I've been trying out juice bars in my area and this one is by far the best one! They have the best açaí bowls, packed with the perfect combo of ingredients. I will say though, the first time I went was probably the best time. After that the açaí bowls have gotten a little sad, I think it depends on who makes them. And they also always struggle with charging me for the side of strawberries I ask for, please make a button for that! I ask for a side and they try to add 4 little pieces of strawberries to the bowl but then what ends up happening is there are less of the other ingredients that's why I ask for a side cup of starbwrries. My advice is to make your products with the thought that you could be the person eating/drinking it so you'd want it to be bomb right, because you paid for it right! The same goes for your customers, don't half fast a bowl please make it good each time ! My bowl today had too much açaí and not enough toppings and I don't even think it had coconut like it usually does. read more

Food is good, service has gotten bad. Today I when to get something to eat. Cashier seem annoyed, like she didn't want to be there. No smile or attentiveness. I personally think that the way you are treated by the people working in a place makes all the difference. I bought 3 items and the same girl handed to me just like that. She didn't ask me if I wanted a bag. I mean come on! And when I asked her for a bag she was like "ummm..we don't have any" and started looking around looking for one. Came here the other day, I was a little pressed for time since I had a 10 min break during a class near by. Ordered two smoothies (off their menu, nothing custom) for myself and my mom. As we were waiting for our drinks to be made two other customers came in and ordered. They both paid and received their orders before they had even started making ours. Not only did they make other customers drinks before ours, one of the employees was making a smoothie for herself. Really disappointing. Later that day, since I didn't have another close by option for lunch, I ordered a ham sandwich with the tomato on the side. Unfortunately, it looks like they forgot and put the tomato in the sandwich then removed it after, it was covered in the whatever sandwich spread they used. The smoothies were really good, but the lack of attention is off putting. I'm hoping this is not something that happens regularly, it'd be nice to give this place another try. read more
