Exceptional service & fair pricing. I needed a pretty gnarly repair on my RAM 1500 (Hemi tick). Replaced both exhaust manifolds and all that goes with that which is a lot. I had them replace my front brake pads while they had it in. The Service Advisor, Cody was fantastic. He was very professional and just straight up cool to work with. I had shopped this job to a couple other notable repair shops and they seemed disinterested and a little condescending. Cody knew exactly what was involved with my truck. The pricing was spot on and they beat their own lead time by a day. I drove 30 min out of my way to try this shop and I'm glad I did. My truck will need a few more things and this is my new shop! My repair was a big one. When you spend money like that you want to be treated fairly not rushed. These guys took very good care of my truck and me. Apparently they have multiple locations in the East Valley but my experience was more like a one off neighborhood shop which I appreciate.I inadvertently bumped into the Manager, Chris on my way out. If you want a shop to half ass your vehicle bring it here. I brought my wife's Tahoe here to get an alignment after I just spend $3,000 on new wheels and tires. They said alignment was good. Truck pulled hard left and I had my wife's Tahoe bring it back for them to check it. They did a quick 8 minute check and said it's normal and fine. Now I find myself replacing the 2 front tires where they did the alignment. Waste of time and money. These guys are not who you want working on your vehicle. They said alignment was good and when I took it to another shop, they put it on the rack and everything was in the red. Horrible experience and I will never bring my vehicles to them again. I've been a customer with Network for over 25 years and I will not be going back. I had my 4Runner towed as it wouldn't start. Keith called me and said it needed a new starter and replaced 2 hoses on radiator. He also said the battery was bad. I picked it up the next day paying 1200. He said they charged the battery over night. I stopped at discount tire to have tires inflated. So when I tried to start truck it wouldn't start. So AAA came and what was wrong the ground cable on battery was loose. So I probably didn't need a starter. I will never be back read more

Came in for an oil change because mom loved their Mesa location service. My car had an after market motor mount replacement 2 years ago, just the front one. Jeff took the time to fully explain the things they saw that needed repair, then he showed me the actual damage. The after market motor mount is not something Network will install because they don't last. It's really wasting money. And only doing 1 mount was also bad for the engine. The other 2 mounts continues to erode, placing a lot of strain on the new part. This conversation showed me the competence and expertise Network offers its customers. They did the repair the next day. Again, he showed me the new items and the damage removed. The engine required 3 new OEM mounts and brand new radiator. The car is now so quiet! Purrs like a kitten. I know these mounts will last for years. Cody was also helpful with costing this out. Value of the repair was proven to me, and the whole experience was highly appreciated. While I was out of the country on business my wife told me our 2004 6.0 Super Duty was running rough. We decided to take it to Network and get an oil and fuel filter change. And if it was still running rough have them diagnose the issue. She was quoted $800.00 to perform the service. When she asked why it was so high she was told "tariffs have really caused an increase in parts". Shortly there after a gentleman who was identified as the manager told her they couldn't work on the truck because it had been modified. (The 6.0 engine has been bullet proofed). They proceeded to tell her there was no way they could find the correct engine oil filter(cross reference book) and they could not service the truck. (I have oil filters in the garage) She suggested bringing the engine filter to them. And was told they did not install parts that were not supplied by the shop. She stepped outside and called me to give me the news. Two things happened when I heard $800.00 oil and fuel filter change and couldn't help her out. First I got angry and then I said F' it see if they can at least figure out what the running rough issue was. When she returned to ask if they could diagnosis the issue. The gentleman told her that it could be several things and that she would be better off if she sold the truck. That it wasn't worth getting repaired. She left the shop completely confused and called me to give me the news. Imagine my surprise. Go in for service and get told it can't be fixed you should sell it?!? Needless to say. We called another local shop and the engine and fuel filter service cost half the price Network quoted. And they knew what a filter cross reference book was. She was up front and told them it was bulletproofed. And with out blinking a eye she was told" No Problem". She explained that it was runnning rough and we thought it might be the fuel filter but if it was still acting up could they diagnosis and quote the repair. Again she was told "No Problem". If you have made it this far. Number six injector failed. It was swapped with number 8 and problem followed. I was given two different estimates. Replace failed part or replace all four since it was already open. We replaced all four. And then when I got back and we drove to the shop to pick up the truck. I handed the man 37 hundo and change for a job well done. Network will never get in my pocket ever again. I will not suggest them to anyone. And that's really a shame. We have done business there for years. I would suggest who met our needs in this review. But they have to much class to be associated with this team of used car salesmen. read more

