We agreed on price, date and time. I called this week 3 days before scheduled move to confirm the move. I have called twice and left messages and texted them. They are not returning my phone call. This has put me on a bad situation since I have to scramble to find someone at the last minute. Be warned if you choose this company.

Note that the distance between houses was less than two miles, and we only moved enough for a married couple, no kids: - We paid for and started the day with three movers. By lunch time, one of them left and we were stuck with two. When asked why the third left, he apparently broke our headboard and ditched the job. When calling the owner, no replacement mover was en route thus increasing the time and cost of our job. - The repairs for the damage to our headboard was an all-out shouting match with the owner, who wanted nothing to do with making things right. He got testy and in our face about 120 day lead times, and he was doing us a favor for fixing our stuff that his guys broke! You could not ask for worse customer service. The owner could care less about your move and your valuables, and he certainly will not fix anything without making you feel like you were the one responsible. It was even a chore to have his guys put together our busted bed so we could sleep for the night, even though we paid extra for that service as well. I would recommend looking elsewhere for someone that actually delivers what they promise from start to finish. It is a travesty these guys are still in business breaking things in Austin.

My main complaint is the owner. I left him several messages to address the issue, which he never returned. I finally had a friend call to request service. He called her back within 20 minutes. When I took the phone and told him who I was, he called me cunning and hung up. I filed a BBB complaint and he hasn't returned their calls either. I would never do business with these guys again. I could have had friends with no insurance move me if I wasn't concerned about my belongings being damaged.

However, you do get what you pay for. We have 2 media shelves that we have moved across the country as well as another move in Austin that has stayed in tact and was never an issue being moved. One of the movers picked the first one up and the moment he left the apartment we hear a big crash and a "um the shelf fell apart on its own". Of course no one saw what happened, but the next shelf that was moved was completely fine. They aren't responsible because of a liability waiver they make you sign for anything that is made up of particle boards (and they make you sign a waiver for this - which I haven't done so with any other company). So, I think my husband wouldn't have been as mad if 1) the mover said "I'm sorry, I slipped" or something like that since they can't be liable anyways, and 2) we can fix it, which we tried glue gun and all, but we will just have to get a new one... so, we saved on 1 hour of labor but will have to use that savings on a new media shelf. The other thing that annoyed me is that I was quoted for 2 people, but 3 showed up and they wanted to charge me for the 3 movers vs 2. They told me it's because they were so busy and running behind... Then tried to tell me it's a better deal because they will move faster. We got this resolved, but I have a feeling that if I didn't fight for my quote, I would have been charged $130 vs the $90 I was quoted. If you have furniture from ikea or anything that isn't real wood, don't utilize them, because they won't be liable for breaking them. The thing I liked is the value, but it has come back and bit me in the ass.

After meeting him, I knew I'd found a great company. I got a few estimates, and most are in the same price range. So just find a company you like, one that gets good reviews about the employees being friendly, taking care of the furniture, etc. WM Pro guys were all that. Got my 1400 sq ft house completely loaded and unloaded into the new house 45 minutes away from start to finish in 5 hours! I was truly impressed. I would gladly call them again for my next move.

