I came for a light breakfast and wasn't too disappointed. Originally, I was just going to grab a smoothie but they have a lunch deal where you can pick a sandwich and juice item for $15. I got their panini and fat burner juice. Panini was ok for its price. I wasn't expecting the extra little fruit and the carrots/jalapeños with the panini which was nice. The fresh carrots/jalapeños were a nice touch with the panini especially if you're eating it with no sauce. The juice wasn't too bad either, not my favorite, but I was looking for something healthy so. I think without their deal, their prices are somewhat overpriced for me. Service is fast paced and ambiance is small. The parking is a bit inconvenient only because you only have one entrance/exit. Overall, it was just ok for me; it was a fast and easy experience if you're short on time.

Wifey and I were looking for something healthy and found this spot in Downey. We ordered ahead of time and drove from Bellflower to pickup. I was greeted right as I walked in, and our order was ready to go. They have an extensive menu, including açaí bowls, smoothies, oatmeal, etc. I orders the grilled panini with turkey, Wifey had the Spinach Wrap with tuna. Both sandwiches come with a small side of fruit, and sliced jalapeños & carrots. My sandwich was delicious, the chipotle on the panini added a great touch. I do with the portion size was just a bit bigger for the price. I look forward to coming back and trying a smoothie in the future.

Wow this exactly what Jamba wishes they were !!! Healthy smoothies & healthy food . I'm big on smoothies and this spot has the perfect healthy smoothies from the protein ones to fruit ones & a variety of dairy options to choose from . I got myself a chocolate pb smoothie with extra protein , it was super good. The staff here was as well super nice & welcoming . I believe this maybe Mexican owned as many of their items they sold in store you can only find in Mexico , so I thought that was super cool. Theyre located in a small plaza with parking.

Healthy living can be challenging, but Nevera Juice Bar in Downey makes it much more delicious. I recently checked them out, and let me tell you, I was blown away. Jamba Juice or Movita can never! From the moment I walked in, I could smell the vibrant fruits and veggies being prepped. Everything felt clean and inviting, and the staff was friendly. She suggested I download their app for points and get one of my drinks for free. It is not limited to juice, though. Nevera offers healthy and delicious options, including smoothies, acai bowls, and hearty meals. I'll be going back. I highly recommend checking out Nevera Juice Bar. It's the perfect place to fuel your body and taste buds with something good for you. Their parking tends to get busy during peak hours and expect to wait a bit as everything is freshly made.

*** "Inspiring you to live healthy." *** Before my last whole blood donation on 12/24/21, I was really slacking and hadn't bought very many groceries because... well, who cares. The point is I needed some green vitamins. I had never been to this small business. Nevera Juice Bar opens early. I was stoked to learn of this. Their shop is kind of tucked away out of sight on Paramount Boulevard in Downey, CA. The parking lot is really small and there's only one way in and one way out. Some street parking is available. I highly recommend joining their rewards program. It's free. Just add your phone number after you use a debit or credit card. Your card number will be saved to their file, FYI. Rewards in a nutshell: "Earn 1 point for every $1 spent. $5 off with every 50 points. 20 points bonus when you signup. Free regular juice or smoothie when you add your birthdate to your profile." The staff treats you like family and prepares drinks very quickly. It was really clean and tidy inside. The small indoor dining area was not set up. There was no outdoor dining tables that I saw. It's best to grab a sandwich or pita bowl to go. The "Green Blend" (medium size only offered for $6.99) was very refreshing and actually tasted really good. It was sweetened with agave. Their franchise is expanding to Whittier in January 2022. I can't wait to go back to try more! I am officially obsessed with Nevera. My favorite meal the combo Spinach Tuna Wrap with the 30/30 juice. Great rewards system. The best smoothie hands down the Papaya Almond with Almond Milk this drinks keeps me going back. Low staff on Sunday, so there's a wait period I am not fond off. I was really excited to try this place out, especially because of the great reviews towards the food/smoothies and the staff. First time I came it was during the week the staff was stand off-ish and not very welcoming. I got the peanut butter banana smoothie and one of their fruit bowls I asked for the fruit bowl plain. Once it was ready the fruit bowl wasn't plain the moment I told the staff member it was suppose to be plain she took it back but looked very annoyed. Anyways I always like to give places second chances because we've all been their maybe they were just having a bad day. Returned again on Sunday and this time it was even worse I said hello to both of the staff members and not one of them acknowledged me. I was standing there probably for a couple of minutes until they decided to take my order the place was empty by the way. I got the choco banana smoothie and it was probably one of the worst smoothies I have ever had. It tasted like water with nesquick. I'll take my business elsewhere. This is my favorite juice bar! This beats jamba juice and many other juice bars i've tried in the 562 area. This is now my go to. They're prices are very reasonable and decent. Their smoothies and juices taste amazing. They have a list of options for customers to choose from.. Everytime I have gone, the cashiers are very nice and precise about my options. They also have a stamp card where they stamp your card each time you go and after every few stamps, you get a free drink or $5 off which I think is a great way to keep their customers. I ordered a meal replacement shake here since I just had wisdom tooth surgery and only allowed liquids. The shake taste very good. They have their own parking lot which is a plus. This place doesn't even acknowledge customers. I stood in line near the cash register and out of the three girls standing around, no one said a word. Rick, about 12:27 pm (or around that time) today. A couple was sitting down and another lady was standing waiting for a drink. Out of three girls standing around not one looked up when they heard me open the door. Better customer service would be appreciated. I'm sure your product is awesome I just wish I had the chance to try it. read more

