The veggies that come with it, the sliced celery, green peppers and carrots were cooked a little under to my liking, but it paired well with the beef flavor and the sauce its prepared in. Didn't get the chance to taste any of my wife's food but she was happy with it. Their food is always prepared very well anyways, so it was no surprise. When you walk in the door you can fill out what you'd like on the provided sheets and hand it to the cashier. It was myself, my son and my husband today and we all got some different things. My husband got a rice bowl with steak, my son got a rice bowl with chicken and I got a stir fry bowl with salad base and chicken. My husband and son got the house sauce while I chose the sesame sauce for my bowl. If you dine in, you can also get a complimentary bowl of soup. M-Th they have egg drop and Fri-Sat they have Hot and Sour. I really loved this was an option and it was some of the best egg drop soup I've ever had. The seasoned fried wontons put this normally simple dish over the top and I'd go back just for the soup honestly. Our bowls came out very quickly and were piping hot from the wok. They were very generous and filling for sure although my son and husband felt they didn't get much of their chosen protein, I felt my chicken was generous. We all loved we could choose our own vegetables because we often find the vegetables served include things we don't care for. For me it's commonly water chestnuts. I was able yo choose all my favorites and didn't have to pick around anything. Your comment on your commitment to freshness is simply not supportable. The vegetables were not cut fresh on the day I placed my order. I walked toward your restaurant just at 11am, and as I did a young lady came from the parking lot and unlocked the door. There was no one in the restaurant, the kitchen area was empty of people. Several people came in minutes later and moved to the kitchen. My order was ready in about 15 minutes, and since the kitchen is open, I watched what happened. One person worked on my order, and I saw no chopping of vegetables. The vegetables I was served were either from a previous day or were acquired from a supplier prepackaged. Your additional comment on the 2.5% charge for using a CC makes no sense. It is your option to charge it, it is my option not to visit your restaurant. There are many Asian spots in the immediate area that do not place such a charge, and they seem to do very well.
