I was not incentivized for this review at all. Paid with my own money and found them through Yelp. Why should you just stop researching moving companies and book with them? Here's why: 1. They do what they say and they are professional movers. -Clear quote in writing. They don't chase low rates. You do pay for what you get. Also: -No extra surprise fees -They moved me out of 2 storage units, drove my items to my new home, unloaded that load, then helped me unload and unpack my 16foot pod. 2. Their management is very responsive and clear with pricing and quotes verbally and in writing. Discount if you use zelle or venmo otherwise you pay CC fee of 3%. 3. This crew arrived on the dot, moved my things with care and were SUPER quick working. They unloaded my 2 units and into their truck so fast. Once in my 2 story home they asked where things needed to go. None of this needing to move things after the move. They laid down a protective mat for the dollys and high traffic. They took the extra time to help me place my heavy furniture and took apart and put back together beds after going up and down my stairs. They were super careful not to hit my walls, corners or doors and doorways. I'd 1000% pay the money and hire them again. I've moved 6 times at this point and by far this has been the most pleasant, professional, efficient and enjoyable! While we waited for the pod to arrive (pod was running late) Brandon proactively asked if he could help me unpack my kitchen boxes. He went above and beyond. Then they wouldnt pay for it.... other companies have come in with super cheap bids and told me in the middle of the move I would have to pay another 2k to move the stuff in the garage. We wouldn't have known about it had they not completely destroyed our bed frame which they are not taking responsibility for. We are without a bed. They damaged my apple thunderbolt display. At first they took responsibility for the damage they caused and now they are not. They damaged the leg our couch. They said they would have it fixed. It's been almost 2 months since and nothing has happened other than the runaround. We paid for insurance and they are not covering most of the damage inflicted on our property and ultimately my family. Use them if you do not value your property or time. They will consistently overpromise and underdeliver. Example: If they say they will deliver 10 wardrobe boxes you may, like us on the day of our move, receive 3 boxes, 1 rod, and be left all of your work clothing wrinkled. They will drive off before even loading all your stuff and leave you there in bewilderment as you have now paid to be moved but you have only been partially moved until 7+ SUV loads later. My wife and I had high hopes because there were nice and thought perhaps this is company that we could refer to our fiends and clients. We no longer trust nice. The day after our move we found out that one of our friends (and colleagues) has used them and had the same awful experience. It was so bad we were questioning whether or not we were being hyper critical only to find we are not alone and were perfectly rational. If I had to describe this move surreal seams right. It was just that bad! Ultimately, if you like disappointment, to be told a bunch of great sounding things that are false, and generally have low expectations, this is the company for you! Do yourself a huge favor. Get a quote from more than one company (as others are faster, cost less, and do no damage everything) before you put you trust in them and regret it. That is exactly what Mansakh is. They were efficient, and made sure to shrink wrap items that tend to break. Placed a quote request on Yelp and was bombarded with responses. A lot of the companies requested more information; some didn't respond. Spoke to one guy who said he would send a quote and never did. Richard Bailey gets 10 stars for price, communication; recognizing the sense of urgency and the crew he hired to complete my move. He actually texted me right away; then we spoke briefly. Based on the conversation he gave me a verbal quote and booked my move for the next afternoon. His crew showed up on time. We're very professional; had great personalities and got me moved in two and a half hours. Nothing was broken either. Assembled my washer and dryer too. One of the crew members even gave me decorative advice as I moved from a 2300 sq. ft. house to a 1300 sq. ft. apartment and my couch didn't initially look right where I thought it should be! Fabulous company. Absolutely recommend them.

This is my second move in less than two years and my last experience with Two Men and a Truck was horrible. MASH showed up right at start time and made magic happen. I especially loved that they expertly took apart our ikea couch and then put it back together in the new place. They made communication super easy and are very responsive. This is such a great crew and it makes such a difference because moving is SO stressful and just ugh. These folks are the opposite of ugh! They are AWESOME! The value for the money is really great.
