I'm honestly posting this review for myself. I always forget which restaurants have good food and which menu items are good. I had the fried wing and fried rice special. If you like well made and flavorful fried rice, THIS is the spot. The chicken wings were good. Not the most amazing I have had, but good. A note for them is that they don't carry hot sauce packets like some other restaurants. I love the little garlic-based hot sauce white packets. It paired perfectly with the flavor of the wings. Luckily I had a few packets left over from another restaurant. The egg roll wasn't oily/greasy at all. I enjoyed it. I have literally no complaints at all about the food itself. Also, though the restaurant is without hot sauce, they do always give you mumbo sauce with the wings. Ketchup if you ask, and they have hot chili oil. I would totally recommend them to others. Since it's opening I have ordered from this little restaurant but tonight will be last time! My mom and I ordered $15 worth of food and used a coupon to receive 2 free egg rolls. While consuming my meal I noticed a thin zig zag partical plastered on the side of my glazed tofu cubed. Made an online order for a delayed 5:30pm time. They delivered the order at 3:30p. When I called them the 2 employees I spoke to apologized for the error. The 2nd employee asked me to bring the 3:30p delivery back to them. I politely explained the point of delivery was so I didn't have to go out and the employee agreed to bring another order at 5:30p. At 6p the 2nd order was not here. I called again and the orginal employee I spoke to was no longer working. Another employee told me to get the 2nd order I had to return the other food, which was never clearly explained after I explained I wasn't taking the food back, not to mention the possible COVID concerns of returning food to the restaurant. Now I was getting angry and said to just give me a refund, which they refused to do. I lost my temper, I admit to that, but after 10 minutes, she finally agreed to bring the 2nd order. I ordered about $25 worth of food. To me, part of the benefits of ordering Chinese food is to have leftovers for the next few days, but the food was so unappetizing, I didn't want the leftover food. The hot and soup had unrecognizable gelatinous chunks in it, the orange chicken was soggy, and the beef in the beef and broccoli was chewy. The upside is that they literally stuffed the food in the containers, they didn't skimp on the amount of food at all. Also, the house lo mein was tasty and had an equal amounts of shrimp, chicken, etc. However, I wasn't happy with my order all-in-all and I don't want to come back.
