Placed an appointment for service from the website for Network HVAC, LLC. I found out later that, by mistake, I selected A/C Clean and Check instead of Furnace Clean and Check. One would think that a service request, in January, for an A/C Clean and Check was made by mistake. Instead of anyone from Network HVAC reaching out to me to verify whether I needed service Marcos told me they just deleted the service request unbeknownst to me. On the day that Network HVAC was scheduled to come to my home to fix my furnace that had been malfunctioning intermittently, I called to get an estimate on the ETA, twice. First time no answer, left a message. Second time I spoke with Marcos. That's when I was told that my service request had been deleted so no one was coming that day (I had taken time off from work to make sure I was home when they arrived). He apologized for the mix up and said he would put me on the schedule for the next day. Next day, Marcos calls around the time he should have arrived to say that he is running behind and could he schedule for the next day. I agreed. After discussing what was going on with the furnace I was advised to wait until it stopped working, make a claim with my home warranty company, and then text him so that they could watch for the service ticket. When the inevitable happened on the coldest day I followed the instructions I had been given. To this day I haven't received a response. Another company was dispatched and got the furnace up and running. Sadly, this was not the first time Network HVAC failed to follow up on a request for service from me. I requested them to replace a Nest Thermostat with a newer version. Called and texted. no response. Hired someone else. They obviously don't value my business. Had an a/c installed by them. 4 years later and it's having issues. called the company. Marco was very unhelpful and did not want to help us figure out the problem. in fact, when asked to produce a copy of the signed receipt, the company could not produce one so we could see the company's workmanship warranty. at the end of the phone call Marco said he was refusing to help us. what horrible service. I would never ever use them again. they obviously don't stand by the work they do. read more

This is the second time I have used these guys. I had problems with the furnace at my home before and Marco came out and rectified the problem in an timely and professional manner. Now it's Christmas Eve and my elderly parents are having furnace issues and I immediately called Marco. He arranged for his team to come out and now the place is as cozy as can be. My warranty company contacted them to arrange repairs on my AC. Instead of a call, I received a text confirming a scheduled appointment between 10-2. I thought it odd that I didn't get a call to check my schedule first, but I was able to make the time work by having my wife stay home from work. I received 2 additional messages confirming they will be there. At 1:00 I received a call saying they will be there in 20 or so minutes. I couldn't answer while I was at work, but listening to the message, it seemed pretty standard. At 3:30,i called them wondering where they were. The tech said that since I didn't answer the phone, they wouldn't come out and now he's not in the area anymore and I'll need to reschedule. Who's ever heard of this before? All my messages stated I had an appointment. He claimed it was policy. I had my warranty company pick another service. Now my wife is out the time she spent waiting for these guys to show. Marko is simply the best, My AC unit went out about 3 months ago and he did everything he could to help accommodate my schedule and went he got to my place was a great guy. He needed to order the main board and came back the next day. I recently just had another issue separate from the first and he squeezed me in and came after 5pm. My AC is fixed again and he and his guy were great. Highly recommend this company based of Marko alone. read more

I am 9 months pregnant with our 3rd and will have this baby any moment now and the lack of care for the urgency of our situation from our technician was very disappointing. Our upstairs ac has been broken for almost two weeks and is still not fixed. My husband and I both have been kind to a fault, however when my husband called to very politely ask timing on this new issue that's come up, the technician went on an angry tirade for about 5 minutes for being annoyed that we continue to ask for updates. The technician called our home warranty to have us reassigned and now we have to start the entire process over again and won't be able to get anyone out until the 20th. My due date is the 16th. So thank you for creating unnecessary stress during this time in this 95 degree weather. read more

My AC stopped working. My home warranty company originally assigned a vendor to me that never showed and falsified documents. After many problems with them, I was then given Network HVAC's information to contact for services. They were prompt in making an appointment (the next business day). They were punctual. I was very impressed with the professionalism and focus put on identifying my resolving problem expediently. I will definitely be using them in the future, warranty or not. Marco is very knowledgeable and professional. He came out because my home warranty company wanted a 3rd opinion. The other 2 couldn't pin point the problem. Marco took one look at the filter and said that's one of your problems. I guess the filter was too big and restricting air flow. I've been dealing with no air conditioning for 3 weeks due to other companies being incompetent. Now my air works fine. Thanks Marco. Will definitely recommend this company and Marco!!!! read more

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I've never been so shocked at what Marco just said to me. We had a disagreement because he removed a filter from one of my units (which he was not contracted to work on) because he said it was dirty and cycling. There's no issue here except he didn't advise my sister (who has no concept of anything) that the unit should be turned off. Now let's get to the unit he was contracted to replace. Once he installed the unit he didn't turn it off he just kept it running until I got home and turned it off because I was aware there was no filter in this unit because it was a new size (would it have killed him to install a cheap filter during the install?). Anyway fast forward to today (2 days later). The unit he WAS NOT contracted to work on stopped working. I went downstairs to notice no filter in place. I immediately turned this unit off and it's still off because it's now not functioning. He comes back out to look at the unit he WAS contracted to work on and said everything is okay. We disagreed on whether or not he should touch my working unit since he was not contracted to work on it. He didn't like the fact that I disagreed with him and he left my house. However, prior to leaving my house he said, and I quote "That's why you can't help black people!" BOOM. I immediately called the office and the phone was actually transferred to him. When I told him I didn't want to speak to him because of his comment he stated, "I shouldn't have said that, I should have said that's why you can't help some people!" I've never been so disrespected by a person working in my house like this before! read more
