store that sold loose tea.

The Jeju Green Tangerine Matcha honestly just tastes like a tangerine selter drink but in the best way, because I don't typically enjoy seltzer or carbonated beverages. I really enjoy the flavor and the carbonation isn't too strong, probably because I brought it home to drink. I don't really taste the matcha but I would definitely still order this again. 2. Matcha Einspanner. This is my first time having an Einspanner so I have no idea what I was expecting but this is DELICIOUS. It's so silky and smooth and the TASTE is just right up my alley. The matcha is light but you can still taste it. Absolutely, would drink this all the time if I could. 3. Purple Sweet Potato Latte. This. This. Omg, why haven't I tried this sooner?! The first sip and initial taste, I almost tasted nothing, just milk. And then all of a sudden, there's an explosion of flavor in your mouth. As a sweet potato lover, I was in heaven. I have absolutely no words for this drink, just try it. 100/10 recommend. This is probably my favorite one out of the 3 that I bought. I went around ... 2:45PM on a Friday and most of the seats were taken, if I remember correctly. There were a decent amount of seats and the space was decent. I liked the minimal aesthetic they had for the design of the interior. Not to forget, the staff at the register was absolutely wonderful, she answered all my questions, she's so sweet. I think I'm disappointed that I haven't tried this place sooner. Y'all get out of your comfort zone and try the Purple Sweet Potato Latte !! Or if not, just try this place out. I will definitely be recommending the Purple Sweet Potato Latte to all my family and friends.

While it was a fun and unique drink, I probably should have opted for something else. The topping was literally like actual tiramisu rather than just tiramisu flavoring, and it felt like there was more ice and tiramisu than latte. Personally, I would have preferred more of the tiramisu flavor without the full tiramisu texture mixed into the drink. That said, it was an interesting concept and I'm glad I tried it. I'd definitely be open to coming back and trying another latte on a future visit.

It's pricey, but welcome to FiDi. My one complaint is they try to upsell you. Like, I'm sure your pastry that's unique to Puerto Rico and that I've never had before is delicious, but I need to get going and I don't want to dip into my 401k for it.

It happened to be 787 Coffee which I have visited plenty of times on the island and enjoy. With excitement and in Spanish I tell the cashier that I was happy to come across this place as I have tried them out in PR. How is it that this "jibara" apparently from Maricao, spoke to me in broken English while I am talking to her in our native language, total fail. Anyhow, I ordered the coquito hot latte with an extra shot of rum and oat milk, fine, I paid $11 for a very small coffee. Now what I can't believe is that the quesito pastry was $8. I really wanted it but it was not until I paid that I then noticed the price. I sat to eat it while I waited for my name to be called as mentioned by the cashier. I walked around looking at everything, the music very loud and hard for people sitting to have conversations, the place is very colorful and with many PR sayings, however the place also feels very Americanized with the music and layout. I still awaited my name to be called minutes later, but nothing. I approached the cashier, who was just standing there, to ask about my coffee and she wasn't able to tell me so she asked the barista steps away from her. He pointed to a cofre sitting on their counter, it had my name, and when I pointed out that I was waiting for my name to be called, she shrugged her shoulders and smiled like she didn't care. The coffee by now was not all that hot, I never tasted any rum or coquito flavor and felt I wasted my time at this place. What's more upsetting is that I left a nice tip for a service that was not provided. They couldn't even bring the coffee ti my table once they realized it was sitting there and they forgot to call my name. You can find better service elsewhere.
