I was able to track one of my AirPods to Fentons, so we went in and explained the situation to the manager, Raul. Raul told us that he had seen a couple of black bags outside the restaurant on Friday night. After waiting a day to see if anyone claimed them, the staff had wrapped the bags in trash bags and put them in the dumpster. Raul then did something we absolutely did not expect -- he jumped into the dumpster himself and started digging through the trash to find our bags. My friend and I were prepared to do it ourselves, but Raul did the heavy lifting and eventually found both bags at the very bottom. Thankfully, because they had been wrapped in plastic, everything inside was completely protected. We recovered 100% of our belongings, which we honestly thought we'd never see again. What could have been a nightmare of police reports, insurance claims and replacing everything turned into an incredible customer-service story because Raul took the time to help us. We stayed for lunch and ice cream afterward and made sure to tip Raul and the staff very generously. Everyone was kind, sympathetic and helpful. Huge thank you to Raul and the entire Fentons team. Raul, you absolutely did not have to jump into that dumpster for us, but you did -- and we'll never forget it. Fentons is lucky to have you!
