Wow I'm very shocked at my experience this time around. This was a great spot to go during the summer or whenever you were craving something sweet. And mind you this place is really clean staff is super polite and chill. And like I mentioned I've been here plenty of times and had never had a bad experience but over the years the place is just going down. I feel like before they renovation and the look the place just focus on looking better instead of quality of food. Sadly, as I waited for my order I watched as the lady prepared an order for someone else which required tomatoes, .. she went next door to the market to buy tomatoes because they were out, when she returned she started chopping them up to add to the order without washing!! . I could not believe my eyes. With the current pandemic situation I'm very surprise that extra precaution was not taken. I don't even think she changed her gloves after running to the store. I hope the owner reads this review and maybe will take initiative to re-train employees about the importance to take extra precautions and insure the safety of the public. Both times I've been here the rude ass lady who runs the shop starts spraying and cleaning the tables and stacking the chairs up on the tables and does it in the rudest way. But keep in mind they do take HELLLA long to actually give you what you order (and usually there's like 1 or 2 people working and only 1 is taking orders), so be prepared to wait a while. I've only been here maybe 4 times to get a mangonada for my husband but never tried the products for myself. My complaint is with the staff & the cleanliness as a whole. They don't speak to you, side eye you, no communication while you stand there, twiddling your thumbs, waiting to order.