Called on Saturday around 3:30 for an alignment. Despite the tire shop taking longer than expected Cody tried getting me in same day. After finding out about my oil leak he scheduled me for 7:30 Monday. By 9 am I had a breakdown of what I needed with the best pricing around. 2 new lower control arms, 4-wheel alignment, oil change and a new oil pan gasket done and ready to be picked up by 2:30. Cody helped me out big time and gave a great experience. I typically don't drop my car off at a shop, but I will gladly let them take it any time. read more

Further, I had to insist to see the bill, but a typical used car salesman technique was used to simply provide my credit card without seeing the bill. Thirdly, I picked the car up at 4:40pm, & it was evident there was no concern or mention the engine light was on. I noticed it as I was driving away. Don't take your vehicle here. They'll ruin your car and blame it on you! My son took his truck here to get aligned and they curbed his wheels as the worker was driving out of the parking spot. They told him he didn't know how to drive his own truck and it was his fault. That was after the Manager had said that one of the employees did it and they forgot to let my son know. He changed his story real quick after being confronted in front of the owner. Dishonest people. Don't go her. Edited: My son took his truck back and talked to the owner and showed him the truck and they denied that they did anything to it. That was after he talked to the manager on the phone who admitted that the worker did curb the wheels, but in person and in front of the manager he denied the whole thing and they said they weren't responsible. You can't trust them and there are so many other reliable, trustworthy mechanics than this shop... like go to jiffy lube before these guys! Update (07/03/2023) The response from them below is simply a canned response or a highly unrelated one as they think they are trying to guess which customer I was but have it completely wrong. I don't blame them for trying but they've just compounded insult to injury. They don't know that I simply needed warranty work done on my car and they tried to upsell spark plugs and wires ... then tried to tell me my battery was dead. I brought my car in to have a free look and see if i needed an alignment. They offer free alignments. After about 2 hours they told me my car would need my suspenion control arm lower (bushings torn and arms are moving) $1247.60 and also my strut assembly front needed to be remove and replaced for 1167.73. also shock absorber rear for 570.16 bring the total bill to 3,412.56. I did not believe them and i went and got a second opinion. the second place that I went to and I did not tell them what network auto told me and they did not find these problems that network auto was claiming. network auto are very dishonest company and they were trying to up sale me. I am the original owner of my car . There is no such thing as a free estimate when you are dealing with autos. They are dishonest and my recommendation would be to not go here they are not looking out for the customer especially a female customer. read more

