Worst burritos ever, incredibly greasy and so much extra tortilla for no reason other than to make it look bigger and probably soak up all the extra grease. I ordered a croissant that never even got delivered. The taste of the food was dismal at best. Would have been better off eating a jimmy dean breakfast bowl . Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the lack of customer service experience. Tiny portions, no flavor, all grease. Super cute coffee stand in front of planet fitness. It's a double sided drive thru with a walk up patio. Barista was very friendly and knowledgeable. We tried the a black iced coffee - 5 stars, sweeter beans than say, Starbucks. Reminded me of a Mexican cacao type. Also tried a Peach smoothie. 4 stars for me...5 from my friend. It was very smooth, and about as thick as you really want it. ( good straw thickness ) A bit sweet for me, but again, my friend loved it! Last, but not least! Hot chocolate! Wow! This was my second visit to New Brew. The first time I went was more of an accident and whim when traffic was a mess on Watt. I was really glad I stopped because it was the best mocha I've had in a really long time, so rich with chocolate. I made it a combo and tried their breakfast burrito that morning, and it was so delicious and filling that I wanted to come back today and make sure it wasn't a fluke, but they were all out of their burritos by the time I got there so the breakfast bagel sandwich was suggested and now I can confirm it wasn't just a good first impression, this small and unassuming little drivethru cafe is really delicious! Couldn't have asked for a better start to my morning than a freshly prepared bagel with ham, cheddar and cream cheese. Sure, it's indulgent but it's a hellofalot better than what you'd get at the Starbucks down the street, and I'd much rather support a local business. Serisously check them out if it's on your route. Extremely unprofessional. Woman behind the counter was rude. She stated she was the manager but I cannot see how that's possible. I witnessed a customer try and get a refund for an incorrect order and this lady basically would no help and kept interrupting the customer and talking over them telling her them they were wrong. Although I was a distance off I could hear most of the conversation. After hearing this altercation I have decided I will not give my patronage to this establishment. I have so much to say about this place first off the breakfast bagel sandwiches are amazing ! My daughter and myself always come by and order our usual Ham and cheddar breakfast bagel sandwiches! So filling and yummy along with the cookies and home made breakfast burritos super amazing ! The place may be small but don't let that fool you the menu is full with a variety of drinks hot or cold ! We ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches on croissants and 2 breakfast burritos with meat. We got 2 breakfast sandwiches on bagels with cream cheese (which we didn't order the cream cheese). We also received one veggie burrito. The replacement sandwich for the burrito would be okay if it weren't completely wrong and with burnt bacon. That is a completely wrong order and we are contacting door dash for a refund. This was our first time here and I wish our experience would have been better. Not going here EVER again. read more

Thought we would try a new place for Sunday breakfast. Found New Brew Cafe on Door Dash. OMG!! The food was the best! I had the veggie breakfast croissant. It was perfect, and soooo good! Included egg, cheese, and avocado and a melt in your mouth croissant. My daughter had the Keto bowl, which she described as delicious. She also had the blueberry muffin, which she said was heavenly!! My grandson, who is nine and a very picky eater, scarfed down a plain bagel with cream cheese in about three seconds, so, I'm guessing that was very good as well. My daughter also had a Butterfinger frappe, which tasted like a melted, frozen Butterfinger!! Sooo good! I got a blueberry scone and caramel macchiato via doordash. I ordered before I realized that New Brew isn't far from my house. The quality of the coffee is decent, comparable to Starbucks. The only thing I'd say is it is on the sweeter side, which isn't a bad thing though.The scone tastes home made for sure, not too sweet but not too dry. I would definitely consider getting coffee again from this shop, instead of hitting up a SB because I prefer to support local businesses. read more

This is my second time trying this place and it was meh. First time I went I had an iced mocha that was ok and the staff was pretty friendly. I wanted a hot meal with my coffee so I tried them again and unfortunately it was not better, but worse. My mocha was burnt, like the milk was heated way too long. My breakfast burrito started off good till I got to the meat which I could've sworn was a hot dog, but I think it may actually be a smoked sausage which is so weird to me to have in a bfast burrito. Just started a new job, so I stopped on my way to work. Lady was very pleasant and professional, took my order and was very accommodating by using my own cup. I ordered a soy vanilla latte and it was overly sweet, looked more like watered down coffee than a latte. I will go back to this place to try again because I love small run businesses but I think I will give a little more instruction on how I like my lattes next time.
