Finally sent a text 8/14 stating "should I expect to see a quote or proceed with another contractor?" Get a text today 8/16, that says "we're booked on a lot of other jobs that are taking all of my attention. At this point it's probably best to go with another company." To say we're pissed is an understatement. As if a kitchen remodel (replacing cabinets not refacing) isn't already a time sucking process there are contractors like Tim/SCV Construction & Remodel that waste peoples time and don't have consideration for others. They may do good work but their communication stinks to the max and I will stear everyone I can away from them and to companies that value client experience regardless of the job dollar amount.
