I had the ham and cheese omelette with potatoes and an english muffin. She had the eggs benedict with curly fries.

I loved the food and the service. The waitresses have built relationships with some customers and know their names and were asking about their spouses. It was very sweet to see. Nice and affordable breakfast. 10/10 would come again!

Great spot to catch a quick bite! Super casual & laid back (which I love). The portions are very good for the price, & prices are super affordable. Very good spot to bring friends or family, especially kids which is a huge plus in my book. My server was nice, she was very busy but on a Sunday morning I expected that. Still very friendly & speedy service. & a huge thank you to the chef, my food was delicious!

Friendly service and a hearty breakfast at this local GR place. Thanks to Chris for taking me here, instead of another Denny's or IHOP.

I was surprised at how long it took for the 2 hosts to greet us - as we were standing directly in front of them. They were talking to one another, and it was probably work related, but to just stand there staring at them for a couple minutes while they ignored us was awkward. When they finally talked to us they weren't very friendly. Anyway, we made our way to the bar and it was full except for 3 seats. I think the bartender waiting on us was new. He seemed like he was pretty overwhelmed/in the weeds. He greeted us quickly and brought us waters when he did, which I appreciated. I ordered a Blackeberry Bourbon Sour and my Mr had Paloma Nuestra. We both enjoyed our drinks they were refreshing and well crafted. For dinner I had a really hard time deciding! I wanted to try so many things! Our bartender said his favorite thing in the menu is the chicken and rice bowl. That was something I was considering and decided to go with that. Excellent recommendation! The chicken was flavorful and so tender. The hot peppers were a nice touch. There was a lot of food too! I couldn't finish it all. Mr had the hanger steak that was served with mushroom and asparagus risotto. He said the risotto was the best he's ever had, and I agree. The asparagus was perfectly cooked and so was the steak. The space is really nice, felt intimate without being overcrowded. We are looking forward to coming back!

I got the spicy margarita and it was 10/10. The raspberry martini was just okay. The burgers ordered at the table were well loved. My mother in law ordered the old fashioned and LOVED IT. The staff is friendly and nice ... it's just the food... I've given up on the burgers after they've made them wrong on previous occasions. Lately, I've been trying the falafel wrap. The first time I had it, it was just okay. This time? Almost inedible, sadly. The falafels appear to be homemade, and I think they're baked rather than fried? Or maybe they just got soggy waiting in the window? I don't know. The texture was really bad. Pasty and chewy and makes you feel thirstier than you need to be. The hummus accompanying the falafel enhanced that pasty gluey feel in the mouth and there was no crunch. It's $14 for a sandwich. I was able to gag down half of it and drink 3 waters before I gave up to go back to work. I don't know, there are cheaper options around that are also locally owned that taste better, sadly. I guess this place is fine for drinks? I wouldn't know. Try it and see if it's delicious l guess. I think I'll drive myself over to The Arrows or Delicias instead.

We ordered four identical $17 steak dinners; two to eat there, two to take home. The ones we eat there were good, properly cooked and lean. The ones we took home - the steaks came from an entirely different cow, as they were full of fat and gristle and basically inedible - wasted $34. I have cooked a lot of steaks, a good cook can easily tell when looking at the raw cut if it has a lot of fat and gristle. I'm not sure if 'luck' of the draw or what, but I'd rate the 2nd dinner (steak) as a "0"/not fit for a dog and 1st dinner as a "4". Wish I had taken pics of all the fat/gristle, but didn't want to retrieve them out of the garbage. Fortunately the waitress was excellent and the service was quick, two things we rarely experienced at the Kalamazoo location. Post note: 02/SEP/26 Was impressed with John R's initial concern/reach out. I have provided John R with requested meal confirmation information (luckily kept my receipt) via his Logan's link and also thru Yelp. Stay tuned for update. Update as of 10/SEP/26: So far no response from John R, but Elena reached out 09/SEP/26 and was very understanding! We look forward to our next meal! Thank you Elena!
