The bottom part was hanging off and they fixed it

12/3/2020 update So we learned that we had a few marble tiles that were loose which was causing the grout to chip off. Ben and Cynthia came out and assessed the situation and came up with a solution for us. Basically they said they'd send over the wonder team (Richard and Miguel) to inject a glue into the crevice and then lay the grout on top of it to help the loose tiles. They were so nice and my husband and I just appreciate their willingness to help us come up with a solution. Richard and Miguel came today to fix everything and they were amazing as usual. I just wanted to give this company our thanks for this level of customer service. It's been a great experience and I already have friends who are looking forward to getting their marble and granite some love from this company. Thank you thank you!

Very professional and great workmanship. The seam on a Quartz countertop opened up and I requested mutiple quotes on Yelp. Many where not interested in taking on a small project but of the few that quoted went with Nevada Marble do in most part based on the reviews. Very professional and great communication. Sent me a formal quote and reconfirmed the appointment a few days before and arrived right on time. Could not be happier with the work, like new again. Before and after pictures speak to their craftsmanship. Highly recommend.

When you buy a house they don't really tell you how clean certain materials, how often, etc. We lived in our home for 7 years before we got our marble shower cleaned, polished and sealed. Nevada Marble Restoration was awesome. They came in and rolled the clock back on our shower. The tiles felt like sandpaper and now feel like smooth soft marble. I honestly thought they would clean up a bit but not to the point they did. It's better than new. We have had them out a second time after a year and they did an amazing job again. This time we had them do the countertops as well since there were some water spots and rings. Again it looks brand new. Scheduling with them is great, billing is simple and I'm supporting a local business. I highly recommend them if you have a marble shower, countertop, or floor.

We needed to have our master bathroom stone restored along with our granite kitchen island. We contacted several firms but chose Nevada Marble Restoration. Not only was the price excellent he knew our product and what the issues were. His team showed up on time and worked until the project was finished. The bathroom and kitchen look like when we moved into the house. They are the best and we recommend them to anyone needing stone restoration.

Very professional and friendly from the first request for an estimate to scheduling and completed job. I appreciate Ben and Cynthia's expertise on all things travertine. Their crew was thorough and my stone looks amazing.

Noticed a crack in our quartz countertop so I called nevada marble restoration. Cynthia called me back right away, she was super nice! I sent them some pictures of my countertop, they were able to provide an estimate and schedule me within a few days for service. Richard was right on time and very polite. He wore a mask and booties into my house. I even noticed that he took them off (his booties) when going to his truck for supplies and then put them back on when coming back inside which may sound like something stupid to notice but so many put them on and then don't take them off to go outside which defeats the purpose of them. I have dark wood floors so I appreciate this. He was very professional and explained everything to me. He put down a mat when working to protect my floors and asked some questions about color preferences on a few things. He got the job done and my crack is gone! I will definitely recommend them to others. Thank you for saving my countertop!

    honed/polished/sealed dinette area

I am late writing this review b/c I just (finally) got a yelp acct. Anywho, I moved into a house with about 1,000 sq ft of marble. It had dulled over time, had some scratches and etched areas, and had dozens of coats of polish from the former owner. I contacted 5 companies for quotes. One never returned my call; one never showed up; and the three quotes I got to hone and polish ranged from $750 to $2,500!! I didn't trust the lowest quote for a number of reasons. Ben's quote was very competitive and I really liked his honest, knowledgeable approach. Also, Ben/NMR was the only contractor of the ones I spoke to that was licensed! I was very, very happy with the end result. That work was done in early March 2015 and I have included a couple of pictures I took of my dinette area at the time. A couple of months later, I decided to install travertine in my dining room and living room. My tile installers admired the polishing job that Nevada Marble Restoration did, asked me what I was charged, and remarked that it was an excellent job at a good price. Since the new tile I had installed was honed, and I prefer a polished finish, I hired NMR again, this time to polish and seal my new floors. Gorgeous! I have attached photos of the polished DR and LR as well. Ben and his assistant were on time, worked diligently, and cleaned up after themselves for both jobs. I am one happy customer, and I highly recommend Nevada Marble Restoration if you need marble floors restored, or if you need new floors polished and sealed!

After getting three ridiculously expensive quotes from other companies and feeling frustrated, I told Raphael from Brillo Restoration that our budget was a certain amount and that he shouldn't waste his time to come over and do an estimate. He said it was actually possible to meet our budget but he would have to send Markitos over to do an estimate. Markitos gave us a great affordable price to paint our tub and tiles white and he was super nice. It took him 8 hours one day and he came back the second day to do some caulking. Even though he set up a huge industrial fan, the smell was very strong and we had to let it air out for a week before the smell disappeared. The tub and tiles look fabulous and I love the results! Raphael was also very responsive and kept emphasizing to reach out to him for any questions or issues. Highly recommend them for refinishing!

They refinish, repair, restore, seal, install and provides grouting repair and other services. Rafael, the owner and his workers, came to my home to repair and restore a travertine outdoor patio, clean and polish two marble surface vanities in the master bath and regrout the shower in the master bathroom. In the past they resurfaced all the travertine flooring, installed new travertine in the toilet closet and did some special caulking outdoors to prevent patio from leaking. Their work is so professional and outstanding. If you need these types of services I highly recommend Brillo Restoration. Rafael, the owner can be reached at (619) 248-0690. Silver Knights Floor Restoration - Bayron and his team - are AMAZING!…read more We purchased a rental property with "good bones" and almost none of the customary upkeep one would expect. The entire home (1900 square feet), except for the primary bathroom, has ceramic tile floors. And this tile looked BAD! Dirt embedded in the textured surfaces, grout that had maybe never been sealed. I've never had floor restoration work done, and didn't know what to expect, price-wise or results-wise. Bayron came for the consultation, measured everything, and explained how they do what they do. I was at first taken aback at the $ amount of the bid, but let me tell you...IT IS WORTH IT!!! And yes, they worked with me to make it a bit more comfortable for me financially. Bayron promised during the consultation that they would make the floors look "90% - 99% like new." Many businesses make empty or inflated promises but NOT Silver Knights - these tile floors look like they were just installed! I was blown away by the quality of the work, and the fact that the crew went over EVERY SQUARE INCH of the nasty old grout and made it a new, pleasing, CLEAN, sealed color. There was one issue that occurred when the crew was trying to remove old paint stains from the wall edges of some of the tile, and Bayron promised to make good on it. He came a couple of days later and did the work himself to make it right. I've got one "before" and a few "after" pictures I"ll share...but they don't really show the stark differences all that well. Suffice to say, I'd recommend Silver Knights Floor Restoration for any job you've got. They will give it to you straight on the estimate, and make good on whatever they promise. Bravo!