They were fast, professional, and even helped with odds and ends that needed packing at the last minute. They traveled to multiple locations to pick up and drop off items without batting an eyelash at the inconvenience. They made me feel like it wasn't my job to move, it was theirs, and that I didn't need to worry. She asked me only a few questions such as the square footage of the house I was currently residing and the size of the house where the relocation would take place. She asked for me to do a followup email for her records of some of the items I would be moving. On July 10, 2017, I sent her this email ( I took out my address and phone number for privacy): I will be moving the contents of 2 children's bedrooms (queen sized furniture, toys, and clothes), 1 master bedroom (bed never assembled new), refrigerator that is NIB, washer, dryer, dining room set, NO couches or living room furniture except an area rug. I will need assistance packing up some larger pictures and 3 TVs. Pictures vary in size. I will send a picture of the pictures (ha ha) in a separate email from my phone. Right now, the expected closing date is August 3rd. Hopefully I will get confirmation of that soon. Let me know what other information you might need. The following day I received a follow up email from her quoting me $2475 for the full move and that included Darnell and two helpers. Prior to the actual move date, I did a few follow up calls to make sure everything was good. On August 1, 2017, Darnell showed up with only ONE helper and an extremely small truck. He was shocked to see I had boxes. Yes, BOXES. He stated, "you never said you were moving with boxes." Who the hell doesn't move with boxes? He then proceeded to ask me to find additional workers to help load the truck and call U-Haul to rent an additional truck. Frustrated, I began calling friends/family and anyone I knew to help. Meanwhile I was able to secure a U-Haul last minute. This ended up costing me an additional $600 that was not in the original quote! Plus the cost of me hiring additional labor. So now I'm over $1000 for this move. Friends and family pulled through to help. Meanwhile, I must also state that he showed up without tools to disassemble the furniture and only a few moving blankets. My furniture is of high quality, he chose to stack chairs on top of each other without any moving blankets. I even questioned his packing. I was feeling anxious and continuously questioning him verbally regarding his packing. Both trucks were poorly packed. I ended up transporting two cars full of household goods myself to my new home. Upon arrival, my heart sank. All eight of my dining room chairs were severely dented and marred. My Jupe table faired even worse. The brand new entertainment center had a huge chip of wood broken off and the other side had deep gouges. My brand new bedroom nightstand had paint completely rubbed off. Boxes that were labeled "FRAGILE" and "NOTHING ON TOP" were crushed under the weight of 5-6 other boxes inside the house. Crystal, glasses, plates, and pictures were all destroyed. Once again, he showed up without tools. The bedroom furniture was put back wrong. The box spring mattress was placed upside down! My friend had to advise him on how to do his job numerous times. It was absolutely ridiculous! I began taking pictures to document. Darnell only accepted that he needed to repair the chairs. He tried to tell me that the other furniture "came like that." No, it was brand new. As in I had not even used it yet! A week later he showed up at my house to pickup the damaged furniture because he wanted to take it to one of his buddies for repair. There was no way in hell I was going to let that man touch my furniture again! I received a very reasonable quote from Lee Haywood to repair all the damage to the wooden pieces for $600. (BTW, I would highly recommend Lee Haywood!) Darnell refused to pay that. So I hired an attorney to write him a letter. -actually it ended up being two letters. After two letters from attorneys, Darnell finally wrote me a check in the amount of $600. While this does not cover all the damage, time, effort, and extra expenses I incurred, I am glad to be done with I B.E.L.I.E.V.E Movers. I definitely would NOT recommend him to anyone! I am going to do my best to make a long story short...for years, my designer had used this company for her clients and because we have in turn used her for years, I trusted we were in good hands. We had just moved into a multi million dollar home where we used a reputable, 5 star company called Heavenly Moves and they were fabulous, honest and upfront about all charges before the move began. I purchased some furniture items from a local store called Four Hands and sadly, they do not deliver so you have to arrange for your own pickup. We have a couple of construction companies and over the years, I have used our trucks/guys to pick up items from Four Hands without any issues. Due to the fact that we had just moved and I needed quite a few items to be picked up, I decided to use Nice Moves so that we would receive our items in one delivery as opposed to multiple trips. Four Hands is less than 3 miles from our home, so I was a little taken aback when Danielle quoted us a price range from $405-$540 as they charge $135/hour. Danielle made sure to mention that it should not take that long, but they always quote on the high end. We agreed and setup a delivery date for June 16, 2023 at 10:30. On the day of delivery I waited for hours for my items and they did not arrive until 1:30! Not once, did anyone contact me to explain the delay. Two guys arrived, and while they were both very nice, professional and took great pains to avoid any damage to my house, one of the guys was older and very slow and I later discovered that they use him because he is very slow and can therefore charge customers more money. Even with my assistance, they did not complete the move until 3:30. I had to cancel multiple appointments and I was not happy. As they were wrapping up, I was told that I was going to be charged from the time they left their warehouse at 9:30 until 3:30 and that was when I saw red. Kasha, contacted me and after our discussion, I was left with the impression that all was well and that the original quote would be honored. What Danielle failed to mention was that when they pick up items for delivery, they open each and every box to inspect for damage, then repack the boxes, and then finally load the truck! If I had known that before agreeing to hire them I would have politely declined and used my own trucks and employees. I did not receive a call for payment until July 6. Again, I spoke with Kasha and it became obvious that she "forgot" our prior discussion and I was the put on the phone with I think his name was Eric, but after recent events, I think it was the owner Martin Harrelson. We had a colorful conversation where I agreed multiple times to pay the max I was quoted, $540. I am assuming he was not happy with that as to my shock and dismay, they decided on July 21, to illegally charge my designers credit card $850 because it was on file! When invoices are submitted, they are supposed to be approved first and they did not do have approval to do so and the actions of their billing manger, Barbara in Dallas resulted in multiple phone calls and emails between myself and my designer. Barbara not only hung up the phone on the both of us, but she flat our refused to transfer our calls to higher ups. I ended up looking up reviews to discover other people have had similar complaints and so, I took it upon myself to begin filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau where I was able to located Marty's full name. After an email blast to all of their offices located across Texas, did Martin Harrelson agree to refund my designer's card as Barbara was holding the charge as ransom until I agreed to pay the $850 balance! In the end, I paid the $540 that was in the original quote. I have emails as well as recordings of Barbara and another woman literally hollering at me as proof to show how horribly unprofessional this company is. I would NEVER, EVER recommend them.