Nevera Juice Bar was born out of the lack of healthy options in the area. It was impossible to find something other than fast food places. We decided to open up a juice bar where plenty of healthy options are available at reasonable prices and with great taste as the driving force. We are one of the very few, if not the only, juice bar that offers natural options in juices, smoothies, and wraps with fresh fruits and veggies, and healthy options such as protein, almond milk, pollen, vitamins, and a whole line of supplements. It was my turn and I ordered two sugar free mocha iced coffees. One with regular foam, And mine had strawberry foam. When I told Matthew at the counter it was really important the one drink be as sugar free as possible due to my friend being diabetic, he warned us there was sugar in the foam, but he would go as light as possible. So I appreciate him warning us and taking it serious. I picked the new hello kitty art of the month (hello kitty in a bathing suit with waves and dolphins) And my friend picked from the new monthly latte art as well, and got the Kirby character Even though it was busy, it took probably 2 minutes for our drinks to be made Matthew was absolutely great. His energy, he had a smile on his face, was knowledgeable about the menu, Matthew was everything you'd want in a staff member. Just like any coffee place, you pay and give them a name for your order, and then they call your name and you pick up your coffee at the counter. These drinks hit the spot!!! It was very trendy. There were only two workers and when we arrived, there was a line. It did take a bit of time to get our order but the two men were very busy prepping the orders. From the TikTok we saw, and from witnessing the 2-3 parties order before us, it seems like the baristas take you your coffee...this was definitely not what we experienced. The barista yelled out for us from inside as we were outside to come get our coffees. Again, it's not a big deal and it's not something I know cafes usually do, but seemed a little off given everyone else did get their coffees taken to them. From our experience, staff wasn't rude but weren't extremely friendly either. It was very busy so I'm assuming they were a bit overwhelmed. Overall, glad we gave this place a try. I wouldn't return though and I would definitely not recommend it.

The person helping us was friendly, informative and so welcoming, and took their time telling us the origins of the donuts, explaining the flavors and the options to us. Very sweet, very kind! We came in at 2 on a Tuesday and they had just finished making a fresh batch (they are made every 30 minutes), so we lucked out on that and got to try these at their peak! Really wonderful. This will definitely be a stop for us when we are out this way again. Might even be worth driving for as a special treat from time to time!

I'm a loyal customer at this place, but today I didn't feel good about the service. I called in an order like I always do and I was on hold for 12 minutes. The sad part was my coworker also called and assisted her right away. This is the 2nd time they've keeped me on hold this long. It was a male employee that answered my call and kept me on hold. I received a meal for next time FREE. It's not about me getting meals free its the customer service. Please, if you have phone orders don't leave your customers on hold for so long. It was my first time visiting today. I was surprised at their wide variety of juices. I tried the green juice and was not disappointed. I paid $5 but the drink was pretty big. The service was also really pleasant; the guy at the register went out of his way to explain what was in the drinks I was asking about and what he recommended. This place can get pretty busy on hot days. It's a good alternative from the sugary drinks that Jamba juice has. They can be slow at times when there's hardly a rush, but they don't take forever. The hours for Sunday are wrong, so I would suggest getting here before 7pm if you're craving an evening smoothie. read more