Not any more! $8000.00 for work on a Chevy Silverado. Really?? I watched these guys as they tried to explain to me why it was going to cost my company $8k to fix this truck. Was told by the BMW dealer when I had my convertible roof fixed that I needed an alignment so I went to these guys because I had been there before. I dropped the car off, went and had breakfast and they called me saying I needed to replace 4 control arms for a cost of almost $1,400. I said then why didn't the BMW dealer tell me? Didn't get much of a response. You know if there would have been anything slightly wrong in my front end, the dealer would have been all over that! I told "Sean" that I would pass. After breakfast, I went to pick up my car and he said no charge. I said the alignment is free? He said no, I can't do it unless you get the control arms all done. I went back to the dealer and they checked everything out and they said everything is fine. I went to my friend Bob at PEP Boys on Scottsdale road and he did the alignment and said everything looked great under there! I have been using Network Automotive Service Center for a couple of years now and brought my mom's car in this past week as her AC wasn't working correctly. They ran diagnostic tests on the the entire AC system and determine it was the cabin air filter. Previously my mom had the air filter changed and was charged $400 for the repair. The guys at Network Automotive charged her 1/4 the price and then apologized to her for the other people overcharging her. We will definitely continue to use Network Automotive Service Center. They could have charged her as much as she was charged previously but these guys are honest. It is a pleasure to be able to trust that they will not rip you off or fix something that isn't broken. I appreciate that they don't treat women like they are dumb and as easy as it could be for them to overcharge they never do. This is a rare attribute in our society and especially with auto mechanics. I highly recommend them for all your automotive needs, they do it all and do there customer service and honesty are beyond compare. They are very trustworthy and will tell you what treatment is needed even though you weren't there for the problem. They will let you know if the treatment can wait or needs immediate attention. The first clue that made me skeptical was the guy asked me if I had a regular mechanic. I said no, but that's because I am my regular mechanic. I took my truck in to get an oil change and an alignment, it's right across the street from my house so it was very convenient. After about an hour and a half I got a call that it was done. They did the oil change but said they couldn't do the alignment because I needed some work done before they could do it. They presented me with an estimate of over $3000 saying I needed both upper and lower ball joints fixed as well as my struts. I took the truck over to my buddy's shop for a second opinion and was told my ball joints were just fine but I did have a blown strut. Cost me well under $1000 to fix. I recommend you get a second option if you get a high estimate from this company. It's a shame people want to be crooks especially in times like these! Shame on you read more

Damage on wheels Damage on hood/bumper Purchased my car 4 weeks ago brought it into network for a alignment. (F80 M3) Please keep in mind the car has been inspected and photographs taken in the parking lot of network prior to work being done. Derrick (manager of Gilbert rd location) was made aware of damages after work was done. Brought tech out to look at the car. Tech did not visually inspect damages and brushed off incident. Derrick did not want to help and acted as though I was insulting him and proceeded to redirect the whole interaction. Making me feel like I was in the wrong and an unruly client for being upset about the damages. This was the first time I've been treated like this and had someone put words in my mouth to such a sever extent. It was very clear what was happening looking back. Spoke with Erik (general manager) by phone, he was uninterested in situation, sent photos (before/after) as requested and never got reply. This morning Erik calls my work and tells me how that even though they damaged my car (admitting to the damage) they do not want to help with cost related to damages. This is because of the way I talked to Derrick. Which was a fabricated story and details can easily be disproved with a quick view of security footage or a quick discussion with a witness. None of this should be necessary... it was just an alignment. Regardless they have completely shrugged off damage which is in excess of $1,000 There are many local shops nearby, cleaner, cheaper shops with more integrity and experience. Firestone down the road has always been good to me, hindsight is 20/20. If you care about your car and your time i would recommend NOT taking the risk with network. If it does go south Erik has proven that they hold the right to to deny responsibility even after admitting to causing the problem. read more

This shop used to be great and somewhere along the lines it just turned into garbage. I will share my most recent fun dealing with this Network Automotive location. I tried to make an appointment online Monday afternoon, put in my request and waited for a response. Next day rolls round, still no response, so I double check my appointment request and submit it again. I get a response saying "We do not have this appointment time available". Makes sense, and super glad they didn't tell me the day before. So I make another for Wednesday, same time, and I get a confirmation back later that day. I did add the note id like to use the coupon for the oil change and hoping they can pro rate me for the additional quarts my truck takes. They did it last time without an issue. So Wednesday morning I walk in the door just a few minutes before my 9am appointment, have my son take a seat on the couch. The gentlemen behind the counter named Erik helped me get checked in and then explains my truck takes full synthetic 0W-20. I'm like okay, so what does that mean for me now? Erik explains you need the full synthetic oil change, okay, so how much is that? 125$... what? come again? I explain the last oil change I came in for I had the issue come up with the 8 qts compared to the 5 qts in the coupon, and the guy I'm just assuming pro rated me up for the extra oil as it was about $60. He then begins to flat out tell me his mechanics put in 5W-30 standard oil in my truck last time, not the 0W-20 full synthetic it supposed to take. He openly admitted that his mechanics put in the wrong oil in my vehicle. Again, I was shocked, they did not tell me they did that, did not bring that to my attention, just put in whatever was easiest and let me on my way to drive around until next time. So I have been driving since March with the wrong oil in my truck. He honestly didn't give two sh*ts about the mistake, or the damage my vehicle possibly has now taken because of it. He beings to share that people ask for it all the time... oh really now, they want the wrong oil in their vehicles and you do it knowing the liability? Well Erik, I did not ask for the wrong oil to be put in my truck. I was shocked at his lack of care. I did not receive an apology of any sort, no I am sorry that was our mistake lets get you taken care of this time. Absolutely nothing. Erik honestly didn't care at all about the mistake. I drive less than 4000 miles a year. Generally I take my kids to school a few days a week which is a 5 mile round trip and a weekly run to the grocery store about 6 miles round trip. I have taken the last 3 vehicles I've owned to this shop, in fact I still had my ex wife going to this shop because I thought it was a good shop with trust worthy people and fair prices. This experience right here is the reason I will never be going back. The people that run this shop must be blind and purposely ignoring the fact their employees don't care. I've been going here since I was out of high school and that's been quite some time now. Regretfully I will tell all the folks I have personally referred to this shop to to start pursuing another automotive shop as soon as they can, I don't want anyone to have to deal with incompetence and lack of care from this business like I have. read more

Took my CTS-V in to them to have aftermarket Eibach lowering springs Install, and a alignment afterwards. Did a great job. The next day tho the car developed a very loud squeaking noice from the suspension. After doing some research, come to find out, that is very common on this type of car after they are lowered. Brought it back and they put a lot of hours making the proper adjustments and work to get rid of the squeaking. It was not their fault but they fixed it and didn't complain. We showed up to ask a question about changing the lights on my car ( tricky access) and he not only walked out to the parking lot to take a look; he actually went ahead and changed the parts. STAY AWAY. We had car trouble while visiting family in Mesa over the July 4 weekend. Network was the only shop open on JULY 2 and they were able to run diagnostic testing before the shop closed on Friday. They needed to order a fuel pump and said they could do so on Monday and we should be able to pick up the car before closing on Monday. That is the end of the positive review. Monday they were unable to find the part and it had to be ordered. Understandable given the shipping delays due to COVID. We left the car in AZ and returned home. A week went by, no contact. Second week, we called and were told the part would be in any day, for sure by the end of the week. THIRD week. No contact. FOURTH week. No contact. The FIFTH week a family member who lives in AZ went by the shop to learn they DID NOT HAVE THE PART and had NO ETA. WE found the part and shipped it to AZ the next day. Not sure why the service advisor wasn't able to locate the part. Network put the part in and the car was finally ready to be picked up AUGUST 11 almost SIX WEEKS after we dropped it off. On the drive back to California, the car broke down AGAIN! This time we took it to a dealer service center only to find out that Network damaged the fuel gauge when they installed the fuel pump INCORRECTLY. The dealer shop even documented the incorrect installation on their invoice. See the photo from the dealer invoice. We paid for additional repair to the damage of the fuel gauge wires caused by Network. Network was reluctant to refund their faulty repair but now we are waiting, again, for a partial refund. They never offered to pay for the damages they caused to the fuel gauge wires. So sad that they don't stand behind their workmanship and customer service claims. In the end, I'm just glad my family made it home safely. read more
